July, 2021, Part 3, Political Class Insanity: Biden’s Impersonation of the Gestapo, Chicago Streets are Still Shooting Galleries, Biden Continues to Dive Downwards in Approval Polls, and Another Potentially Corrupt Politician.

It is the beginning of another month which means it is time again to review the latest political class insanity from the American political class. Each month it takes us multiple posts to cover the wasteful spending, incompetent government organizations and employees, government programs that usually make a problem worse than resolving it, inane and idiotic politician comments, etc.

To review past posts on this insanity and idiocy, just click on the first few posts in each month listed to the right of this page. After reviewing just a handful of these insanity posts we think you will agree that we are currently being served by the worst set of American politicians ever to hold office in our entire history.

1) One would hope that the elected leaders of the country would be fine, upstanding citizens and that they would be above corruption and petty greed. However, as we have pointed out in hundreds of previous posts, that could not be further from the truth relative to the current members of the American political class. From the city corruption in local cities like Chicago to national corruption like the Clintons money laundering operation via the Clinton Foundation, it seems that the American political class does not draw the highest quality people to political positions.

Consider just another in a long list of indicted public officials:

• Congressional candidate Abhijit Das was recently indicted on charges of accepting excessive campaign contributions, conduit contributions, conversion of campaign funds, engaging in a scheme to falsify, conceal, and cover up material facts, and making a false statement.
• He is accused of raising $125,000 from people close to him and then using the money for business and personal purposes.

Obviously he is assumed innocent until proven guilty. But given the American political class history of corruption, it would surprise no one if this Congressional candidate deserved to be arrested.

2) Biden has been office about six months and during that time:

• Inflation has skyrocketed with all kinds of prices going higher and higher.
• There is a humanitarian, drug cartel, human trafficking, and child neglect crisis on the border.
• Russia, China, and Iran are taking advantage of Biden’s weakness and declining mental state to aggressively go after their global goals.
• Violent crime has jumped up in many Democratically controlled cities across the country.

And apparently American have noticed that they have a weak old man for President who has been cognitive decline for years:

• A Washington Post poll found that only a third of those polled approve of how Biden is handling the immigration crisis on the border while a majority, 51%, disapprove of his performance.
• More telling, only 63% of Democrats approve of his handling of the crisis.
• Only 38% approve of his handling of the rising violent crime in the country with 49% disapproving his handling of the crisis.
• These results should not be a surprise since under Biden, illegal immigration crossings is up a whopping 700% year over year.
• According to Breitbart, murders in Atlanta are up 58% year over year, they are up 533% in Portland, and 37% in Philadelphia.
• Shootings are up 54% in NYC, 51% in LA, and 18% in Chicago.

Things have gone south very quickly in Biden’s first half year and the really scary thing is that he does not seem to have a clue, a plan, or even an understanding of how bad things are going in this country.

3) Far too many times we have reviewed the violence, death, and carnage that has been going on in Chicago for years. Every week for what seems forever, dozens are shot every week on the streets of the city and some of those shot die. Since a very, very basic function of any government entity is to protect the lives of the citizens it serves, the political class in Chicago has been an abysmal failure in that basic function.

The recent July 4th weekend was no exception:

• 92 Chicago citizens were shot over the July 4th weekend.
• 16 of those shot died from their wounds.
•  of those shot were kids.
• It was the deadliest weekend in Chicago in 2021 and that is saying a lot, given how crime and violence has risen significantly throughout the year.
• According to the Chicago Sun Times, the number of shootings and deaths the July 4th weekend were highs for the year.
• So far this year, there have been over 2,000 shootings in the city.

There is no doubt that the mayor of Chicago, Lori Lightfoot, and the rest of those in the city’s political class, have failed miserably in protecting the lives and safety of city residents. But as always, Lightfoot continues to avoid taking responsibility for the carnage:

• She has blamed lax gun laws elsewhere in the country even though Chicago has some of the strongest gun control laws in the country.
• She has blamed Trump even though Trump offered more than once while in office to send Federal law enforcement help to try and curtail the violence but Chicago politicians refused help.
• She has blamed local media outlets because, in her opinion, they have too many white skinned reporters and they don't give her enough credit for her mythical accomplishments.
• And in a show of total ignorance or outright lying, she recently had the nerve to claim that the violence situation in Chciago was abating, something that is easily proven false by the above numbers.

Thus, the death toll gets worse and worse and the local politicians, starting with the mayor, appear to have no plan to make the city safer except to blame everyone else for their failure.

4) The very foundation of America is freedom. Unfortunately, over time, the political class has slowly eroded our freedoms as the political class has made the government larger and larger. And every time the government gets larger, our freedom gets smaller.

The last frontier of freedom is our homes, a factor in our lives that the Constitution protects from unreasonable searches. We have all seen the old Gestapo movies where government officials ask “papers, papers please” as they try to find those that oppose overt government control.

Well that scenario may soon come our doorsteps:

• According to Jen Psaki, Biden is working on a five point plan to encourage, or force, Americans to get their covid vaccination.
• One of those points is to have government employees go door to door around America asking for “papers, covid papers please.”
• Specifically: “The president will outline five areas his team is focused on to get more Americans vaccinated. One, targeted community, by door-to-door outreach to get remaining Americans vaccinated by ensuring they have the information they need on how safe and accessible the vaccine is.”
• It was unclear what actions these government agents would take if Americans refused to take their advice and get vaccinated.

