Afghanistan has been a collective failure of multiple Presidential administrations and multiple sessions of Congress. Thus, please consider signing the petition below that calls for the immediate resignation of every member of Congress that has at least twenty years of service and the resignation of President Biden, Vice President Harris, and critical, and failed, members of the Biden Administration. They do not deserve to serve any longer given their miserable twenty year track record of death, destruction and waste in Afghanistan.
Also, if you are passionate about this topic and effort, feel free to pass the link along to others who might also feel the same way, i.e. incompetence should not be rewarded:

Biden and others need to resign for dereliction of duty, incompetence and total lack of empathy. Nothing short of resignation is acceptable. Thank you.

It is the beginning of another month which means it is time again to review the latest political class insanity from the American political class. Each month it takes us multiple posts to cover the wasteful spending, incompetent government organizations and employees, government programs that usually make a problem worse than resolving it, inane and idiotic politician comments, etc.
To review past posts on this insanity and idiocy, just click on the first few posts in each month listed to the right of this page. After reviewing just a handful of these insanity posts we think you will agree that we are currently being served by the worst set of American politicians ever to hold office in our entire history.
1) Unfortunately, we are going to spend a lot of posts this month covering the utter and complete failure of the Biden administration to wind down our commitment in Afghanistan. The failure included the unnecessary deaths of 13 armed forces people, the leaving behind hundreds of Americans stuck behind Taliban roadblocks and blockades, facing what is not likely to be an unpleasant and dangerous future, and the abandonment of billions of dollars of high tech military equipment, paid for by the American taxpayer.
But our failure in Afghanistan did not begin with Biden’s failure to leave the country. It is a twenty year history of failure that was encouraged, financed, and ignored by members of Congress and several Presidential administrations. The cost of such a monumental failure by American politicians includes the following costs:
- During the 20 years we have been fiddling around in Afghanistan, the United States saw 2,361 Americans, both soldiers and civilians, get killed in the country.
- Over 20,000 Americans were wounded during battle in Afghanistan over those 20 years.
- Over 47,000 Afghans lost their lives over the 20 years.
- Over 800,000 American service personnel served during the Afghanistan conflict, with thousands of them killed, wounded, and who knows how many of them will have emotional and mental problems for the rest of their lives because of their service.
- In 20 years a whopping 2.5 million Afghanistan residents became refugees and fled to other parts of the world.
- Estimates run as high as $2,300,000,000,000 ($2.3 TRILLION), the amount of taxpayer wealth squandered on a losing Afghanistan involvement.
- According to the Washington Post, “the amount the United States has provided to implement reconstruction programs in Afghanistan since 2002 is more than $145 billion, according to SIGAR. The funds are used for a range of projects including to build the Afghan National Security Forces, promote good governance and engage in counternarcotics efforts.” We now know that the Afghan security forces were a sham, there was no good governance in the country and given that we had the highest number of Americans die from a drug overdose last year, it is highly likely the counternarcotics effort was also a failure.
- According to USA Today, equipment left behind for the Taliban to take includes 70 Mine Resistant Ambush Protected vehicles, 27 Humvees, 73 aircraft (including Apache helicopters costing $30 million each), and countless small arms.
- According to the Wall Street Journal, there were over 600,000 small arms sent to the country, so any number of these could have been left for the Taliban.
Of all the political class insanity we have covered over the years, this has to be the most insane, the most sorrowful and most wasteful of all time. That is why we are trying to get the petition described above into full motion and have those people in Congress and the Federal government removed from their positions as a result of the Afghanistan disaster. Incompetence should not be rewarded.
2) Now if the following story is even half way true, than the corruption in the political class and government is far worse than even we have imagined over the years:
- It is quite clear that with Biden’s open door immigration rules and policies, he has created a humanitarian, drug cartel, covid, drug addiction, human trafficking, and juvenile sexual abuse crisis on the southern border.
- Although I did not vote for Trump either time, I did recognize that he had brought law and order and safety to the border crisis for everyone involved and got us back to the rule of law when it comes to immigration.
- Biden has thrown all of that out the window, which makes you wonder how he could be so ignorant of what would happen when he relaxed immigration rules and laws.
- In what might be considered a far fetched but not impossible situation, Jeffrey Peterson, a former Democrat, is alleging, again he is only alleging, that the Mexican drug cartels have bribed Democratic politicians to keep the border open to facilitate the transportation of illegal drugs into this country.
- If this is true, and it certainly might not be true, then we would have the political leadership in this country enriching themselves at the expense of future drug addiction and obviously future drug addiction deaths in this country.
- Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman was one of the all time biggest drug cartel bosses in Mexico, he ran the Sinola drug cartel that U.S. government sources have claimed to be the biggest U.S. supplier of illegal drugs.
- Alex Cifuentes, who was a high up partner in Guzman’s drug cartel, testified in a NYC courtroom in 2016 that Guzman had given the former President of Mexico, Pena Nieto, a $100 million bribe several years ago.
- Don’t forget El Chapo donated $15 million (that we know about) to the Clinton Foundation before his transfer to the US.
Peterson hasn't provided a lot of hard evidence that Democrats are being bought by drug cartels so right now it is only alleged. But the President of Mexico might have been bribed, there has been no mention that the Clinton Foundation returned the drug cartels’ $15 million, and it makes no sense that Democrats would encourage the humanitarian crisis at the border without some other form of benefit they see. One would like to hope that Peterson’s accusations are just hot air but who knows, who knows.
3) We have previously documented and discussed the many, many ways over the years that Joe Biden has shown himself to be a sexual predator, racist, and pathological liar. Those instances were outlined in the following post:
And now we have another example to show that Mr. Biden is not the most upstanding, respectful person that many think he is:
- Cedric Richmond is a former Congressman from Louisiana, and is an African-American.
- He now serves in the Biden administration.
- During a recent FEMA briefing on Hurricane Ida, Biden actually referred to Mr. Richmond as “boy,” a well known belittling and derogatory label for a black man.
- Specifically, Biden said of Richmond: “I’m here with my senior adviser and boy who knows Louisiana very, very well and New Orleans, Cedric Richmond.”
But we should not be surprised since Biden has a history of racist vocabulary:
- During the Presidential campaign he insulted millions of black voters when he said if they did not vote for him they “ain’t black.”
- Biden once said he was against integration via busing: “Unless we do something about this, my children are going to grow up in a jungle, the jungle being a racial jungle with tensions having built so high that it is going to explode at some point.”
- Talking about a “jungle” in the context of race relations is also considered a racist comment and description.
- But it's not just African Americans that Biden has slandered race-wise when he bragged about his relationship with Indian-Americans: “I’ve had a great relationship. In Delaware, the largest growth in population is Indian-Americans moving from India. You cannot go to a 7-Eleven or a Dunkin’ Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent. I’m not joking.”
- In 2020, he had this gem of a racist comment: “We should challenge students in these schools. We have this notion that somehow if you’re poor, you cannot do it. Poor kids are just as bright and just as talented as white kids. Wealthy kids, black kids, Asian kids — no I really mean it, but think how we think about it.”
That will do it for today: the epic national failure in Afghanistan, possible drug cartel payoffs to politicians in this country, and Joe Biden, racist in chief.
