More Voting Process Fraud and Incompetence - Part 2

 After the Presidential  election in 2020. It became obvious that there was a lot of incompetence, corruption, and likely criminal  activity that tainted and invalidated the Presidential election results. As a result, we were stuck  with Joe Biden as President for four years, a Presidency that turned out  to be the worst Presidential administration in a long time, knocking the Carter administration out  of the first place for the worst Presidency in the past 100 years or so.

Immediately after the  election we started a series of posts that documented the dozens and dozens of instances in  various forms that corrupted the election:

• Videos of election poll workers counting bogus ballots.

• Videos of people bringing cases of fake ballots into polling places in the  middle  of the night.

• People confessing to voting more than  once in the election.

• Non-citizens and non-registered citizens casting votes.

• Questionable voting machine shenanigans.

• People confessing to corrupting the voting process in various ways.

• Statistical analysis that showed there was no way that Biden got the voting volumes that was claimed.

Over the following years we revisited the corruption and criminal abuse of the  voting processes many times. Despite the voting problems, the politicians around the country never fixed one of the most important factors in our democracy and a basic tenet of our freedom. 

Today is another post in a series of voting problems that prove that our voting processes could be as bad  as ever and  if true our  democracy is in  serious danger.  The first post in this new  series can be accessed at:

1)Ground zero for the major voting corruption in the 2020 Presidential  election was in the state of  Michigan. The number of different ways that the state’s election results were corrupted is long and disgusting. But it is looking like we may finally get the details on the voting that took place in  Michigan and once and for all either prove that voting crimes were committed or the voting processes were squeaky clean:

• A private citizen named Yehuda Miller has successfully fought through the court system via the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and was finally able to  obtain copies or originals of every piece of voting documentation that exists for the city of Detroit and its host county, Wayne County.

• This haul of voting records adds up to  almost a million documents.

• For years, members of the  government and political class blocked access to these documents even though they continually claimed that there was no corruption of the voting process.

• The documents  include absentee ballots, absentee ballot applications,   computer files, voting poll books, and tally tapes.

• A team of independent investigators is currently analyzing and going through the nearly one  million documents to see, once and for all, if the  city and county voting processes were corrupted and tainted.

It took over five years and  lots of resistance from the establishment but hopefully the real answers to the election can finally be  made public  and, if necessary, prosecute those that corrupted the process and violated Michigan citizens’ First Amendment rights.

2)Let’s drop down to Texas from Michigan:

• Nine people were recently indicted in a voter fraud case in Texas.

• The grand jury indicted these nine for alleged ballot harvesting, an act that is not legal  in the state.

• The arrest of these nine people brings the total number of arrests in this situation  to 15.

• Even a sitting judge was arrested for three counts of illegal ballot harvesting related to her  2022 primary campaign.

• The judge’s  sister was also  arrested.

An  example that shows voting fraud and  corruption is not restricted to Presidential elections.

3)Out to California and we get the following legal battle about voting records  and voting corruption:

• Apparently the Justice Department has asked for voting records from the Orange County government in California.

• This request is within the boundaries of legality within the Voting Rights Act and Help America Vote Act.

• The request was triggered by a noncitizen immigrant who received a voter registration in the mail  addressed to him which should not have happened since he was a noncitizen.

• Despite the laws and  despite this  obvious voting registration screw up, the county voter registrar is refusing to comply with Federal law.

• The Justice Department wants to make sure that this was a one time fluke and not a systematic way to  allow noncitizens to vote in California, certainly a reasonable request.

The refusal to comply, of course, raises the issue: was the honest noncitizen who sounded the alarm on this voting irregularity just one of an untold number of non-citizens, and possibly illegal  immigrants, that California is inviting to illegally vote? Seems that politicians in Orange County want to keep something a secret, given their non-compliance with the Justice Department request.

4)Okay, back to the tainted 2020 Presidential  election:

• Kash Patel, the FBI Director, recently announced that the FBI has turned over a report to Congress which alleges that China attempted to interfere in the 2020 Presidential election

• According to Patel: “The FBI has located documents which detail alarming allegations related to the 2020 U.S. election, including allegations of interference by the CCP. I have immediately declassified the material and turned the documents over to [Senate Judiciary Committee] Chairman Grassley for further review.”

• The concerns involve the Chinese  Communist Party creating fake U.S.  citizen’s drivers licenses in order to use bogus mail  ballots in support of Biden.

• These fake  licenses were sent  to Chinese residents living in thai country so that they could illegally vote.

• These FBI files are in direct conflict with the testimony that former FBI Director, Chris Wray, gave  to Congress where he testified under oath there were no  known plots of foreign interference in the election.

• It now appears that five years ago, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency actually intercepted almost 20,000 fake licenses, lending credence to the theory that the Chinese tried to illegally influence the election and the FBI at that time did nothing to verify or nullify the claim.

At  one time the FBI was a highly regarded part of the Federal  government. That perception has fallen so far down the scale of integrity over the past decade or so and this is just another example of his bias and corruption.

Enough voting shenanigans for today: the Chinese were possibly involved, California says no to Federal voting laws and requests, Texas cracks down on  voting fraud, and Michigan finally comes clean with the records they tied so desperately to hide.