This is a serious breach of freedom, tracking people down in their homes who made the personal decision to not get vaccinated. Next winter will Biden do the same thing for flu shots? No one needs government agents knocking on their front door, that is another step towards freedom suppression.

July, 2020, Part 1, Political Class Insanity: Getting Out Of Seattle, The Death Spiral That Is Minneapolis, and The Disgrace That Joe Biden Is a Presidential Candidate

It is the beginning of another month which means it is time again to review the latest political class insanity from the American political class. Each month it takes us multiple posts to cover the wasteful spending, incompetent government organizations and employees, government programs that usually make a problem worse than resolving it, inane and idiotic politician comments, etc.

After reviewing just a handful of these insanity posts we think you will agree that we are currently being served by the worst set of American politicians ever to hold office in our entire history.

1) The despicable and unnecessary murder of George Floyd resulted in not only peaceful racial equality demonstrations across the country but also violent and destructive riots that were not associated with the demonstration but which used the demonstrations as a reason to go wild. Unfortunately, the local politicians in many cities were unable to control the violence, looting and attacks on businesses, civilians and police officers.

As a result of the politicians’ failures, many people, businesses, and police officers are abandoning those cities for safety and better lives or are taking their frustration and anger out on those failed local politicians, as we see in Seattle:

• Seattle was the scene of not only violent riots but the taking over of six city blocks by anarchists, an act of insurrection that Seattle politicians led go on for weeks.
• This seizing of downtown Seattle real estate created a zone of violence and unsafe conditions that politicians were afraid to act on, leaving businesses and law abiding citizens in the middle of a lawless and dangerous position.
• As a result, one of the largest businesses in Seattle, Smead Capital Management, a large city investment firm, is leaving Seattle and heading to more peaceful, lawful Phoenix, Arizona.
• They attributed the move to the unrest and unpredictability of living in Seattle from a lawlessness perspective.
• The company also pointed out that the high minimum wage in the city, double the national minimum wage and the difficulty recruiting talent to the Seattle area, a reality that will likely get worse given the failure of the city’s politicians to control the anarchy, were also factors in the move.
• Specifically, Mr. Smead said a reason for the move is “what the business community [in Seattle] is going to come back to, and what kind of businesses are going to come back for customers.”
• According to Mr. Smead, moving out of Seattle to Phoenix was attractive because “my colleagues [in Phoenix] can pick the socio-economic rung of life that they want … live their lives, build their households and have a family if they’d like.” 
• Whereas in Seattle, “where we’re coming from just wasn’t like that.”
• Mr. Smead went on to say that his business will not be the only or the last business leaving the area since he was “hearing rumors of 40-story buildings that will only be 20-percent occupied by October.”

Nice going Seattle politicians. Not only did you abdicate control of a large swath of your city to criminals, anarchists, and hangers-on, you tainted your city’s reputation so much that productive citizens and businesses are leaving the city for safer and better opportunities elsewhere, places where people do not have to worry if their neighborhood is going to be taken over and placed under siege.

2) Minneapolis was the center of the George Floyd peaceful demonstrations and also the epicenter of the violent riots that shook the city with looting, arson, and attacks on citizens and police officers. We have already discussed the reality that one company Sigma-7, a small city manufacturer, was taking its business and employment opportunities to another city after it was burned down in the riots.

But given how unsupportive and critical city politicians were of ALL Minneapolis police officers, not just the corrupt few that murdered George Floyd, not surprisingly many city police officers are saying goodbye:

• According to Minneapolis police officials, "At least seven Minneapolis police officers have resigned from the department since widespread unrest began over the death of George Floyd last month, and more than half a dozen are in the process of leaving.”
• Apparently this is a much higher attrition rate than what happens in normal times.
• But this should not be a surprise since the entire department has been under siege by the city’s politicians who have vowed to dismantle the entire police department and replace it with something else, with that something else totally undefined.
• Those that have not yet resigned are suffering low morale having been associated with those that murdered George Floyd, attacks by the city’s politicians, being attacked with bricks, other projectiles, and cursing by the rioters, and threats that their department will be dissolved.
• Given the uncertain fate and the constant attacks from all sides, it is no wonder that morale is low and attrition is high.

The fact is not that there are problems in the city that need to be fixed including many associated with the police department. The sad part is that the grandstanding by local politicians who have NO solutions for those problems is the real tragedy. 

And since they have no solutions, they revert back to their primal political instincts, blame others, in this case the police department, even though they were in charge of that same police department as they are in charge of every other city function, from road repair to garbage collection.

I believe that Minneapolis is now in a death spiral from an economic and quality of life perspective. The low morale police force will be slower and more cautious in responding to real crime which will lead to higher crime and violence rates which will scare off more productive citizens and businesses which will reduce the tax base which will shrink whatever police force that is left, etc., etc. And the death spiral continues all because city politicians could not fix a police problem in the first place and then blamed others for their failures.

