Let’s get started:
1) Democrats and liberals are quick to point out racism, as they see it in their eyes, everywhere around us. The Betsy Ross flag is considered racist even though it flew at Barack Obama’s inauguration. Anything Donald Trump does is considered racist even though until he was elected president, he had never been accused as being racist. The latest and silliest thing designated as racist was outlined in a recent New York Times article where the writer said that suburban front lawns are racist.
But Democrats and liberals are not so observant or racist sensitive when it comes to their own behavior. Consider some Joe Biden statements that if Trump or any Republican had said them they would immediately have been called racists:
- According to an article on the Business Insider website, several decades ago Biden had some real difficulties with busing to enforce desegregation.
- Specifically: "Unless we do something about this [forced busing to force school integration], my children are going to grow up in a jungle, the jungle being a racial jungle with tensions having built so high that it is going to explode at some point."
- So, by sending his kids to an urban school to help with school integration, his kids will end up in a jungle, clearly a racist connotation of African-Americans origins.
- Imagine the liberal outrage if Trump had said he did not want to send his kids to an urban school because they would end up in “a racial jungle.”
- These comments were dug up by “University of Southern California Law School professor and scholar Daria Roithmayr and first reported by The New York Times, which published a lengthy story on Biden's record on busing and school desegregation on Monday morning.”
- Biden also worked with Senator Jesse Helms to defang Federal rules and abilities to enforce busing for integration purposes.
And yet, Biden, who said and did all of these things, is the leading politician to be the Democrats’ Presidential candidate in 2020 at this point in time. Such hypocrisy, such insanity.
2) We have reviewed the following issues before but let’s do it again real quickly before we get to the latest idiocy and insanity from Congresswoman Maxine Walters:
- Over half a million Americans are homeless at any time in America, with fully 25% of them residing in Walters home state of California and 60,000 residing in her hometown of Los Angeles.
- Millions of Americans go hungry everyday in this country.
- The country sees tens of thousands of American die from drug overdoses every year.
- The national debt is over $22 TRILLION and threatens to crash our economy and freedoms.
- Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid are hurtling towards bankruptcy.
- Our roads, bridges, and dams are falling apart.
So, now not only are green lawns racist, red hats are racist. Congresswoman, don’t you have something better to do with your time and energy than this nonsense? Assaulting the First Amendment rights of Americans to wear a red hat smacks of Orwell’s “1984” repression and is not a good use of your time. Unfortunately, you probably do not get it and will continue along with this tripe and nonsense while real problems go unattended.
3) But Walters was not done with her ranting and raving and hatred. On a recent MSNBC talk show, Walters claimed convicted sex pervert Jeffery Epstein was Trump’s best friend. While Trump may have known Epstein and may actually have been a casual friend, there is not record anywhere that says they were best friends. In fact, Trump had him kicked out of Trump’s Florida golf resort when Epstein made perverted advances to a young female employee of the resort, hardly best friends behavior.
Even Chris Hayes, one of the many MSNBC show hosts that hate anything Trump tried to correct Walters about the matter. Thus, if even MSNBC comes down on Trump’s side, you know the story is total b.s. Plus, we know for a fact that Trump flew on Epstein’s private plane once while Bill Clinton flew on it more than two dozen times and often left his Secret Service detail behind when he took some of those flights.
And yet Walters somehow thinks that talking about the deep Clinton/Epstein connection is a “distraction” relative to Trump. Now we are moving from hatred to being delusional and yet this Congresswoman continues to get reelected time and time again. A symptom of our failed political processes.
4) And let’s finish up today’s insanity with Congresswoman Ilhan Omar from Minnesota.The Congresswoman has made quite a name for herself in the one and a half years she has been in office. She is definitely an anti-Semite and hater of Israel and is not ashamed to prove it time and time again. She was found guilty of campaign finance hanky panky back in Minnesota and had to pay fines because of it.
More recently, she has been named in divorce proceedings by the wife of one of Omar’s political consultants as committing adultery with that political consultant she had hired for her Congressional campaign. That adultery accusation has led to potential evidence that she illegally used campaign funds to fly her married lover around the country to be with her.
But she is also married and his three kids with her current husband, Ahmed Hirst. But Mr. Hirst is not going quietly into the night, given Omar’s latest escapade. He has now publicly claimed that Omar illegally married her brother several years ago, Ahmed Elmi, for the sole purpose of illegally bypassing our immigration laws, that he will not cover for her and go to jail for her antics and actions, that she has pleaded with him to pretend that all is well with their marriage, and that they are still happily married and that she threatened him that he would not want to cross her in these matters.
Look, her private life is not my business. But obviously she has a committed a lot of what I would consider immoral actions and the law might consider illegal stuff going down and yet she dares to lecture the rest of us on what is wrong with us and America. For once she should be thankful she is in America because if I am not wrong, if she was back in Somalia and under Islamic tenets she would be stoned to death for her adultery. God bless America, Congresswoman, we are not into stoning folks like you if you are indeed an adulterer.
So, what do we have today: historically racist comments by Biden, hateful and bad priorities comments by Walters, delusional comments by Walters, and Omar plays around and yet does not get stoned to death. What a great set of “leaders” our political processes are creating every day.
