Voter Fraud, Government Incompetence, and the Destruction of Democracy Continues

Back in late 2020 we did a series of posts that proved there was undoubtedly voter fraud and criminal activities surrounding the Presidential election. Videotape proof, eye witness accounts, improbable and impossible voting statistics, people being denied their right to vote because they were told they had already voted, etc. The first of those posts can be accessed at:

https://loathemygovernment.blogspot.com/2020/11/election-2020-part-1-first-invalid.html

Fast forward three years and voting irregularities still exist, both in current elections and more proof that voting shenanigans happened back in 2020:

1)A recent election in Pennsylvania for the Pennsylvania Superior Court had its share of voting screw ups:

  • Voting officials in Pennsylvania have admitted that a “coding error” caused votes to flip from one candidate to another.

  • According to a recent news  report: “A coding error in Northampton County, Pennsylvania’s voting machines, caused a significant issue during a recent election. The glitch resulted in votes being incorrectly flipped on a ballot question concerning the retention of two state judges.”

  • Votes that were marked “yes” to retain one judge and “no” for the other were erroneously switched on paper copies and touchscreen ballot machines.

  • The glitch affected over 300 voting machines.

  • Voting officials tried to downplay the problem by calling it a “relatively minor glitch”.... that affected over 300 voting machines.

  • The voting machine owner also tried to  downplay this atrocity by calling it “an isolated incident.”

Any violation of voter integrity is not minor or isolated. Even if no harm was intended or done, it shows that by going to machine/computer vote tallying, voting results can be easily corrupted, something that is far harder to do when voting was done by paper votes which could be much  more easily checked for accuracy.

2)Let’s get back to the Presidential election in 2020. A Michigan city has uncovered would could be a major voting fraud scheme relative to that election:

  • Back in  October, 202, Muskegon, Michigan city clerk, Ann Meisch, noticed some strange voting going-ons.

  • She noticed a black female drop off up to 10,000 completed voter registration applications at the city clerk’s office.

  • She noticed some substantial irregularities in those thousands of voter registrations and contacted the city police department.

  • The subsequent investigation showed that many of those registration forms were filled out with the same handwriting pattern, and many, many addresses on those registration forms were either invalid or nonexistent.

  • Additionally, phone numbers and signatures were also bogus.

  • The police investigation pinned the voter fraud effort on a company called GBI Strategies, a Tennessee organization with connections to Biden and Democratic campaign committees.

  • And GBI was not just active in Michigan but had efforts underway in other parts of Michigan, Washington DC, and Chicago.

  • The city police investigation GBI found dozens of new phones, hundreds of pre-paid payment cards,semi-automatic rifles, suppressors, and customized pistols.

  • Although all the weapons were deemed legally owned by the ATF, it does not explain why a voter registration effort would have armaments.

  • The police turned over their findings to the FBI but there is no proof or indication that the FBI did any follow up despite the overwhelming evidence.

Just another example where real voter fraud was allowed to get a free pass by the powers to be. It may also explain why Trump won the state of Michigan by a large percentage in 2016, had a very successful Presidency from an economic perspective, and then lost to Biden in 2020. Maybe that loss was a result of shady 10,000 voter registrations that possibly existed not only in a single Michigan city but in other cities in the state and across the country.

3)On December 4, 2020 the Gateway Pundit posted evidence that a voting location  worker in Georgia improperly shoved the same stack of votes though a voting tabulator machine three times. On January 2, 2021, the Gateway Pundit proved that other election workers were also caught on camera feeding the same stack of ballots through the voting machines multiple times.

Someone recently reposted the incriminating video on Twitter and that post has been retweeted 31,000 times and has had 58 million views, indicating that there is still a lot of interest in the fraud in Georgia three years ago. See for yourself, the video proving that votes were counted multiple times can be viewed at:

https://billingsreport.com/fulton-county-official-who-allegedly-counted-the-same-ballots-three-times-is-a-racist/

4)Election fraud is not only conducted by political organizations and election employees:

  • According to the NBC  affiliate in  Boston, a voter went to vote on Election Day and was told he had already voted.

  • The voter went home and reviewed past video from his Ring camera and saw a woman come up to his mailbox on his porch and remove his voting ballot from his mailbox.

  • He then contacted law enforcement about this voting fraud scam.

  • As a result, the Massachusetts Secretary of State William Galvin put out this statement: “We’re going to get all the ballots out of Lawrence, we’re going to get all the mail-in ballots and we’re going to review everything and all the provisionals and reconcile the list.”

  • Other voters have now come forward to say the same thing happened to them.