3) Readers of this blog know that we are not a big fan of Joe Biden for a number of reasons, reasons we have pointed out many times:

• He has a long history of fondling women and young girls without their permission including an alleged sexual assault on at least one woman, Tara Reade.
• He has a long history of racist remarks and attitudes stretching back from decades ago to today.
• He has a long history of lying about his past and his accomplishments, neither of which have had redeeming social value.
• He has a history of enriching himself and his family, brothers and sons, by leveraging his government positions to the financial benefit of his family.
• It now appears that he was at the center of a coordinated coup attempt by Obama, himself, and high ranking members of the FBI and the Justice Department to prevent and then cancel the election of Donald Trump.
• Through no fault of his own, I believe he is in the stages of significant cognitive decline for whatever reasons and that by putting him under the strain and stress of running for President, his family, his friends, and his party are committing elder abuse.

Given all of these reasons why he should not be President, we add the following reason:

• Joe Biden founded a cancer research institute in 2017.
• Since then, the institute has raised millions of dollars in the name of cancer research.
• But news reports indicate that most of those millions never made their way to the actual cancer research process.
• Almost two thirds of the millions raised since 2017 was spent on staff salaries and six figure salaries for the executives of the Biden Cancer Initiative.
• IRS tax returns show that the organization raised and spent $4.8 million in 2017 and 2018.
• Over $3 million of that went to salary, compensation, and employee benefits.
• Of the remaining $1.7 million, $740,000 was spent on conferences, conventions, and meetings.
• Simple math would tell us that less than $1 million actually may have found its way to actual cancer research, just over a measly 20% of the total raised.

Much like Hillary Clinton used the Clinton Foundation to launder money for her family’s financial benefit under the guise of a “charity,” it looks like Joe Biden has figured out the scheme also. But this should not surprise us as Biden has used his government position to enrich many members of his family, especially his son Hunter, by providing his family access and air cover to shady dealings from the Ukraine to China. Corrupt, a sexual predator, a racist past, and a confirmed liar, great Presidential candidate material.

Political lack of will in Seattle, an urban death spiral in Minneapolis, and the national disgrace that Joe Biden is an actual Presidential candidate.

May, 2019, Part 6, Political Class Insanity: A Delusional and Hypocritical Hillary Clinton, A Disgusting Alabama Politician, and A Review of Obama's Lawbreaking

It is another month which means it is again time to review the latest political class insanity from Washington and around the world. Political class insanity takes many forms including the wasting of taxpayer wealth, criminal fraud within government programs, inane and stupid political quotes and actions, the inability to create and implement effective and efficient government programs, stupid and ill performing economic policies and strategies, and other forms of insanity that continue to evolve and surprise and shock us.

Let’s get started:

1) Let’s review some likely law breaking of Hillary Clinton:

• She used an unsecured email server to illegally transmit top secret government documents.
• She sold out the security interests of the country in the Uranium One deal with Russia in exchange for rich speaking fees for her husband from Russian government interests.
• She tried to launder money donations from foreign government interests to the Clinton Foundation via Canadian financial transactions in violation of IRS rules and laws.
• She destroyed emails, computers, and cellphones to avoid Congress and government investigators from finding out what laws she violated.
• She allowed hundreds of thousands of sensitive government documents to end up on the unsecured laptop computer of a known sexual predator, former Congressman Anthony Weiner.
• She may have used Clinton Foundation charity money for personal use, e.g. her daughter’s wedding.

You get the idea, it is highly likely that she violated many, many laws over the years, abusing the power she wielded as Secretary of State to enrich herself and family.

But according to a recent article on the Freedom Outpost website, Hillary somehow insanely does not see it that way, in her mind Trump is the real lawbreaker. In a recent public appearance she accused Trump of abusing the rule of law in this country. Specifically: “We’ll see whether it’s the rule of law or the rule of Trump that the Republicans in the Congress and in the courts are going to abide by. We are at a crisis point and I say that with great sadness.”

This idiocy and hypocrisy comes forth in light of the ongoing feud between Attorney General William Barr and the headhunting Democrats in Congress who are desperate to finding a reason, any reason, to impeach Trump. And not only is Clinton being so hypocritical accusing Trump of violating the rule of law in this single instance while she likely violated multiple laws multiple times, she remained of silent while serving on Obama’s cabinet and Obama was breaking the rule of law and abusing the Bill of Right and the Constitution dozens of times:

