May, 2018, Part 5, Political Class Insanity: Clinton Bribes The FBI, Kerry Violates The Logan Act and Canada Cries No Mas

It is another month which means it is again time to review the latest political class insanity from Washington and around the world. Political class insanity takes many forms including the wasting of taxpayer wealth, criminal fraud within government programs, inane and stupid political quotes and actions, the inability to create and implement effective and efficient government programs, stupid and ill performing economic policies and strategies, and other forms of insanity that continue to evolve and surprise and shock us.

Let's get started:

1) As we have discussed in past blogs, the FBI has gone from one of the few admired government organizations to one of the most corrupt. Their agents and leaders stonewalled the investigations into the Clinton crime syndicate and Hillary Clinton’s use of asn illegal and unsecured computer system. Their agents actively talked about how much they hated Trump and how they needed to have an ”insurance policy” in case he won, a clear indication that they were not an unbiased criminal investigation unit.

At the center of all this unethical and possibly illegal FBI business was Andrew McCabe, a deputy director at the FBi and one who was fired by Trump once internal FBI investigations by the inspector general and others showed what a sleeze ball and unethical player he was. This situation is laid out nicely in the following video clip where it is explained how the Clinton cartel was able to bribe McCabe’s wife with political campaign money to move McCabe away from doing an ethical and complete criminal investigation into the Clinton Foundation/crime family:

2) The Logan Act is a Federal law that prohibits non-government employees from trying to carry out the foreign affairs of the United States. Former Secretary Of State John Kerry is someone who is in clear violation of the law and needs to be prosecuted:

• According to Boston Globe reporting, over the past few months Kerry has been traveling the world and meeting with foreign politicians and diplomats in an effort to save the ridiculously bad Iranian nuclear weapons deal that he and Obama agreed to with the Iranians back in 2015.
• In the past two months he has had two meetings with Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif.
• He has also met with German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier, with French President Emmanuel Macron in both Paris and New York, and via phone European Union foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini. 
• Kerry has also tried to convince members of Congress not to allow Trump do void the bad Iranian deal.

Kerry no longer represents the U.S. government, and the American people, so he needs to just shut up. He is in clear violation of the Logan Act:

“(1 Stat. 613, 18 U.S.C. § 953, enacted January 30, 1799) is a United States federal law that criminalizes negotiation by unauthorized persons with foreign governments having a dispute with the United States. The intent behind the Act is to prevent unauthorized negotiations from undermining the government’s position. The Act was passed following George Logan’s unauthorized negotiations with France in 1798, and was signed into law by President John Adams on January 30, 1799.”

He needs to be arrested and put in jail not because of the Iranian deal but because he is undermining our democracy and the will of the American people. The Trump administration was elected to handle the foreign affairs of the country, not a has been Senator or previous Secretary of State. If he wants to represent the country on the world stage he needs to get himself elected. 

3) Obviously, illegal immigration has been a hot and divisive topic in this country over the past couple of years. There are those on the left side of the political spectrum that advocate for illegal immigration and open borders regardless of the dangers that allowing anyone, including drug cartel members, human traffickers, and terrorists. There are others who want to follow the current immigration laws of the land that enable the Federal government to hopefully screen out undesirable types.

During this turmoil in our country, the liberal leaders of Canada have been basically acting all elite and smug about their immigration policies. They are basically claiming that we here in the U.S. are hatemongers, racists, and short term thinkers while the immigration policies in Canada are warm and welcoming and that makes them very progressive thinkers vs. the Neanderthals in this country.

However, they fail to understand there are some basic differences between the two countries. First, we are much more likely to be a target of Islamic terrorism than Canada is so we need to be more diligent. Second, Canada has a whole country between them and the hordes coming up from South and Central America, namely us. Thus, we catch the brunt of that wave of illegal immigration and other illegal activities. Finally, we are a much bigger market for drug cartels and human trafficking. As a result, in sheer numbers, the illegal immigrants coming into Canada is about a fifth of what we see in this country.

