More Voting Process Fraud and Incompetence - Part 2

 After the Presidential  election in 2020. It became obvious that there was a lot of incompetence, corruption, and likely criminal  activity that tainted and invalidated the Presidential election results. As a result, we were stuck  with Joe Biden as President for four years, a Presidency that turned out  to be the worst Presidential administration in a long time, knocking the Carter administration out  of the first place for the worst Presidency in the past 100 years or so.

Immediately after the  election we started a series of posts that documented the dozens and dozens of instances in  various forms that corrupted the election:

• Videos of election poll workers counting bogus ballots.

• Videos of people bringing cases of fake ballots into polling places in the  middle  of the night.

• People confessing to voting more than  once in the election.

• Non-citizens and non-registered citizens casting votes.

• Questionable voting machine shenanigans.

• People confessing to corrupting the voting process in various ways.

• Statistical analysis that showed there was no way that Biden got the voting volumes that was claimed.

Over the following years we revisited the corruption and criminal abuse of the  voting processes many times. Despite the voting problems, the politicians around the country never fixed one of the most important factors in our democracy and a basic tenet of our freedom. 

Today is another post in a series of voting problems that prove that our voting processes could be as bad  as ever and  if true our  democracy is in  serious danger.  The first post in this new  series can be accessed at:

1)Ground zero for the major voting corruption in the 2020 Presidential  election was in the state of  Michigan. The number of different ways that the state’s election results were corrupted is long and disgusting. But it is looking like we may finally get the details on the voting that took place in  Michigan and once and for all either prove that voting crimes were committed or the voting processes were squeaky clean:

• A private citizen named Yehuda Miller has successfully fought through the court system via the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and was finally able to  obtain copies or originals of every piece of voting documentation that exists for the city of Detroit and its host county, Wayne County.

• This haul of voting records adds up to  almost a million documents.

• For years, members of the  government and political class blocked access to these documents even though they continually claimed that there was no corruption of the voting process.

• The documents  include absentee ballots, absentee ballot applications,   computer files, voting poll books, and tally tapes.

• A team of independent investigators is currently analyzing and going through the nearly one  million documents to see, once and for all, if the  city and county voting processes were corrupted and tainted.

It took over five years and  lots of resistance from the establishment but hopefully the real answers to the election can finally be  made public  and, if necessary, prosecute those that corrupted the process and violated Michigan citizens’ First Amendment rights.

2)Let’s drop down to Texas from Michigan:

• Nine people were recently indicted in a voter fraud case in Texas.

• The grand jury indicted these nine for alleged ballot harvesting, an act that is not legal  in the state.

• The arrest of these nine people brings the total number of arrests in this situation  to 15.

• Even a sitting judge was arrested for three counts of illegal ballot harvesting related to her  2022 primary campaign.

• The judge’s  sister was also  arrested.

An  example that shows voting fraud and  corruption is not restricted to Presidential elections.

3)Out to California and we get the following legal battle about voting records  and voting corruption:

• Apparently the Justice Department has asked for voting records from the Orange County government in California.

• This request is within the boundaries of legality within the Voting Rights Act and Help America Vote Act.

• The request was triggered by a noncitizen immigrant who received a voter registration in the mail  addressed to him which should not have happened since he was a noncitizen.

• Despite the laws and  despite this  obvious voting registration screw up, the county voter registrar is refusing to comply with Federal law.

• The Justice Department wants to make sure that this was a one time fluke and not a systematic way to  allow noncitizens to vote in California, certainly a reasonable request.

The refusal to comply, of course, raises the issue: was the honest noncitizen who sounded the alarm on this voting irregularity just one of an untold number of non-citizens, and possibly illegal  immigrants, that California is inviting to illegally vote? Seems that politicians in Orange County want to keep something a secret, given their non-compliance with the Justice Department request.

4)Okay, back to the tainted 2020 Presidential  election:

• Kash Patel, the FBI Director, recently announced that the FBI has turned over a report to Congress which alleges that China attempted to interfere in the 2020 Presidential election

• According to Patel: “The FBI has located documents which detail alarming allegations related to the 2020 U.S. election, including allegations of interference by the CCP. I have immediately declassified the material and turned the documents over to [Senate Judiciary Committee] Chairman Grassley for further review.”

• The concerns involve the Chinese  Communist Party creating fake U.S.  citizen’s drivers licenses in order to use bogus mail  ballots in support of Biden.

• These fake  licenses were sent  to Chinese residents living in thai country so that they could illegally vote.

• These FBI files are in direct conflict with the testimony that former FBI Director, Chris Wray, gave  to Congress where he testified under oath there were no  known plots of foreign interference in the election.

• It now appears that five years ago, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency actually intercepted almost 20,000 fake licenses, lending credence to the theory that the Chinese tried to illegally influence the election and the FBI at that time did nothing to verify or nullify the claim.

At  one time the FBI was a highly regarded part of the Federal  government. That perception has fallen so far down the scale of integrity over the past decade or so and this is just another example of his bias and corruption.

