Biden's Failed Immigration Policies and the Death and Violence It Has Caused To Americans - Part 8

 We have often discussed the reality that Biden’s border policies have been an unbelievable failure. Illegal drugs are flooding into the country, violent South and Central American gangs setting up shop in  U.S. cities, and local city and state budgets are being adjusted so that illegal immigrants can be fed, sheltered, and given medical attention, stealing government services from American taxpayers.

But one particularly distressing and tragic result of Biden’s failed immigration policies is the danger that have befallen innocent Americans at the hands of violent illegal immigrants who never should have been admitted to the country. This is not to say there should be no immigration into this country.  But there has to be a rigid screening process so that violent people do not get into the country and carry out heinous, often fatal, attacks on innocent Americans.

1)Fox News Bill Melugin recently interviewed an illegal immigrant from Turkey and the contents of that interview were not good:

• The immigrant said that he and other Turkish citizens paid a Mexican drug cartel to help them illegally enter the country.

• Given what he observed coming over the border he said that Americans should be “worried” about the lack of security at the border.

• Specifically: “American people is right. Completely true. Who comes into this country? They don’t know. I’m good, but how if they’re not good? How if they’re killers, psychopaths… no security check, no background check.”

Given the  murders and rapes we have  discussed in the previous posts listed above, the words form this Turkish illegal immigrant are not surprising.

2)But illegal immigrants are not just hurting Americans physically:

• The New York Post recently reported that the Russian mafia and the brutal MS-13 criminal have been cooperating and getting rich off of American taxpayers.

• They are using the flood of illegal immigrants in their “fake injury” scam.

• Illegal immigrants are pressured into getting unneeded spinal fusion and other surgeries to boost their claim of fake injury reports.

• Corrupt American doctors are also  involved in that they perform unnecessary back  and neck fusions and then collect via bogus insurance filings.

• Accorisng to news reports: “The racket typically involves a healthy person taking a seemingly minor tumble on the street or at a construction site, then claiming a devastating injury that requires multiple surgeries. A crooked surgeon fuses healthy vertebrae with screws and plates, leading to a lawsuit against a business or landlord, or both. Settlements start at $1 million each but can go much higher.”

• The Post reported: “They’re regularly recruiting migrants and homeless people and in some cases are proactively arranging for them to come to New York.” 

• The Russians are financing the operation and the MS-13 gang members recruit illegal immigrants to undergo the unnecessary operations.

• The insurance payouts to these fake injuries drive up the cost of insurance for American citizens.

Murder, rape, extortion, the atocities never end.

3)Back to individual; acts of terror from an illegal immigrant:

• Jose Pavon-Fermin is an illegal immigrant from Honduras.

• In  Norwalk, Connecticut in  July, 2016 he abducted a woman whom he raped.

• He was arrested and convicted of third degree sexual assault and first degree unlawful restraint.

• After serving only a fraction of his prison  time, he was deported back  to Honduras.

• He again illegally entered the country during the Biden Presidency and worked his way back to Norwalk, the scene of his abduction and rape of a woman.

• He was arrested for disturbing the peace, released back on to the streets and was supposed to register as a sex offender, an act he did  not fulfill.

• He was eventually arrested again  in Virginia and faces up to 30 years in prison….assuming someone does not release him again.

4)Some more violence:

• Jorge Chacon-Gutierrez is a 25 year old illegal immigrant from Venezuela.

• He illegally entered the country in November, 2023.

• He was fatally shot in a shootout with police after a domestic violence call.

• A  police officer involved in the shooting was herself shot several times but is expected to have a full recovery.

• When he was captured coming over the border he was classified for “expedited removal” 

• But he claimed if he returned to his country he would be persecuted so a judge decided he could stay in this country until his immigration hearing in, get this, 2026.

• Thus, he had about two years to wander around the country.

• His freedom eventually led him to a shootout and his death in Texas. 