But according to a recent article on the American liberty website, all of a sudden Canada and its liberal leaders are starting to look a lot like us, making them some of the biggest political hypocrites around:

• Canadian politicians recently called for the U.S. to implement tougher immigration laws, quite a turnaround from their former all welcoming policy and stance.
• It seems with Trump cracking down on illegal immigration in this country, basically enforcing the current laws of the land that he is legally required to do, unlike Obama, who only selectively enforced laws, many illegal immigrants are heading up to Canada with their perceived more liberal stance on illegal immigration.
• According to the article, this out migration of illegal immigrants to Canada has given that country the largest influx of illegals ever.
• As a result, despite their long running snobbish attitude on illegal immigration, the Canadian government has i asked the U.S. to restrict certain types of U.S. tourist visas.
• According to the article: “Here’s how it works. The U.S. has reduced the availability of temporary visas across the board. It’s been a big part of Trump’s overarching immigration reform. Because of this, a lot of people who came into the U.S. on tourist visas aren’t able to stay as long as they would like. The most common solution is to simply jaunt over to Canada as the visa is expiring. They can then request asylum to try and stay in North America. Keep in mind, this is done by people from many backgrounds and for many reasons.”
• The Canadians biggest problems is with Nigerians, they want the U.S. to restrict the flow of Nigerians that come into Canada, fleeing from the U.S. 
• Apparently, Nigerians have a very difficult time blending into Canadians society and thus, the Canadian politicians want them to stay out, which if this happened in America, liberals and Democrats, and probably Canadian politicians, would scream racism.
• Under current Canadian law, “anyone who makes it onto their soil and requests asylum has to be given a hearing. When this happens hundreds of thousands of times in a year, it strains resources.”
• Until those hearings, every illegal immigrant is given food, clothes, and housing which costs Canadian citizens and taxpayers a huge financial burden.

So rather than just deport those that have come into their country illegally back to their home country, saving their own citizens mega dollars, Canadian politicians want the U.S. to fix their problem by restricting illegal immigrants, especially Nigerians, from coming out of the U.S. to their country, basically wanting to maintain their image as warm, kind people while making us to their dirty work.

You cannot have it both ways Canadian politicians: you cannot secretly hate having so many immigrants to your country, especially those from Nigeria, but asking Trump and the U.S. to do your job in screening who comes and stays in your country to preserve your caring and open arms image Can you imagine what liberals in both the U.S.and Canada would say if Trump stated he did not want Nigerians staying in this country? They would crucify him and roll out their racists guns. Too bad, Canada, you get to be called racists in this case.

That will do it for today: Canadian politicians going chicken, John Kerry should be going to jail for violating Federal law, and more dirt and slime from the Clinton crime syndicate. More insanity to follow.

February, 2018, Part 5, Political Class Insanity: Stupid Comment From A Stupid Senator, John Kerry Goes Treasonous and More

It is the beginning of another month which means it is again time to review the latest political class insanity from Washington and around the world. Political class insanity takes many forms including the wasting of taxpayer wealth, criminal fraud within government programs, inane and stupid political quotes and actions, the inability to create and implement effective and efficient government programs, stupid and ill performing economic policies and strategies, and other forms of insanity that continue to evolve and surprise and shock us.

Let's get started:

1) If you have been following any of the latest angst and b.s. from Washington you know that the latest blow up has been about the so-call “FISA memo.” We will talk about this Obama scandal at a later date but suffice it to say that the memo from the House Intelligence Committee purports to show that Democrats, up to and including Obama, misused the FBI and Justice Department to submit a bogus request to the super secret FISA court to spy on the Trump Presidential campaign. 

We know from many sources, including now public FBI internal text messages and emails, that the criteria used to get the warrant to spy on the Trump campaign was bogus and fraudulent. The “FISA memo” highlighted and summarized, in four pages, a year’s worth of research and investigations by Congressional staffs. It shows how far reaching, and possibly illegal and certainly unethical, the FBI, Justice Department and Washington Democrats were in usurping the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution.

Of course, Democrats did not want the memo released, given it would show how illegal, unethical, and how counter to the Fourth Amendment the actions were of the FBI, Justice Department, and Democrats. The Tea Party USA website discussed this type of reaction from a current Democrat in the Senate, Senator John Warner, who sits on the Senate Intelligence Committee.