Enough voting shenanigans for today: the Chinese were possibly involved, California says no to Federal voting laws and requests, Texas cracks down on  voting fraud, and Michigan finally comes clean with the records they tied so desperately to hide.

Supreme Court Rewrites Obama Care Legislation, Destroys the Consitution and Rule Of Law In the Process

Democracy in America died today when the Supreme Court ruled that although an existing  law explicitly states something cannot be done, the executive branch can act like it can be done without first obtaining Congressional approval. Today the Supreme Court decided that it somehow had the authority to rewrite current law without the approval of the Congressional or Executive branches of government, a clear violation of the Constitution. 

So in the future, when a future President unilaterally decides that an unborn child takes precedent over that silly Roe vs. Wade decision or unilaterally decides that “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” needs to be reinstated or unilaterally decides that the  Civil Rights Act and Voting Rights Act are too old to be relevant anymore, understand that the path for these unilateral actions was forged today when the Supreme Court, in concert with the present administration, arbitrarily changed standing law without input from the people or their elected representatives. In the process, this country’s  rule of law and the Constitutional separation of powers has been crushed. 

As Judge Scalia wrote in the dissenting opinion, “Words no longer have meaning if an Exchange that is not established by a State is ‘established by the State.’” Or to put it in Orwellian terms, we have fallen down the rabbit hole of Big Brother where, “War is Peace, Freedom is Slavery, Ignorance is Strength.” God help us.

Barack Obama - Using Executive Orders To Endanger The Biggest Progressive Victories Of The Last 50 Years

Before we get into the latest unConstitutional action and lawlessness of Barack Obama, let me set the stage. I am over sixty years old, I have never voted for a Republican for President in my life, and up until 2010, I had never voted for a Republican for national office. Thus, I am not a Republican, I am not a conservative, and I am not a right winger.

But I am an American. I do believe in the tenets and spirit of the Constitution. I do believe in the rule of law. And that is why on any number of levels, I find the recent Obama executive action relative to illegal immigrants repugnant, lawless, unConstitutional, and extremely dangerous to freedom. 

The most obvious danger from his unilateral action is that it is a direct violation of Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution: "Congress shall have the power to....establish a uniform rule of naturalization." This could not be any clearer. This power and responsibility within our republic lies with Congress when it comes to immigration and naturalization laws. Not the President, not the executive branch, Congress. Clear cut and concise. Thus, even if the President goes through with this clearly illegal action, it will no doubt be thrown out be the courts based solely on this explicit provision within the Constitution.

Now, the President will likely say he had to act via executive action because Congress did not act. And he may be right, maybe Congress did not act. But that does not allow the President to do what he wants, to ignore whatever current laws say no matter how distasteful that reality is to himself and immigration supporters. 

The Rolling Stones once sang that "you can't always get what you want," and that is the case here. Mr. President, you cannot always get what you want, so get over it. If this issue is so important to you, you should have done it legally six years ago when you and your party controlled both the White House and Congress. 

If you had acted then, you could have gotten what you wanted in a Constitutional manner that would have been able to withstand any court challenge. Your inability to plan or prioritize is all on you and you missed your window.

But your reckless and illegal actions on immigration carry a much bigger, yet more subtle risk, and danger to our country. In two years you will be gone, out of office. If the Republicans continue to politically out maneuver and out perform Democrats in 2016, like they did in the recent 2014 midterm elections, there is a very good chance that the country will get a Republican President in 2016.

And what if that President is just as disrespectful of the Constitution and rule of law as you are, acting on his or her whims rather than established legislative history and foundations? We might see Roe Vs. Wade get ignored and abortion made an illegal act again, based on the whim of a Republican President. 

We might see gays ousted from our military forces again, based on the whim of a Republican President. 

We might see existing gun control laws treated merely as suggestions and not law, based on the whim of a Republican President. 

We might see the Civil Rights Act or Voting Rights Act nullified, based on the whim of a Republican President.

You get the idea. Acting on a whim outside of the constructs of the Constitution justify others acting on their whims also. If Obama gets away with this illegal action, it opens the door for further illegal action, actions that may be contrary to what non-Republicans find important. And wouldn't that be the ultimate irony of the Obama administration: opening the door to undo fifty years of liberal, progressive, and Democratic victories and advances?

This is much bigger than a spat between a President and Congress. Obama is making himself bigger than the country, its laws, and the Constitution. If he gets away with it, there is nothing to stop future Presidents from having similar temper tantrums and going into emperor mode, ignoring existing laws and the will of the people. At that point, voting, freedom, representative government, and liberty become quaint and historical concepts that have been destroyed in this country.

Is there a need for comprehensive, compassionate, and doable immigration reform?Absolutely. Should both Congress and the President start acting like adults, get together, and bring such a plan to fruition? Absolutely. Will this happen? Not once the President has again fallen short of his leadership duties and role and has poisoned the waters of compromise and unity by ignoring the Constitution and current laws of the land.