Another violent encounter with an  illegal immigrant, one that almost killed a brave police officer. Besides showing how horrible Biden has managed the border and the resultant violence on Americans, this is a classic example of why gun control will never work  in this country. 

Ask yourself: how did a 25 year old illegal  immigrant get his hands on a weapon that eventually shot a police officer? I am pretty sure he did not go through a government background check to get permission to possess a weapon, he just got one off of the street.

Enough illegal immigrant violence for today, be it insurance extortion, rape, or shootouts with police, none of this would have happened if Biden had done his job and secured the border.

Finally, A Score Card Of Corruption on The Mueller Investigation/Witch Hunt and Assorted Other Scandals and D.C. Corruption

Most Americans should know that Robert Mueller, former Attorney General, has been acting as a special counsel investigating whether or not the Russians interfered in the 2016 Presidential election. Specifically, he is witch hunting to see if he can implicate Trump and his campaign with potential Russian interference. After almost two years of investigation he has found nothing that would say that Trump was in cahoots with the Russians. 

While he has managed to find some potential law breaking by people associated with Trump, e.g. Michael Cohen and Robert Manafort, he has found nothing that links Trump the Russians. And for all of this nothingness he has spent well over $25 million of taxpayer money. And there does not seem to be an end in sight as the investigation grinds on and on, having taken on a life of its own with no end game or wrap up in sight.

There are those of us that believe that the whole investigation from the start had nothing to do with the Russians but was a scheme by established government operatives in the Justice Department, FBI, and CIA that could just not stand the concept of an outsider, Trump, being President. These folks had milked and connived the system to their financial and career benefits for decades and did not want to see that gravy train end. The Muller effort truly was a witch hunt for the benefit of the so-called “Deep State.”

Given that they have not found anything on Trump and the Russians and Trump has imposed many, many sanctions on the Russians, something that a co-conspirator would not do, the Mueller investigation more and more looks like a travesty. And I would suggest that after reading the following paragraphs you will probably come to the same conclusion.

One of the public relations problems of the Mueller investigation is that it has grinded on for so long and so many people have been in involved that it becomes very confusing as to what is actually going on. But the following description and history of the main players in this witch hunt clears up a lot of the confusion and lays out what is really going on.

As you will see, this is not an independent investigation with high ethics. This whole charade has been orchestrated by career Washington types with a myriad of secret connections, mutual beneficial behavior, political favors, greed, and a network of shady characters that goes back decades. Read and then decide: who really is the culprit here, Trump or the whole corrupt and infested political class in Washington.

The following came to me via a friend, We have discussed many of these shadowy connections before but this lays out the entire picture in an easy to understand format:

From 2001 to 2005 there was an ongoing investigation into the Clinton Foundation.

A Grand Jury had been empanelled.

Governments from around the world had donated to the “Charity”.

Yet, from 2001 to 2003 none of those “Donations” to the Clinton Foundation were declared.

Hmmm, now you would think that an honest investigator would be able to figure this out.

Guess who took over this investigation in 2002?

Bet you can’t guess.

None other than James Comey.

Now, that’s interesting, isn’t it?

Guess who was transferred in to the Internal Revenue Service to run the Tax Exemption Branch of the IRS?

Now, that’s interesting, isn’t it?

It gets better, well not really, but this is all just a series of strange coincidences, right?

Guess who ran the Tax Division inside the Department of Injustice from 2001 to 2005?

No other than the Assistant Attorney General of the United States, Rod Rosenstein.

Now, that’s interesting, isn’t it?

Guess who was the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation during this time frame?

I know, it’s a miracle, just a coincidence, just an anomaly in statistics and chances, Robert Mueller.

What do all four casting characters have in common?

They all were briefed and/or were front line investigators into the Clinton Foundation Investigation.

Now that’s just a coincidence, right?

Ok, let’s chalk the last one up to mere chance.

Let’s fast forward to 2009.

James Comey leaves the Justice Department to go and cash-in at Lockheed Martin.

Hillary Clinton is running the State Department, on her own personal email server by the way.