• Obama led the United States into a major military action against the country of Libya, spending well over a billion dollars of taxpayer wealth and placing our armed forces in danger without the approval of Congress, violating the War Powers Act and Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution.
• Obama refused to fire James Clapper, a high ranking member of the President’s national security team after Clapper lied to Congress about how much electronic information the National Security Agency (NSA) was collecting on every American citizen, becoming an accessory after the fact in Clapper's lying to Congress.
• Obama signed the latest NDAA legislation whose sections 1021 and 1022 allow for the indefinite detention of American citizens, without trial, who the government considers terrorist suspects until the vague “end of hostilities,” which violates the habeas corpus protection of American citizens under Article I Section 9 of the Constitution.
• Obama personally signed off on the assassination of American citizens in foreign lands, e.g. the killing of American citizen Anwar al-Awlaki via a drone attack in Yemen, denying him and other citizens a fair trial by their peers, negating the rights, and lives, of al-Awlaki and at least three other American citizens, violating their right “to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness,” the Fourth Amendment, and the Sixth Amendment to the Constitution.
• Obama has repeatedly and in varied ways denied members of our armed forces of their right to personally celebrate, follow, and take comfort in their personal Christian religion and faith, violating the First Amendment to the Constitution.
• Obama’s administration’s development and deployment of the Fast and Furious gun running operation to supply weapons to violent Mexican drug cartels has violated any number of laws including, the illegal shipment of weapons to criminal organizations, violations of international treaties regarding illegal gun smuggling, abetting the violence of those cartels who used Fast and Furious weapons to kill innocent Mexican civilians and a U.S. border agent, Brian Terry, and denying Congress and Congressional investigators access to pertinent Fast and Furious executive branch documents needed to investigate the alleged transgressions by claiming executive privilege. 
• Obama unilaterally delayed the small business (SHOP) mandates from his own Obama Care legislation, without Congressional approval, violating Article II, Sections 3 and 4 of the Constitution.
• Obama unilaterally delayed the employer mandates, without Congressional approval, from his own Obama Care legislation without Congressional, violating Article II, Sections 3 and 4 of the Constitution.
• Obama allowed so-called "sanctuary cities" to illegally protect illegal immigrants from arrest and deportation, in defiance of existing Federal laws, violating Article II, Sections 3 and 4 of the Constitution.
• Obama unilaterally decided, without Congressional approval, that Obama Care enrollees in states using only the Federal health care exchange, i.e. those states that did not set up their own Obama Care exchange, would also be eligible for Obama Care subsidies, violating his own Obama Care legislation and violating Article II, Sections 3 and 4 of the Constitution.
• Obama unilaterally decided, without Congressional approval, that those personal insurance policies that insurance companies had to legally terminate as a result of Obama Care could indeed stay in effect, violating Article II, Sections 3 and 4 of the Constitution.
• Obama unilaterally decided, without Congressional approval, to change out many more tenets and deadlines of the Obama Care legislation (e.g. delaying the caps on out of pocket medical expenses, waiving the income proof requirement for subsidies, waiving the criminal background checks on Obama Care navigators, etc.), violating Article II, Sections 3 and 4 of the Constitution.
• Obama’s administration has hassled, spied on, harassed, and threatened a multitude of journalists including, but not likely limited to, Bob Woodward, Lanny Davis, Fox News employees James Rosen and Mike Levine, Sheryl Atkinson, Audrey Hudson (whose home was ransacked by Department of Homeland Security armed personnel who confiscated her journalistic files despite serving a court order that was restricted to only looking for guns), Associated Press reporters, and others, violating their First Amendment rights.
• When the Egyptian military staged a coup and overturned a democratically elected government, Obama refused to cut off aid to that military ruling junta as required by U.S. law, violating Article II, Sections 3 and 4 of the Constitution.
• Obama’s administration allowed lucrative taxpayer funded financial credits to Congressional members and their staffs to pay for Obama Care policies in violation of the Obama Care legislation, violating Article II, Sections 3 and 4 of the Constitution.
• His Obama Care legislation forced individuals, companies, and charities to violate their own religious beliefs relative to contraception and birth control, violating those citizens’ and organizations’ First Amendment rights.
• Obama illegally made government appointments to high level government positions while the Senate was still in session, violating Article II, Section 2 of the Constitution.
• Obama ignored the ruling of a Federal judge in Louisiana regarding the administration’s illegal moratorium on Gulf oil drilling, resulting in the following stinging rebuke from the judge: “Each step the government took following the court’s imposition of a preliminary injunction showcases its defiance, Such dismissive conduct, viewed in tandem with the re-imposition of a second blanket and substantively identical moratorium, and in light of the national importance of this case, provide this court with clear and convincing evidence of the government’s contempt.”
• Obama's administration’s unparalleled invasion of citizens’ privacy via the warrantless and groundless interception and storage of just about every citizens’ electronic and other communications via the National Security agency and other government entities is a gross violation and insult to every citizens’ First and Fourth Amendment rights.
• Obama unilaterally decided not to enforce the DOMA law, without Congressional approval, violating Article II, Sections 3 and 4 of the Constitution.
• Obama illegally violated immigration laws by forbidding the deportation of illegal aliens, without the approval of Congress, violating Article II, Sections 3 and 4 of the Constitution.
• Obama’s administration illegally used the IRS to harass and minimize the impact and activities of conservative and other contrary political action organizations, violating those citizens’ First Amendment rights.
• Obama illegally created a “shadow government” by establishing a so-call “czar” system in order to bypass the Constitutionally required Congressional approvals of high ranking government positions, violating Article II, Section 2 of the Constitution. 
• Obama's administration violated existing laws by failing to produce a Federal budget proposal on time in four of the first five years of this administration, violating Article II, Sections 3 and 4 of the Constitution.
• Obama’s administration illegally demanded monetary kickbacks (often exuberant kickbacks) from American organizations requesting government documents under the Freedom of Information Act, (FOIA), requests that by law have to be provided for free or for a very small processing cost, violating Article II, Sections 3 and 4 of the Constitution.
• Obama’s administration demanded that the Ford Motor company stop showing a Ford television commercial that mentioned that its competitors, General Motors and Chrysler, had received Federal bailout money, a violation of the company’s First Amendment rights.
• Obama’s administration coldly ignored the request for military help, help that was readily available, when the U.S. Benghazi consulate and nearby adjacent annex were under siege by terrorists, a siege that endangered the lives of about 24 American citizens and resulted in the unnecessary death of four of those brave citizens violating their pursuit of “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.”
• Obama’s administration illegally used resources of the Federal government to inhibit and harass companies (e.g. Gibson Guitar, Boeing’s planned move of jobs to South Carolina, etc.) whose political agenda did not line up with the President’s political agenda, abusing the power of his office and the executive branch for political gain, violating Section 2, Articles 3 and 4 of the Constitution.
• Obama’s administration intentionally violated the WARN act by telling companies to not announce layoffs that were in compliance with the WARN Act prior to the 2012 Presidential election, promising to pay any fines incurred in the future with taxpayer money that those companies may incur as a result of violating the WARN as requested by the Obama administration.
• Obama refused to fire Eric Holder, the Attorney General of the United States, after Holder testified before Congress that he was unaware that the Justice Department was harassing journalist James Rosen even though Holder had signed off on the harassing investigation, becoming an accessory after the fact of the crime.
• Obama’s administration directly harassed and pressured insurance companies and insurance company executives not to publish or discuss the very disappointing number of people that had signed up for Obama Care insurance policies, violating their First Amendment rights.
• Obama’s administration asked and/or forced contractors to disclose their political contributions before being allowed to bid on Federal contracts and projects, violating those contractors’ First Amendment rights.
• Obama failed to fire Kathleen Sebelius after she violated the Hatch Law when she campaigned/endorsed a Democrat for office in North Carolina, becoming an accessory after the fact after the fact of the crime.
• Obama allegedly told the EPA to unilaterally set emissions standards and bypass Congress, violating Article II, Sections 3 and 4 of the Constitution.
• Obama’s destruction of citizens’ privacy via the massive and illegal spying of the National Security Agency and other government entities destroys the underpinnings of the Roe Vs. Wade Supreme Court ruling which was based on the principle of privacy. If this concept of privacy is destroyed by NSA and other government spying, i.e. if there is no privacy now in this country given that the government spies on every citizens’ electronic and other forms of communication, there is no right to an abortion in this country.
• Obama’s administration violated the Federal Information Security Information Act (FISMA) by giving the Obama Care information systems infrastructure “authority to operate” even though it failed the required FISMA’s security control assessment.
• According to a Federal judge’s ruling, Obama’s administration illegally tried to avoid disclosure of a foreign aid directive.
• Obama allowed multiple high ranking members of his administration to use multiple false email accounts in violation of Federal sunshine laws and regulations.
• Obama’s administration illegally intruded into the General Motors bankruptcy proceedings to illegally rob General Motors bondholders of their due while protecting his politically friendly union interests.
• Obama’s administration violated the Solyndra loan agreement and illegally moved an Obama financial political backer ahead of the Federal government and American taxpayer in the Solyndra bankruptcy proceedings, resulting in the American taxpayer getting less out of those proceedings than legally permissible.

