After the Presidential election in 2020. It became obvious that there was a lot of incompetence, corruption, and likely criminal activity that tainted and invalidated the Presidential election results. As a result, we were stuck with Joe Biden as President for four years, a Presidency that turned out to be the worst Presidential administration in a long time, knocking the Carter administration out of the first place for the worst Presidency in the past 100 years or so.
Immediately after the election we started a series of posts that documented the dozens and dozens of instances in various forms that corrupted the election:
Videos of election poll workers counting bogus ballots.
Videos of people bringing cases of fake ballots into polling places in the middle of the night.
People confessing to voting more than once in the election.
Non-citizens and non-registered citizens casting votes.
Questionable voting machine shenanigans.
People confessing to corrupting the voting process in various ways.
Statistical analysis that showed there was no way that Biden got the voting volumes that was claimed.
The first post in that series can be accessed at the following link:

Over the following years we revisited the corruption and criminal abuse of the voting processes many times. Despite the voting problems, the politicians around the country never fixed one of the most important factors in our democracy and a basic tenet of our freedom.
Today, we will start another series of voting problems that prove that our voting processes could be as bad as ever and if true our democracy is in serious danger:
1)Texas recently went through a voting roll purge and what they found is distressing:
The purge found that the audit of voting records uncovered the reality that thousands of illegal immigrants were registered as legal voters in the state.
That was the result according to a report by the state’s Secretary of State Jane Nelson, who announced that over 2,700 illegal immigrants registered to vote.
Apparently Texas took advantage of access to the Federal government’s SAVE database (a database that verifies immigration status of folks) which enabled the comparison of the SAVE database with state voting records, a comparison which caused the 2,700+ plus illegal voters to be identified.
But this effort is just one way that Texas has cleaned up its voting records with other cleanup efforts removing over a million illegal voters from its voting records.
All of which raises two questions. First while it is great that this effort uncovered over 2,700 illegal voters, how many others have not been identified yet? And second, why aren't other states using the same methodology to ferret out illegal voters unless they want those illegal voters to exist?
2)Let’s drop down to Florida for more voting questions:
A Federal grand jury recently indicted the multinational company, Smartmatic, and many of its executives.
Smartmatic is a technology company that creates and sells election technology around the world and was involved in the shady goings on in the 2020 Presidential election.
The charges include bribery and money laundering activities around the world.
Prosecutors claim that two executives funneled at least $1 million in bribes to one of the Philippines' top election officials.
The money was an attempt to get the government to use Smartmatic voting products for the 2016 Presidential election and other national elections.
The bribes were filtered through a number of shell companies and involved fake consulting contracts and international bank transfers routed through three continents.
According to U.S. Attorney Jason A. Reding Quinones: “These defendants allegedly engaged in a sophisticated global bribery and laundering scheme designed to manipulate the public contracting process and enrich themselves at the expense of public integrity.”
Makes you wonder: if the company and its executives were as crooked as it is alleged in the indictment and they have been involved in voting technology and elections in over 30 countries, including the U.S.,then how valid and clean are any voting results their technology produces?
3)While the following ballot and voting incident does not include a large amount of voting irregularities, you do have to question if this is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to lost and/or stolen ballots:
About 100 ballots regarding the recent election in California were found in a homeless encampment in Sacramento County.
Yes, people’s right to vote were found in a large pile of trash along with other stolen mail in a homeless camp.
The lost voting mail pieces were returned to the county’s election office and hopefully the office was able to get the recipients of the stolen mail replacement ballots in time for the election.
This was the second, similar voting incident in the area when 135 stolen ballots were also discovered earlier.
Again, it is good that the missing ballots were found and hopefully no citizen was deprived of their right to vote. But it again makes you wonder how many missing ballots were not found and how many citizens did not have the opportunity to vote.
4)You know your election security measures are not secure when the following incident happens:
A woman up in Maine was expecting an Amazon delivery to her home that should have included rice, paper plates, and a toy lightsaber, a non-remarkable Amazon order and delivery.
However, when she received the package she noticed that it had already been opened and resealed.
Inside the Amazon delivery she found 250 absentee ballots among the household items she had ordered from Amazon.
The Maine Secretary of State, Shenna Bellows, who is responsible for voting processes and integrity, may have made one of the most obvious conclusions ever by a government official: “This year, it seems that there may have been attempts to interrupt the distribution of ballots and ballot materials.”
Yes Ms. Bellows, it does appear that there are active attempts to screw with ballots and the election, pretty obvious to the rest of us.
Fortunately, the Amazon customer did the right thing and reported the screw up to authorities and hopefully the people whose ballots ended up in an Amazon delivery box were still able to vote on time and have their vote counted. But the question remains unsolved: how did 250 voting ballots end up next to a toy lightsaber in an Amazon delivery? Amazing incompetence.
That will do it for today. Five years after voting corruption allowed a massively incompetent politician to get into the White House, it appears that the political class has done little to ensure that voting corruption and the attack on our First Amendment issues are still not resolved.