July, 2023, Part 10, Political Class Insanity: More DOGE Spending Savings, Bad Priorities In Michigan, A Congresswoman Cannot Count and More

 There is a lot going on in the world: Obama and Russiagate findings, Middle East powder keg, the Russian/Ukrainian war, etc. But through all this, the American political class continues to  constantly deliver its own special brand of insanity, stupidity, wasteful taxpayer spending, and ineffective government programs:

1)We have previously talked about the great work that the Federal government’s DOGE  organization has been  doing in identifying and rooting out stupid, wasteful spending of taxpayer wealth. We discussed how $20 million was spent to put on a Sesame Street play in Iraq, how $6 million was spent to encourage tourism in Egypt, how tens of millions of dollars was spent on LGBT activities  around the  world including funding gender transition surgeries in Guatemala, etc. 

While these millions of dollars were flying around the world, millions of Americans continued to be homeless, hungry, in need of medical  care, and drug addiction care. And yet Democrats in Congress have been critical of this effort to stop wasteful spending around the world and this effort to rein in reckless spending, made their opposition clear in  Congressional hearings.

But as someone once said, “It is better to remain silent and thought ignorant then to speak up and remove all  doubt,” advice a Democratic member of Congress, who I  will not embarrass should have  recently taken:

• The Congresswoman was trying to  make the point that Americans did not approve of DOGE saving their tax dollars from being spent on nonsense by referencing a public opinion poll..

• In fact, she had her  staff create a professional and large poster that showed that 67% of those polled opposed DOGE’s efforts, 38% approved DOGE’s efforts,  and 5% were undecided.

• The problem, and embarrassment, is that these numbers add up to 110% which of course is impossible.

It is tough to take a Congressional member seriously when  neither her or her staff can add up three numbers correctly.

2)While the Congresswoman was having serious math and numbers problems, DOGE was continuing to save billions of taxpayer  dollars from wasteful  spending:

• DOGE recently announced another $14.3 billion in taxpayer savings by identifying and axing stupid spending around the world.

• One of the contracts that DOGE killed was for a “resilience adviser” in Somalia which cost $850,000.

• I have no idea what a resilience advisor does, why he or she would be doing it in Somalia, and who ever thought this was a good idea.

• More  importantly, which politically connected NGO got that contract and who was their buddy in Congress and the Federal bureaucracy.

Another day and another set of programs that waste billions of American taxpayer dollars every year.

3)As we have  mentioned so  many times, a very primary responsibility of any government entity is to protect the lives and the property of the citizens they govern. Nothing else matters if the politicians running a government entity cannot perform this basic function.

Of course, the city of Chicago's politicians have failed miserably in this area for years, as we have all too often pointed out. Thousands of city residents are shot every year with hundreds of them dying and city politicians have  never figured, or cared how to fix the violence and shootings.  And this past July 4th weekend in the city was no different:

• At least 55 Chicago residents were shot over the recent Fourth of July weekend.

• Six of those shot died from  their wounds.

• These shootings happened over just a three day period, coming out to about 18 shootings a day and two fatalities everyday.

• One of those killed was a 16 year old girl.

• According to the Chicago Sun Times, there have already been 202 homicides in the first half of the year, more than one per day.

The Chicago politicians’ failures continue, the inability to protect the lives and  property of those they govern.

4)The state of Michigan has thousands of residents that are facing hard times:

• 33,000 state residents are homeless.

• About 3,000 residents die from drug overdoses every year.

• Michigan has the 13th highest poverty rate in  the country.

• About 1.5 million state residents face hunger challenges every day and about 400,000 of them are kids.

The governor of Michigan is Gretchen Whitmer. Recently:

• She spent $204,444 on an eight day trip to the United Kingdom and Ireland this past March.

• Her eight party travel group stayed at a five star hotel in  London, had Sunday High Tea in Dorchester, visited the Royal Automobile Club,  had a meal at the Duck and Waffle restaurant on the 40th floor of a London building, and visited parliament, and on average spent over $25,000 a day.

• These figures come from  the Michigan Economic Development Corp.

• One of those in  the boondoggle group was the state director for “Rural Agriculture” and Development and another was the director for “Natural Resources.”

• Why the directors of state agencies charged with agriculture and nature need to visit England is unknown and makes no sense.

• In  Ireland, the group met with various entities and also  squeezed in time to  visit the Guiness Brewery.

• The supposed purpose of the trip was: “To build partnerships with new government entities in the United Kingdom and Ireland; to educate entities on Michigan as the top place to do business in the US; advocate for increased investment opportunities and conduct retention visits with existing companies in market who are long-time investors in the state.” 

• Oh,  by the way, Whitmer has also visited Spain, the United Arab Emirates,  Taiwan, and Japan in the past two years, with the four trips costing over $600,000.

Now, the governor’s office claims that  all of these trips were  privately funded,, i.e.  no taxpayer dollars were used to jet her around the world. In  the meantime, thousands of her residents are homeless, hungry, dying from drug overdoses,  etc.  Her  priorities  are pretty lame in light of what she should have been focusing on vs. traveling around the world in the probably vain hope of getting some Spanish  company to invest in Michigan.

Rough insanity for today: bad priorities in  Michigan, more DOGE  cuts to stupid  and  wasteful spending, a Congressional staff and Congressional  member cannot do basic math, and the violence on Chicago streets continues unabated.