And Hillary goes nuts on Trump for a single disagreement on the rule of law and remained silent when Obama was shredding the Constitution as the dozens of above examples show. Hypocrite and still a very sore and childish loser.

2) The following topic is not meant to open a debate on the pros and cons of abortion. It is meant to point out how callous, soulless, and despicable certain politicians can be when discussing this topic.

The state of Alabama was recently debating a piece of legislation as it relates to abortion, the intent of which is immaterial to this discussion. When speaking in opposition to the proposed legislation, Democratic representative John Rogers stated that, ”Some kids are unwanted, so you kill them now or you kill them later. You bring them in the world unwanted, unloved, you send them to the electric chair. So, you kill them now or you kill them later.” 

This is the first time I have ever observed a politician actually equate abortion to justifiable homicide. His assumption base is disgusting:

• He assumes that all unwanted kids will grow up to be hardened criminals that society will have to kill at some time in the future so why not kill them early on and save the later hassles?
• He assumes that there are no adults or families out there that would adopt an unwanted child, whatever the reason for that child being unwanted.
• He assumes it is okay to kill an unwanted human soul but I would bet there are laws in Alabama, like there are in other places, that would prosecute him if he took an unwanted puppy or kitten to the nearest lake and drowned them but in his mind it is okay to kill an unwanted baby.

Like I said before, one soulless individual. I believe that he is the same person that said the world would be better off if Donald Trump, Jr. had been aborted before birth. This is how far adult political debate has disappeared in this country, using the very serious topic of abortion to try and gain cheap political points against a political opponent. This is more than insane, this is disgusting rhetoric from a disgusting human being who also happens to be a disgusting politician.

April, 2019, Part 7, Political Class Insanity: Why HIllary Did Not Get Elected, Trump's Faux Russian Antics, and More Freebies For Illegal Immigrants

It is another month which means it is again time to review the latest political class insanity from Washington and around the world. Political class insanity takes many forms including the wasting of taxpayer wealth, criminal fraud within government programs, inane and stupid political quotes and actions, the inability to create and implement effective and efficient government programs, stupid and ill performing economic policies and strategies, and other forms of insanity that continue to evolve and surprise and shock us.

Let’s get started:

1) Let’s start off today with a little retro insanity. Hillary Clinton still probably is still in shock that she lost the election to Trump. She thought that she had paid her dues, had wired the Deep State and political class for her assured victory, and was fated to be the first female President.