The Uranium One “issue” comes to the attention of the Hillary.

Like all good public servants do, you know looking out for America’s best interest, she decides to support the decision and approve the sale of 20% of US uranium to no other than, the Russians.

Now you would think that this is a fairly straight up deal, except it wasn’t, the People got absolutely nothing out of it.

However, prior to the sales approval, no other than Bill Clinton goes to Moscow, gets paid 500K for a one hour speech then meets with Vladimir Putin at his home for a few hours.

Ok, no big deal right?

Well, not so fast, the FBI had a mole inside the money laundering and bribery scheme.

Guess who was the FBI Director during this time frame?

Yep, Robert Mueller.

He even delivered a Uranium Sample to Moscow in 2009.

Guess who was handling that case within the Justice Department out of the US Attorney’s Office in Maryland.

No other than, Rod Rosenstein.

Guess what happened to the informant?

The Department of Justice placed a GAG order on him and threatened to lock him up if he spoke out about it.

How does 20% of the most strategic asset of the United States of America end up in Russian hands when the FBI has an informant, a mole providing inside information to the FBI on the criminal enterprise?

Guess what happened soon after the sale was approved?

$145 million dollars in “donations” made their way into the Clinton Foundation from entities directly connected to the Uranium One deal.

Guess who was still at the Internal Revenue Service working the Charitable Division?

No other than, Lois Lerner.

Ok, that’s all just another series of coincidences, nothing to see here, right?

Let’s fast forward to 2015.

Due to a series of tragic events in Benghazi and after the 9 “investigations” the House, Senate and at State Department, Trey Gowdy who was running the 10th investigation as Chairman of the Select Committee on Benghazi discovers that the Hillary ran the State Department on an unclassified, unauthorized, outlaw personal email server.

He also discovered that none of those emails had been turned over when she departed her “Public Service” as Secretary of State which was required by law.

He also discovered that there was Top Secret information contained within her personally archived email.

Sparing you the State Departments cover up, the nostrums they floated, the delay tactics that were employed and the outright lies that were spewed forth from the necks of the Kerry State Department, we shall leave it with this…… they did everything humanly possible to cover for Hillary.

Now this is amazing, guess who became FBI Director in 2013.

Guess who secured 17 no bid contracts for his employer (Lockheed Martin) with the State Department and was rewarded with a six million dollar thank you present when he departed his employer.

No other than James Comey.

Amazing how all those no-bids just went right through at State, huh?

Now he is the FBI Director in charge of the “Clinton Email Investigation” after of course his FBI Investigates the Lois Lerner “Matter” at the Internal Revenue Service and exonerates her.

Nope couldn’t find any crimes there.

Can you guess what happened next?

In April 2016 , James Comey drafts an exoneration letter of Hillary Rodham Clinton, meanwhile the DOJ is handing out immunity deals like candy.

They didn’t even convene a Grand Jury.

Like a lightning bolt of statistical impossibility, like a miracle from God himself, like the true “Gangsta” Comey is, James steps out into the cameras of an awaiting press conference on July the 8th of 2016, and exonerates the Hillary from any wrongdoing.

Can you see the pattern?

It goes on and on, Rosenstein becomes Asst. Attorney General, Comey gets fired based upon a letter by Rosenstein, Comey leaks government information to the press, Mueller is assigned to the Russian Investigation sham by Rosenstein to provide cover for decades of malfeasance within the FBI and DOJ and the story continues.

FISA Abuse, political espionage..... pick a crime, any crime, chances are...... this group and a few others did it.

All the same players.

All compromised and conflicted.

All working fervently to NOT go to jail themselves.

All connected in one way or another to the Clinton's.

They are like battery acid, they corrode and corrupt everything they touch.

How many lives have these two destroyed?

As of this writing, the Clinton Foundation, in its 20+ years of operation of being the largest International Charity Fraud in the history of mankind, has never been audited by the Internal Revenue Service.

Let us not forget that Comey's brother works for DLA Piper, the law firm that does the Clinton Foundation's taxes.