  • They went to vote and were turned away because someone else had voted using their personal information, forging their signatures.

  • To  which Galvin stated: “There may be more. It’s premature to say how many.”

The video of the mailbox bandit can be seen at:

https://potustoast.com/watch-ballot-fraud-caught-on-camera-from-elections-held-last-week/

5)Getting back to Georgia and voter fraud:

  • Georgia District Court Judge Amy Totenberg recently ruled that there is sufficient evidence to believe that  Georgia electronic voting machines could be significantly flawed.

  • Reasons for her ruling include the reality that there was no paper trail on the voting machines, their computer operating systems were outdated, and the machines software was so out of date that the manufacturers of the machines no longer supported the machines or offered security patches or support.

  • More specifically, the court considered new evidence that included data breaches, mismanagement of computer systems, the inability to audit results, and the destruction of voting records.

  • The trial for the voting fraud accusations will begin in January 2024.

Voter fraud obviously takes many shapes and forms: voting results that cannot be audited, out of date voting machine software and hardware, votes submitted numerous times, mailboxes getting raided to facilitate voting fraud, organized groups submitting suspect and fraudulent voting registrations, and software that makes votes switch.

America has survived bad Presidents and bad Congress people. It will not survive corrupted and tainted voting processes.

May, 2017, Part 5, Political Class Insanity:Ignorance On Campus and Lying In The Obama Administration

It is the beginning of another month which means it is again time to review the latest political class insanity from Washington and around the world. Political class insanity takes many forms including the wasting of taxpayer wealth, criminal fraud within government programs, inane and stupid political quotes and actions, the inability to create and implement effective and efficient government programs, stupid and ill performing economic policies and strategies, and other forms of insanity that continue to evolve and surprise and shock us.

Today and for all of the insanity posts this month, let’s start off with a welcome piece of honest political dialog. It comes from a State Department spokesperson. Mark Toner, who is about to start the daily State Department press briefing. In a joking matter, he makes the following quote: "Welcome to the State Department. I think we have some interns in the back. Welcome. Good to see you in this exercise in transparency and democracy."

He then burst out laughing at his own quote, indicating he also knew what a joke the Obama administration has been, especially Mr. Toner’s State Department, when it comes to cover ups, lack of transparency, denial of Freedom of Information Act requests, the prosecution of whistleblowers, etc. But at least it was a little refreshing to finally hear some actual honesty out of Washington as we see from the actual clip of the news conference:

http://www.againstcronycapitalism.org/2016/08/when-even-the-state-department-spokesperson-cant-keep-a-straight-face-about-things-anymore-video/

With that context of honesty, let’s see what other insanity has been going down:

1) One of the needs for a democracy to continue to exist is for the voters and citizens to be educated and aware of the issues and potential solutions of those issues in order to vote into office the most capable politicians possible. Ignorance in the voting public begets ignorance in government seats.

And if you look at the video listed below, our democracy is in bad shape, at least relative to this sample of college kids.

According to a recent Gateway Pundit article, journalists from the Campus Reform organization went to college campuses and video interviewed current college students about their views of Trump. However, rather than discuss Trump’s performance early on his term, the interviewers took the actions that Obama executed in his first 100 days in office and told the students that Trump did them, i.e. they were commenting on Obama's record as if Trump had taken those actions.

Unfortunately for democracy, this is what they found: “The clueless liberal students despised Obama’s policies thinking they were bashing Trump. Their reaction to finding out that they just railed against Obama is priceless.

When asked about Obama’s $700 billion stimulus package, one student said it was “really reminiscent” of Nazi Germany. I mean why not? Everything Trump does reminds these brainwashed sheep of Nazi Germany, unless of course it’s actually Obama’s policies. Hah!

Another mental midget said of Obama’s stimulus package, “Knowing that Donald Trump is the one proposing it probably means that there’s some turd in the punchbowl somewhere”.

Students also hated Obama’s executive order to loosen statute of limitation laws to make lawsuits easier, claiming it’s a scheme for Trump to make money for himself.

Or how about the Commie sporting the hammer and sickle shirt? “Oh hey this is a Communism shirt, man. Gotta love the hammer and sickle. Gotta collectivize the means of production.” He sure is proud he supports an ideology that killed well over 100 million people! Yes, folks, liberalism is a mental disorder and these students are more proof of that."

This is the future leadership of America: ignorant, easily led, and subject to knee jerk reactions without knowing or caring to know the facts and realities. The shallowness of their attitudes and reactions is mind boggling and speaking of Nazi Germany, as one student referenced, this is how people like Hitler come to power: a citizenry that is too lazy to think for themselves and just react based on ignorance.