But given what we know now, there are a whole lot of potential reasons why she is not President, any one of which could have turned off a voter to her in the voting booth. Let’s count the ways why she is NOT President:

1. Was it the Russian Uranium Deal and the hundreds of thousands of dollars the Clinton family made off of the deal, America’s security bedamned?
2. Was it Wikileaks and the truth they published?
3. Was it Podesta and his wheeling and dealing with the Russians for personal gain?
4. Was it Comey and the corruption he brought to the FBI and the cover up he did on Hillary's felonious misdeeds??
5. Was it having, protecting, abetting, and defending a sexual predator a husband for decades?
6. Was it Huma Abedini's sexual predator husband Anthony Weiner?
7. Was it because hundreds of thousands of government documents ended up on sexual predator Anthony Weiner’s unsecured laptop computer?
8. Was it because the Clinton Foundation ripped off Haiti?
9. Was it because the Clinton Foundation was really a front for a money laundering operation?
10. Was it the subpoena violations?
11. Was it the Congressional testimony lies?
12. Was it the Benghazi fiasco, lies and cover up?
13. Was it pay for play?
14. Was it being recorded laughing when you got a child rapist off when you were an attorney?
15. Was it the Travel Gate scandal?
16. Was it the Whitewater scandal?
17. Was it the Cattle Gate scandal?
18. Was it the Trooper-Gate scandal?
19. Was it the pillaging of White House belongings after the Clinton Presidency?
20. Was it the alleged $15 million for Chelsea’s apartment and $5 million for her wedding that was allegedly funded with Foundation money?
21. Was it the clear conflict of interest, interference, and intervention of Bill Clinton with Loretta Lynch and the many investigations that were underway?
22. Was it when you gladly accepted the stolen debate questions given to me by CNN prior to the debate?
23. Was it the own secret, unsecured server in Hillary's house, which foreign agents hacked, and your disdain for classified information?
24. Was it the 30,000 emails professionally deleted after Hillary was told not to?
25. Was it having the cell phones and computers destroyed with hammers and Bleach-it software?
26. Was it the still unsolved Seth Rich murder?
27. Was it the Vince Foster murder, suicide or both?
28. Was it the Gennifer Flowers assault & settlement?
29. Was it the $800,000 Paula Jones settlement?
30. Was it calling half the United States deplorable?
31. Was it the underhanded treatment of Bernie Sanders?
32. Was it the many lies told over time, e.g. Hillary did NOT land under sniper fire in Bosnia, all of Hillary's grandparents were NOT immigrants, etc.?
33. Was it the $10 million received for the pardon of Marc Rich?
34. Was it the $6 BILLION lost while Hillary was in charge of the State Department?
35. Was the profanity and disrespect Hillary regularly dropped on regular people such as Arkansas state troopers, Secret Service personnel, and others?
36. Was it the racism displayed when Hillary stated in public that all black men look alike….oh, sorry, that happened after the election.

Just saying, three dozen potential reasons is a lot of why Hillary is not the first female President of the United States. It is also an indictment of our entire political system that someone like Hillary got so close to being in charge. 

2) Now while Hillary had 36 reasons why people did not vote for her, consider all of the Russian scandals the elected winner, Donald Trump, has found himself embroiled in:

Remember when Donald Trump was business partners with the Russian government and his company got $53 million from the Russian government investment fund called Rusnano that was started by Vladimir Putin and is referred to as "Putin's Child?”

• Oh wait, that wasn't Trump; it was John Podesta, long time Clinton political operative and partner in crime.

Remember when Donald Trump received $500,000 for a speech in Moscow, paid for by the Renaissance Capital, a company tied to Russian Intelligence Agencies? 

• Oh wait, that was Bill Clinton.

Remember when Donald Trump approved the sale of 20% of U.S. uranium to the Russians while he was Secretary of State which gave control of it to Rosatom, the Russian State Atomic Energy Corporation? 

• Oh wait, that was Hillary Clinton.

Remember when Donald Trump lied about that and said he wasn't part of approving the deal that gave the Russians 1/5 of our uranium, but then his emails were leaked showing he did lie about it? 

• Oh wait, that was Hillary Clinton and John Podesta.

Remember when Donald Trump got $145 million from shareholders of the uranium company sold to the Russians?

• Oh wait, that was Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation.

Remember when Donald Trump accepted millions in donations from Russian oligarchs like the chairman of a company that's part of the Russian Nuclear Research Cluster, the wife of the mayor of Moscow and a close pal of Putin's?

• Oh wait, that was the Clinton Foundation.

Remember when Donald Trump failed to disclose all those donations before becoming the Secretary of State, and it was only found out when a journalist went through Canadian tax records? 

• Oh wait, that was Hillary Clinton.

Remember when Donald Trump told Mitt Romney that the '80s called and it wanted its Russian policy back. The Cold War is over

• Oh wait, that was President Obama.

Man, Trump's ties to Russia are really "disgusting!"

3) We recently reported on how the Democrats running the state government in New York decided that they could find $27 million in their budget to give free college tuition support to illegal immigrant kids but could not find a far smaller amount of money to give the same support to the kids of Gold Star families. We found such neglect of real Americans disgusting.