Quoting an article by Ryan Saavedra of the Daily Wire, Warner went public with his view of the FISA memo, claiming it was filled with errors, which is certainly his right to have that opinion. The problem arises when he was then asked if he had actually read the four page memo, certainly not an onerous deed to read. To his credit, the Senator honestly answered that he had not read the memo. And yet he said the memo he had NOT read was filled with errors. Insanity, making a claim about nothing you know nothing about. You cannot make up this type of idiocy.

2) John Kerry was a long time US Senator and then was the Secretary of State under Obama. Obama is no longer President. Thus, Kerry is no longer Secretary of State. As a result he has no legal authority to represent the country in any foreign affairs. In fact, if he did try to represent the country in foreign affairs he would be in violation of Federal law.

Which is what he appear to have done, according to an article on the Constitution website by Andrew West on January 15, 2018:

• Apparently Kerry told high ranking Palestinian officials that they should ignore Trump because he would not be President much longer.
• This undermines the legal and proper strategies of a legally elected President and his administration and sows disrespect for the entire country around the world, I think it borders on treason.
• The Israeli news outlet, Maariv reported on a meeting between Kerry and Hussein Agha in London: “Former Secretary of State John Kerry reportedly tried to meddle in Middle East peace talks, allegedly telling a close associate of Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas not to ‘yield to President Trump’s demands.’... in the conversation, Kerry reportedly told Agha to share a message with Abbas – urging him to ‘hold on and be strong’ during talks with the Trump administration and ‘play for time … [and] not yield to President Trump’s demands.’
• In addition: “Kerry, who served as former President Barack Obama’s secretary of state during his second term, also reportedly told Agha that Trump would not be in office for long, suggesting he could be out in a year.”

Keep in mind that the Obama administration was probably the most hateful Presidential administration when it came to Israel’s safety and survival. Trump has reversed that policy and apparently that does not sit well with John Kerry, who is a diplomatic nobody right now but who is still disrespecting our country, the Constitution, and if life was fair, would be investigated for treason under the Federal Logan Act.

3) Over the past year or so it has become clear that men in powerful positions have abused that power and authority from a sexual harassment and predator perspective. From Hollywood and Harvey Weinstein to Washington and Al Franken to members of the mainstream media, the abuse has been wide and disgusting. Fortunately, many of those caught being a predator have lost their prominence and power.

But it was not just the famous and lofty that were guilty. Consider reporting by the League Of Power website:

• Last spring, Michael Horowitz, the inspector general for the Justice Department, published the result of his investigation that identified rampant sexual misconduct inside the Justice Department.
• From 2012 thru 2016, the report alleged there was “systemic” sexual harassment and misconduct and there was a lack of follow up when the misconduct occurred.
• The misconduct apparently was wide ranging from the Civil Division to the FBI to the Attorneys’ Office to ATF to other Justice departments.
• Not only was the misconduct across the entire spectrum of Justice Department organizations but it ranged from low level employees to high ranking officials.
• And the problem seemed to be trending worse over the 2012-2016 timeframe.
• The two biggest findings from the investigation “were the sheer magnitude of misconduct issues and the complete negligence in handling the issues...Large numbers of employees at every level were literally caught in acts of sexual harassment, misconduct and often times sexual crimes.”
• And yet, according to the inspector general report, virtually no employee at any level suffered any criminal or employment consequences.
• In one case, a Justice attorney actually admitted to stalking a female employee, actions that included breaking into her private personnel files and used that private information to create an online scam to trick her.
• In another case, another attorney sexually assaulted two women.
• A third Justice attorney was caught peeping on a breastfeeding woman at his office, peeping that included illegal surveillance.
• All three attorneys received any negative consequences, their crimes were never reported, and they still received performance financial awards AFTER they were caught.

One of the problems of the inspector general’s report is that they were no official tallies of the vast sexual harassment and abuses. That is not the fault of the inspector general office but the Obama administration, especially in the Justice Department, ignored and shunned the problem, often on taxpayer money and time. Pathetic.

That will do it for today. An ignorant statement by a member of the Senate, a former Secretary of State violates the Logan act, an almost treasonous action, and Obama’s administration not only ignored rampant sexual harassment if went ahead and protected and rewarded those that were sexual predators. More insanity to come.