The actual video interviews of these idiots can be viewed at:

http://eheadlines.com/clueless-hypocrites-liberal-students-despise-obamas-policies-when-credited-to-trump-video/

2) We have often discussed the many lies of Obama and his administration:

  • If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor under Obama Care. You could not.
  • If you like your current insurance policy you can keep your current insurance policy under Obama Care. You could not.
  • A typical American family could see their annual health insurance premiums go down by up to $2,500 a year. Instead, premiums have usually gone up by double digit amounts every year since Obama Care was enacted.
  • Obama Care will not add a single dime to the national debt. No, it will add about $1 TRILLION worth of dimes to the national debt according to the Congressional Budget Office.
  • Obama promised to go through the Federal budget “line by line” to eliminate unnecessary spending. He did no such thing.
  • Obama promised never to take a vacation or leisure time if elected, devoting his entire life, 24 hours a day to serving Americans. He ended up playing well over 300 rounds of golf and his lavish vacations cost taxpayers over $100 million.
You get the idea, these are just some of his bold faced lies and deceptions. And to this list there is a good possibility we will be adding some Benghazi lies to his dismal legacy of non-integrity:

  • In a recent court order, the State Department has been ordered to turn over Hillary Clinton State Department unredacted emails relative to the immediate aftermath of the Benghazi attacks.
  • The order is the result of a lawsuit by the government watchdog organization, Judicial Watch.
  • While the emails in question had previously been turned over, the State Department had blacked out most of the contents of the emails before releasing them.
  • The redacted eight paragraphs cover the details in the phone calls that Obama made to the leaders of Libya and Egypt in the days following the Benghazi attack.
  • The two emails, titled “Quick Summary of POTUS Calls to Presidents of Libya and Egypt,” had been sent from Hillary Clinton’s private email server on Sept. 13, 2012.
  • The State Department fought the release of the redacted paragraphs and emails. Claiming that they had not been designated classified by some sort of “mistake,” which would have exempted them for being released.
  • The judge would not have any of it and ordered the clean copies of the emails released.
The obvious question here is that if the administration truly believed that the Benghazi attack was because of a “video,” a video that had had virtually no hits at that point in time, then why were the emails redacted? The assumption many are making, including myself, is that the State Department does not want the country and the world to know that the Obama administration knew right away the attack had nothing to do with a video and that Obama and his administration lied to the world about it, a lie that may be verified by the contents of these emails.

That will do it for today but this month’s political class insanity parade will continue to march along this week so stay tuned. Today we learned that we have some pretty lazy and ignorant college students on our campuses today and that months after the end of the Obama administration, some big lies from that administration are still likely to be showing up as we go forward.

Politicians Really Do Find Us Stupid and Contemptible - Part 2

Now that the midterm elections are over, the political winners and losers have come and gone, let’s get down to a basic fact of life. Most, if not all, politicians hold the American people in contempt. They may have been nice to us while they needed our vote but we are already seeing signs that they really disrespect us, the think us stupid (their word, not mine), and we are just a means to their ends of personal enrichment and ego gratification.

Don’t believe me? Before we look at the latest smack downs and instances of contempt, let’s review just a handful of examples we have previously covered in this blog:
  • When ordinary citizens dared to have doubts and misgivings about Obama Care when it was first passed, rather than consider and respect our well founded views, Congressional people like Charles Rangel and Shelia Jackson Lee immediately declared that we must all be racists for having a valid opinion, an opinion that has certainly been validated over the past year or so: Obama Care is a disaster of unheard of proportions.
  • When Congresswoman Maxine Waters disagreed with the opinions of a sub segment of Americans, namely Tea Party supporters, rather than engage in a meaningful dialog to understand each others’ positions, she just publicly wished that this segment of Americans go straight to hell.
  • New York Governor Andrew Cuomo showed his disdain for about half of the country when, according to an article by Marta Mossburg writing for www.spectator.org, “…conservatives who are right-to-life, pro-assault weapon, anti-gay have no place in the state of New York.” That’s right, welcome back to the intolerant 1960s when it was “love it or leave it.” One would have thought that we had advanced more as a tolerant nation over the past fifty years but apparently that is not the case with the top politician in the state of New York.
Those are the insults and condescending remarks from past posts. Yesterday, we discussed some of the newer insults including discussing examples where sitting politicians called ordinary Americans racists, crackers, put us on White House enemy lists, and demeaned our middle class status.

The following are the latest examples of disdain that our politicians have for us, all of which focus on the revelations of an MIT economist who was a primary architect of Obama Care and who felt, publicly, that Americans were too stupid to understand what was in the legislation.