And it appears that our disgust will soon extend to the Democrats running the Illinois state government: 

• According to the Greg Bishop, writing for the Illinois News Network website, the state House in Illinois recently passed legislation that would take tax money from taxpaying Americans and give it to illegal immigrants for their kids' education.
• The Retain Students Act would fork over taxpayer money under the Monetary Award Program to “noncitizen students who have not obtained lawful permanent residence", i.e. illegal immigrants.
• As we have covered many times in this blog, Illinois is likely to be one of the first states to go bankrupt, given its horrid and deteriorating fiscal situation, and yet they continue to fund programs for non-residents, a point made by State Rep. Allen Skillicorn, R-East Dundee, who reiterated that Illinois is broke: “We currently don’t have a revenue estimate, the governor predicts revenue is going to be $3 billion less than expected spending for next year and that’s without this.”

Hey, if you are going to go bankrupt anyway, might as well go out with a bang and keep those illegal immigrants happy. Taxpayer happiness, not so much.

Finally, A Score Card Of Corruption on The Mueller Investigation/Witch Hunt and Assorted Other Scandals and D.C. Corruption

Most Americans should know that Robert Mueller, former Attorney General, has been acting as a special counsel investigating whether or not the Russians interfered in the 2016 Presidential election. Specifically, he is witch hunting to see if he can implicate Trump and his campaign with potential Russian interference. After almost two years of investigation he has found nothing that would say that Trump was in cahoots with the Russians. 

While he has managed to find some potential law breaking by people associated with Trump, e.g. Michael Cohen and Robert Manafort, he has found nothing that links Trump the Russians. And for all of this nothingness he has spent well over $25 million of taxpayer money. And there does not seem to be an end in sight as the investigation grinds on and on, having taken on a life of its own with no end game or wrap up in sight.

There are those of us that believe that the whole investigation from the start had nothing to do with the Russians but was a scheme by established government operatives in the Justice Department, FBI, and CIA that could just not stand the concept of an outsider, Trump, being President. These folks had milked and connived the system to their financial and career benefits for decades and did not want to see that gravy train end. The Muller effort truly was a witch hunt for the benefit of the so-called “Deep State.”

Given that they have not found anything on Trump and the Russians and Trump has imposed many, many sanctions on the Russians, something that a co-conspirator would not do, the Mueller investigation more and more looks like a travesty. And I would suggest that after reading the following paragraphs you will probably come to the same conclusion.

One of the public relations problems of the Mueller investigation is that it has grinded on for so long and so many people have been in involved that it becomes very confusing as to what is actually going on. But the following description and history of the main players in this witch hunt clears up a lot of the confusion and lays out what is really going on.

As you will see, this is not an independent investigation with high ethics. This whole charade has been orchestrated by career Washington types with a myriad of secret connections, mutual beneficial behavior, political favors, greed, and a network of shady characters that goes back decades. Read and then decide: who really is the culprit here, Trump or the whole corrupt and infested political class in Washington.

The following came to me via a friend, We have discussed many of these shadowy connections before but this lays out the entire picture in an easy to understand format:

From 2001 to 2005 there was an ongoing investigation into the Clinton Foundation.

A Grand Jury had been empanelled.

Governments from around the world had donated to the “Charity”.

Yet, from 2001 to 2003 none of those “Donations” to the Clinton Foundation were declared.

Hmmm, now you would think that an honest investigator would be able to figure this out.

Guess who took over this investigation in 2002?

Bet you can’t guess.

None other than James Comey.

Now, that’s interesting, isn’t it?

Guess who was transferred in to the Internal Revenue Service to run the Tax Exemption Branch of the IRS?

Your friend and mine, Lois “Be on The Look Out” (BOLO) Lerner.

Now, that’s interesting, isn’t it?

It gets better, well not really, but this is all just a series of strange coincidences, right?

Guess who ran the Tax Division inside the Department of Injustice from 2001 to 2005?

No other than the Assistant Attorney General of the United States, Rod Rosenstein.

Now, that’s interesting, isn’t it?

Guess who was the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation during this time frame?

I know, it’s a miracle, just a coincidence, just an anomaly in statistics and chances, Robert Mueller.

What do all four casting characters have in common?

They all were briefed and/or were front line investigators into the Clinton Foundation Investigation.

Now that’s just a coincidence, right?

Ok, let’s chalk the last one up to mere chance.

Let’s fast forward to 2009.

James Comey leaves the Justice Department to go and cash-in at Lockheed Martin.

Hillary Clinton is running the State Department, on her own personal email server by the way.

The Uranium One “issue” comes to the attention of the Hillary.

Like all good public servants do, you know looking out for America’s best interest, she decides to support the decision and approve the sale of 20% of US uranium to no other than, the Russians.

Now you would think that this is a fairly straight up deal, except it wasn’t, the People got absolutely nothing out of it.

However, prior to the sales approval, no other than Bill Clinton goes to Moscow, gets paid 500K for a one hour speech then meets with Vladimir Putin at his home for a few hours.

Ok, no big deal right?

Well, not so fast, the FBI had a mole inside the money laundering and bribery scheme.

Guess who was the FBI Director during this time frame?

Yep, Robert Mueller.

He even delivered a Uranium Sample to Moscow in 2009.

Guess who was handling that case within the Justice Department out of the US Attorney’s Office in Maryland.

No other than, Rod Rosenstein.

Guess what happened to the informant?

The Department of Justice placed a GAG order on him and threatened to lock him up if he spoke out about it.

How does 20% of the most strategic asset of the United States of America end up in Russian hands when the FBI has an informant, a mole providing inside information to the FBI on the criminal enterprise?

Guess what happened soon after the sale was approved?