And,

See the person that is the common denominator to all the crimes above and still doing her evil escape legal maneuvers at the top of the 3 Letter USA Agencies.

WHO IS LISA BARSOOMIAN?

Let’s learn a little about Mrs. Lisa H. Barsoomian’s background.

Lisa H. Barsoomian, a US Attorney that graduated from Georgetown Law, is a protégé of James Comey and Robert Mueller.

Barsoomian, with her boss R. Craig Lawrence, represented Bill Clinton in 1998.

Lawrence also represented: Robert Mueller three times; James Comey five times; Barack Obama 45 times; Kathleen Sebelius 56 times; Bill Clinton 40 times and Hillary Clinton 17 times. Between 1998 and 2017, Barsoomian herself represented the FBI at least five times.

You may be saying to yourself, OK, who cares? Who cares about the work history of this Barsoomian woman? Apparently someone does, because someone out there cares so much that they’ve “purged” all Barsoomian court documents for her Clinton representation in Hamburg vs. Clinton in 1998 and its appeal in 1999 from the DC District and Appeals Court dockets. Someone out there cares so much that the internet has been “purged” of all information pertaining to Barsoomian. Historically, this indicates that the individual is a protected CIA operative.

Additionally, Lisa Barsoomian has specialized in opposing Freedom of Information Act requests on behalf of the intelligence community. And, although Barsoomian has been involved in hundreds of cases representing the DC Office of the US Attorney, her email address is Lisa Barsoomian at NIH gov. The NIH stands for National Institutes of Health. This is a tactic routinely used by the CIA to protect an operative by using another government organization to shield their activities.

It’s a cover, so big deal right? I mean what does one more attorney with ties to the US intelligence community really matter. It deals with Trump and his recent tariffs on Chinese steel and aluminum imports, the border wall, DACA, everything coming out of California, the Uni-party unrelenting opposition to President Trump, the Clapper leaks, the Comey leaks, Attorney General Jeff Sessions recusal and subsequent 14 month nap with occasional forays into the marijuana legalization mix …. and last but not least Mueller’s never-ending investigation into collusion between the Trump team and the Russians. Why does Barsoomian, CIA operative, merit any mention?

BECAUSE….She is Assistant Attorney General Rod Rosenstein’s WIFE….That’s why!!

Given the above secret and covert connections, at this point whatever Muller comes up with is invalid. Such massive conflict of interest should have never occurred if the Deep State actually wanted an investigation with integrity. With the above nonsense, integrity is an impossibility.

September, 2018, Part 4, Political Class Insanity: The Hypocrisy of Democrats and the The Clinton Crime Syndicate and Uranium One Update

It is another month which means it is again time to review the latest political class insanity from Washington and around the world. Political class insanity takes many forms including the wasting of taxpayer wealth, criminal fraud within government programs, inane and stupid political quotes and actions, the inability to create and implement effective and efficient government programs, stupid and ill performing economic policies and strategies, and other forms of insanity that continue to evolve and surprise and shock us.

Let’s get started:

1) We have previously talked about what happens when local and state governments raise the minimum hourly wage too quickly. Restaurants close because owners cannot pay the new, higher wage levels, employees lose benefits as business owners look to save money in other ways to pay the higher wages, and employees lose jobs, i.e. the good news is that your job is getting higher wages but the bad news is that you no longer have a job. In no instance did employees enjoy higher wages, increased benefits, or more job openings as a result of politicians ramming through increases in the minimum wage.

In our previous political class insanity post we talked about the insanity, untrue, and inane reasoning of Congressional candidate, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. Today, we continue to debunk her ideas and nonsense as it relates to a business she used to work for:

• Ocasio-Cortez wants to raise the minimum wage to $15 an hour as most socialists want to do.
• She recently visited an old employer of hers, The Coffee Shop in Union Square New York.
• Unfortunately, after a 28 year successful business, the owners of the business decided they had to fold down the business because of high rents and the ever increasing local minimum wage increases, the exact type of policy that Ocasio-Cortez wants to impose on many other small businesses. 
• She visited The Coffee Shop on the last day of its existence.
• Rather than think about the consequences of economic policies she supports, she light heartedly said that, "I swung by today to say hi one last time, and kid around with friends like old times."
• I would bet that the now unemployed 150 shop employees did want to “kid around,” given they no longer have careers and income coming into their homes and families.