1) Jonathan Gruber is that MIT economist and Obama Care law writer who states in a video found by the group, American Commitment, that passage of Obama Care, in his mind, depended on the “stupidity” of Americans. In the video, he also brags about how non-transparent the whole legislation writing process was and how that was key to getting passage: “Lack of transparency is a huge political advantage. And basically, call it the stupidity of the American voter or whatever, but basically that was really, really critical for the thing to pass.”

His remarks out of his own mouth can be seen at the following link:

Given how badly this legislation is failing, how does it feel that not only were we stuck with a bad law but they lied, demeaned us, and hid the facts from us in order to pass this hideous piece of legislation?

And we paid good tax dollars, in the millions of dollars, to this guy and others to be insulted and conned. Pathetic.

2) The problem Gruber has, as does the Obama administration, is that there is not just one instance of Gruber mocking Americans’ intelligence and assuming their stupidity. There are at least five videos floating around the Internet where he is caught bragging, in his own words, about how deceptive the whole Obama Care enactment process was, how the stupidity of Americans mad it easy to exploit the situation.

For example, a video from Vermont shows Jonathan Gruber mocking a Vermonter who expressed concern about single-payer health care. The 2011 video was shot by TrueNorthReports.com and it shows Gruber appearing before the Vermont House Health Care Committee to present recommendations for a universal, publicly financed state based health care program. His recommendations were part of the 2011 “Hsiao Report” submitted to the legislature by economist William C. Hsiao and co-written by Gruber.

In the video, the committee chair reads a comment from a Vermont citizen who expresses concern that the Obama Care approach and strategy might lead to “ballooning costs, increased taxes and bureaucratic outrages,” among other things. These are obviously good points since, as we have reported many times in this blog:
  • Dozens of taxes have been imposed on Americans, American businesses, and the economy, resulting in lagging economic growth and increased unemployment and under employment. (“Increased taxes”)
  • Health insurance premiums, deductibles and other health insurance costs have generally gone up, not down, and gone up substantially as a result of Obama Care. (“Ballooning costs”)
  • The handling of the entire rollout process was badly bungled from day one and the pathetic development of Obama Care’s data systems have left millions of Americans susceptible to identity theft. (“Bureaucratic outrages”)
In other words, everything that this Vermont citizen was worried about actually happened and probably happened in worse ways than the Vermonter could have ever imagined when he wrote the letter.

How did Gruber react? Did he discuss the merits of his approach and factually rebut the Vermonter’s concerns? No, after hearing the Vermonter’s worries, Gruber responds, “Was this written by my adolescent children by any chance?” Not a real adult and mature response to a “stupid” American who got it right, unlike this condescending “elitist,” as described yesterday by Howard Dean, who got it wrong.

This kind of attitude is uncalled for from any adult. But besides being wrong and the Vermonter being right, the letter was not written by Gruber’s kids: “It was actually written by a former senior policy adviser in the White House who knew something about health care systems,” said John McClaughry, a two-term Vermont state senator and adviser to President Ronald Reagan in the 1980s.

“No one should trust this man [Gruber],” McClaughry said. “Based on the rest of the stuff that’s come out on the videos, nobody can trust this guy. He has no use for transparency. He thinks people are stupid, and he’ll do anything to get this thing through and pocket his $400,000. That’s not in the interest of the people of Vermont.”

To see the condescending tone and pathetic attitude of Gruber in this instance, go to the following link:

3) I recently came across an article written by Ron Fournier that appeared on the National Journal website. The title of the article was, “Obamacare’s Foundation of Lies.” Mr. Fournier describes how he was an advocate for Obama Care at one time, how he supported the administration’s efforts to get a bill done and how he could not understand how anyone could be against such a noble pursuit.

However, in the context of Gruber’s comments and the disdain and lack of transparency that drove the bill to enactment, he steps back and describes his new feelings of anger, disappointment and general disgust on what Gruber has revealed about the process and the people who operated that process of deceit.

Rather than me trying to capture his emotions, consider some excerpts from his writing:

This truism came to mind when I read a Washington Post story headlined, "Who Is Jonathan Gruber?" It was an important and workmanlike report on the Obamacare adviser who bragged about the political advantages of deceiving voters, whom Gruber called stupid: "Those comments have struck a nerve on the right," wrote Jose A. DelReal, "with some of the law's critics pointing to Gruber's comments as evidence that the administration intentionally deceived the American public on the costs of the programs."