$145 million dollars in “donations” made their way into the Clinton Foundation from entities directly connected to the Uranium One deal.

Guess who was still at the Internal Revenue Service working the Charitable Division?

No other than, Lois Lerner.

Ok, that’s all just another series of coincidences, nothing to see here, right?

Let’s fast forward to 2015.

Due to a series of tragic events in Benghazi and after the 9 “investigations” the House, Senate and at State Department, Trey Gowdy who was running the 10th investigation as Chairman of the Select Committee on Benghazi discovers that the Hillary ran the State Department on an unclassified, unauthorized, outlaw personal email server.

He also discovered that none of those emails had been turned over when she departed her “Public Service” as Secretary of State which was required by law.

He also discovered that there was Top Secret information contained within her personally archived email.

Sparing you the State Departments cover up, the nostrums they floated, the delay tactics that were employed and the outright lies that were spewed forth from the necks of the Kerry State Department, we shall leave it with this…… they did everything humanly possible to cover for Hillary.

Now this is amazing, guess who became FBI Director in 2013.

Guess who secured 17 no bid contracts for his employer (Lockheed Martin) with the State Department and was rewarded with a six million dollar thank you present when he departed his employer.

No other than James Comey.

Amazing how all those no-bids just went right through at State, huh?

Now he is the FBI Director in charge of the “Clinton Email Investigation” after of course his FBI Investigates the Lois Lerner “Matter” at the Internal Revenue Service and exonerates her.

Nope couldn’t find any crimes there.

Can you guess what happened next?

In April 2016 , James Comey drafts an exoneration letter of Hillary Rodham Clinton, meanwhile the DOJ is handing out immunity deals like candy.

They didn’t even convene a Grand Jury.

Like a lightning bolt of statistical impossibility, like a miracle from God himself, like the true “Gangsta” Comey is, James steps out into the cameras of an awaiting press conference on July the 8th of 2016, and exonerates the Hillary from any wrongdoing.

Can you see the pattern?

It goes on and on, Rosenstein becomes Asst. Attorney General, Comey gets fired based upon a letter by Rosenstein, Comey leaks government information to the press, Mueller is assigned to the Russian Investigation sham by Rosenstein to provide cover for decades of malfeasance within the FBI and DOJ and the story continues.

FISA Abuse, political espionage..... pick a crime, any crime, chances are...... this group and a few others did it.

All the same players.

All compromised and conflicted.

All working fervently to NOT go to jail themselves.

All connected in one way or another to the Clinton's.

They are like battery acid, they corrode and corrupt everything they touch.

How many lives have these two destroyed?

As of this writing, the Clinton Foundation, in its 20+ years of operation of being the largest International Charity Fraud in the history of mankind, has never been audited by the Internal Revenue Service.

Let us not forget that Comey's brother works for DLA Piper, the law firm that does the Clinton Foundation's taxes.

And,

See the person that is the common denominator to all the crimes above and still doing her evil escape legal maneuvers at the top of the 3 Letter USA Agencies.

WHO IS LISA BARSOOMIAN?

Let’s learn a little about Mrs. Lisa H. Barsoomian’s background.

Lisa H. Barsoomian, a US Attorney that graduated from Georgetown Law, is a protégé of James Comey and Robert Mueller.

Barsoomian, with her boss R. Craig Lawrence, represented Bill Clinton in 1998.

Lawrence also represented: Robert Mueller three times; James Comey five times; Barack Obama 45 times; Kathleen Sebelius 56 times; Bill Clinton 40 times and Hillary Clinton 17 times. Between 1998 and 2017, Barsoomian herself represented the FBI at least five times.

You may be saying to yourself, OK, who cares? Who cares about the work history of this Barsoomian woman? Apparently someone does, because someone out there cares so much that they’ve “purged” all Barsoomian court documents for her Clinton representation in Hamburg vs. Clinton in 1998 and its appeal in 1999 from the DC District and Appeals Court dockets. Someone out there cares so much that the internet has been “purged” of all information pertaining to Barsoomian. Historically, this indicates that the individual is a protected CIA operative.

Additionally, Lisa Barsoomian has specialized in opposing Freedom of Information Act requests on behalf of the intelligence community. And, although Barsoomian has been involved in hundreds of cases representing the DC Office of the US Attorney, her email address is Lisa Barsoomian at NIH gov. The NIH stands for National Institutes of Health. This is a tactic routinely used by the CIA to protect an operative by using another government organization to shield their activities.

It’s a cover, so big deal right? I mean what does one more attorney with ties to the US intelligence community really matter. It deals with Trump and his recent tariffs on Chinese steel and aluminum imports, the border wall, DACA, everything coming out of California, the Uni-party unrelenting opposition to President Trump, the Clapper leaks, the Comey leaks, Attorney General Jeff Sessions recusal and subsequent 14 month nap with occasional forays into the marijuana legalization mix …. and last but not least Mueller’s never-ending investigation into collusion between the Trump team and the Russians. Why does Barsoomian, CIA operative, merit any mention?

BECAUSE….She is Assistant Attorney General Rod Rosenstein’s WIFE….That’s why!!

Given the above secret and covert connections, at this point whatever Muller comes up with is invalid. Such massive conflict of interest should have never occurred if the Deep State actually wanted an investigation with integrity. With the above nonsense, integrity is an impossibility.