And if you believe in a woman's right to an abortion, if you believe in gay rights, if you want at least existing gun control laws to remain in effect, if you believe in the right to vote and in civil rights for all, I strongly suggest you contact the White House and your Congressional representatives and pressure both parties to do immigration reform the right way. 

Otherwise, the next time a President goes rogue and acts like an emperor it might be an issue that you are passionate about, an issue your fought hard to favorably resolve, and an issue your thought was a done deal, only to have it blown up on the whim of a President. At that point it is too late to protect what is important to you and your principles. Don't let the following historical perspective repeat itself in this country (Pastor Martin Niemoller, 1892 - 1984):


"In Germany, they came first for the Communists. And I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Communist.
And then they came for the trade unionists. And I didn't speak up because I wasn't a trade unionist.
And then they came for the Jews. And I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Jew.
Then they came for me and by that time there was no one left to speak up."

Speak up now before whims and egos of shallow men drive this country, bypassing the rule of law and the Constitution.

November, 2014 The Unfolding Disaster That Is Obama Care: Using Americans' Stupidity To Pass Legislation

We have spent the past four days reviewing the unfolding disaster that is Obama Care. We have been doing this series on a regular monthly basis since August, 2013 and never seem to run out of bad news to report. Whether it is cancelling the current and preferred insurance policies of millions of Americans, cutting of Americans from their preferred doctors, hospitals, and medicines, adding over a trillion dollars to the national debt, forcing doctors out of the profession into retirement or different careers, exposing millions of Americans to identity theft thieves, increasing health insurance premiums and deductibles, throttling the economy, increasing existing taxes and introducing new taxes, and a myriad of other disasters, this is one piece of Washington legislation that keeps on giving. And none of its presents are ever any good.

I had thought that yesterday’s post would be the last update for this month. However, since that last post was written, I came across a very distressing piece of video tape that kind of summarizes the bad vibes and heinous intentions of those behind Obama Care. 

The video tape is from some sort of panel discussion on Obama care and it focuses on Jonathon Gruber. Mr. Gruber is apparently an MIT economics professor and one of the primary writers of the legislation. The Heritage Foundation summed up the video quite nicely:

In a newly surfaced video, one of Obamacare’s architects admits a “lack of transparency” helped the Obama administration and congressional Democrats pass the Affordable Care Act. The conservative group American Commitment posted Jonathan Gruber’s remarks, reportedly from an Oct. 17, 2013, event, on YouTube.

“Lack of transparency is a huge political advantage,” says the MIT economist who helped write Obamacare. “And basically, call it the stupidity of the American voter or whatever, but basically that was really, really critical for the thing to pass.”

So let’s review:

• The Obama administration was deliberately non-transparent to get its way with the American people.
• The Obama administration intentionally lied to the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) in order to get a favorable rating from the analysts in the CBO.
• The Obama administration intentionally lied to the American people to hide the fact that healthy people were going to subsidize the medical and insurance care of unhealthy people.
• The Obama administration used the lack of transparency as a political advantage.
• The Obama administration basically called the American people too stupid to understand what the Obama Care legislation was going to do to them.

And in the end, Mr. Gruber finds that lying, hiding behind a veil of non-transparency and thinking so low of Americans that he felt their stupidity (his words) could be leveraged in order to get a bad piece of legislation passed, so unlike spirit of the Civil Rights Act, the Voting Rights Act, and other properly legislated laws, that this was a better option than getting no law done, no matter how insipid and awful Obama Care turned out to be.

Words cannot express my outrage and disgust with Mr. Gruber and the entire Obama administration in this matter and their attitudes. Given how poorly the law has turned out to be, I think that possibly Mr. Gruber and the rest of the Obama administration need to consider who the stupid people were in this whole disgusting affair.

For this video tape alone the entire legislation needs to be repealed. It was done under false pretenses that are an insult to our intelligence and our democracy. Besides being unworkable and doomed to failure.

Before closing today, let’s look at another quote relative to Obama Care that was made a four years ago by Donald Trump. Given the unfolding disaster that is Obama Care, you decide who had a better feel and attitude of what was going to happen:

Let me get this straight . . .We're going to be "gifted" with a health care plan we are forced to purchase and fined if we don't, which purportedly covers at least ten million more people, without adding a single new doctor, but provides for 16,000 new IRS agents, written by a committee whose chairman says he doesn't understand it, passed by a Congress that didn't read it but exempted themselves from it, and signed by a President who smokes, with funding administered by a treasury chief who didn't pay his taxes, for which we'll be taxed for four years before any benefits take effect, by a government which has already bankrupted Social Security and Medicare, all to be overseen by a surgeon general who is obese, and financed by a country that's already broke!!!!!‌

'What could possibly go wrong?

Who is the stupid one now? The writers like Gruber who never foresaw how bad the legislation would turn out to be or Trump, who nailed the outcome four years ago? More Obama Care disasters next month.