My first reaction was, "No! No! Not just on the right!" I strongly support bipartisan efforts to expand the availability of health coverage to the working poor, and bending the cost curve that threatens federal budgets for years to come. While I think President Obama and congressional Democrats helped contribute to the 2009 standoff over what became the Affordable Care Act, I've openly rooted for Obamacare's success. I've denounced the knee-jerk opposition from the GOP, a party that once embraced key elements of Obamacare. My ideology is amorphous; I am not "on the right."

All of that, and yet: Gruber's remarks struck a nerve with me.

Appearing on an academic panel a year ago, this key Obamacare adviser argued that the law never would have passed if the administration had been honest about the fact that the so-called penalty for noncompliance with the mandate was actually a tax.

"And, basically, call it 'the stupidity of the American voter,' or whatever, but basically that was really, really critical to getting the thing to pass," Gruber said.

He called you stupid. [my emphasis] He admitted that the White House lied to you. Its officials lied to all of us—Republicans, Democrats, and independents; rich and poor; white and brown; men and women.

Liberals should be the angriest. Not only were they personally deceived, but the administration's dishonest approach to health care reform has helped make Obamacare unpopular while undermining the public's faith in an activist government. A double blow to progressives.

On top of that, Gruber has helped make the legal case for anti-Obamacare lawyers. In July, a year-old video surfaced in which Gruber said Washington legally withholds money from states that don't create their own health care exchanges. That could be construed by the Supreme Court to buttress the case against health insurance subsidies

Well spoken on how government and those operate it have again failed us in so many ways. And wouldn’t it be the ultimate irony, as Mr. Fournier points out in his last paragraph, if the “smart” Mr. Gruber’s words came back into the Supreme Court case and toppled the whole house of Obama Care cards? If that happens, we need to have a reassessment of who was the stupid one in the whole debacle.

4) The following link is a compilation of tweets from Twitter users that erupted once the Gruber videos hit the Internet. They are funny, angry, and mocking of the man who things we are all too stupid to understand his brilliance and shenanigans:

5) While Gruber is getting crucified for his words, a more serious aspect of this whole lying and deception scandal is that the President may have been involved in it. According to a recent Gateway Pundit website story:
  • On June 13, 2012, Obama Care Jonathan Gruber was interviewed by Frontline where he told them that the Cadillac tax issue was addressed in 2009 in a White House meeting attended by the President.
  • He claimed that President Obama knew it was going to be a problem, and they all agreed to lie about it.
  • While the White House denied this meeting, took place, White House logs show that Gruber did attend any number of meetings in the White House to work on the Obama Care strategy.
  • According to those logs, on July 20, 2009, a person named Jonathan Gruber met with the President in the West Wing for a four hour meeting.
  • Thus, we now have to decide who to believe, Gruber or Obama, both of whom have a record of lying and deception.
If the President and the White House are lying about concealing the reality of the Obama care Cadillac tax, what other deceptions was the White House and President involved in to hide the reality of disaster from the American people?

Check out the following links for more details on the President’s involvement in Gruber’s deception:

http://www.westernjournalism.com/breaking-obama-now-directly-implicated-in-obamacare-deception-scheme-in-another-gruber-video/

6) A few loose ends to tie up regarding this chapter of how politicians hold us in contempt:
  • Ÿ Nancy Pelosi has denied even knowing Gruber even though in 2009 on videotape she extolled his work by name in helping to develop Obama Care, either a lie or a really faulty memory, you decide.
  • There are now videos of John Kerry quotes from 2009 that praise the work that Gruber did with the Obama Care legislation.
  • The President recently tried to distance himself from Gruber by stating that Gruber was not on any government staffs, implying that he was a minor, background player in the whole debacle. However, Gruber has made millions and millions of dollars from the whole Obama Care effort from such diverse Federal government entities such as Health and Human Services, the Justice Department, and others. If he was such a minor player, then he was well paid for his minor efforts by the American taxpayer.
But it is what the President did NOT say about the whole sordid affair that is so disappointing and disgusting. He never denied that Americans were assumed stupid in the whole Obama Care development, as Gruber claimed.

He never denied that Obama Care developers were intentionally non-transparent in order to hide the truth of the Obama Care implications, as Gruber claimed.

He never denied that Americans were exploited by the process, as Gruber claimed.

He never denied that the administration lied to the Congressional Budget Office in order to get a favorable financial rating, as Gruber claimed.

Given his responses, one of only trying to distance himself from yet another scandal, he showed how the Washington politicians really do hold us in contempt, as the title of this post claims. By not denying we were lied to, withheld information from, deemed exploitable, and forced to live with a Congressional Budget Office analysis that was intentionally flawed, his contempt is obviously an insult to every American who all deserve more respect than what we get from the whole lot of them.