Obviously, like everything else she does not get, she does not get that overt government interference in the economy always results in bad overall economic consequences. 

2) Even though Robert Mueller has been a special counsel investigating Russian ties to the Trump campaign, of which he has found none, the continuing saga of the Clintons and how cozy they were financially to the Russians continues to be virtually ignored. This is sad because it has been well established that there were real and profitable ties between the Russians and the Clintons. 

Dick Morris, writing for the Western Journalism website on September 1, 2018, laid out the facts as they are today of the Clinton corruption and the Russians:

• Tony Podesta, the brother of Hillary’s top campaign manager, John Podesta, was paid $180,000 by a Russian government owned company, Uranium One, for the purpose of pushing Hillary to approve the sale of 20% of the U.S. uranium mines to the Russians.
• The Russians paid Bill Clinton $500,000 to give a single speech in Russia a few weeks before Hillary Clinton had to make a decision on whether to approve the sale of our uranium mines to Russian
• Moscow commissioned ten spies to infiltrate Clinton’s political organization to push for the uranium mine sale.
• In addition to Tony Podesta getting $180,000 to make the deal happen (did I mention that he is the brother of Hillary’s top campaign manager for her election effort?!), the Russians gave the Clinton Foundation $145 million at about the same time.
• We know all of this because of a number of sources including FBI undercover informant Doug Campbell who had infiltrated Uranium One, according to Campbell’s attorney, Victoria Toensing.
• And yet, John Huber of the Justice Department, who was assigned by Attorney General Jeff Sessions to investigate the whole matter, has not only not come up with anything, he has yet to interview the FBI source inside Uranium One, Campbell.

So, in Seattle and San Francisco you can go to jail for months if you offer someone a plastic straw that was not specifically requested but you can take bribes from a foreign entity in the form of millions and millions of dollars in return for selling off a strategic asset of the American people. Insanity.

3) Democrats like to claim they are the heroes protecting the poor working class in American today. How well they do that is dubious at best.

As discussed above, Congressional candidate Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez visited her former coffee shop employer to “kid around” on the shop’s last day of existence, driven out of business by high rent but also higher wages that Ocasio-Cortez advocated for, causing 150 people to lose their jobs. Hardly a positive and logical way to look after the working class.

And apparently Democrat hypocrite in chief, Hillary Clinton, is no better. Clinton is putting together some sort of political organization that will exist from September through mid-December and is looking for “interns” to help staff the entity. Job duties and qualifications include the following: 

• These internships will require a minimum of three days of work per week.
• All types of backgrounds and college majors are urged to apply.
• Specifically: “Interns will provide support to our staff, assisting our work on a wide range of projects. Work will include but will not be limited to: compiling press clips, monitoring social media, conducting research, drafting correspondence, and assisting with office management.” 
• Applicants need to have, “a high level of professionalism and discretion,” “strong research and writing skills,” “the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team,” “strong interpersonal communication skills,” “a diligent work ethic and a sense of conscientiousness,” and “enthusiasm, dedication, and a positive attitude.”

Oh, and by the way, the internships are unpaid. Thus, you are expected to work at least three days a week for 3-4 months, have the highest qualifications and character, and expect no monetary reward for your efforts. Can you say hypocrite? An established business is forced to pay higher than affordable wages to its employees and as a result has to go out of business, throwing 150 workers into the unemployment pool. Yet the political types that did this damage can get away with basically paying slave wages, i.e. nothing, for their needs. Unreal.

Hypocrisy and idiocy, sounds about right for this chapter of political class insanity. More to come.
