The 2020 Election, Part 11: The First Invalid Election In Our History?

I have voted in every Presidential election for a lot of decades. I have never voted for a Republican for President and thus, I did not vote for Donald Trump either time. 

Thus, I think I can say without much bias that this just completed Presidential election is shaping up to be a disgrace to democracy given the highly likely ways it was corrupted, manipulated, and outright fixed by so many people and entities across the country. Ballots were lost, ballots were found in garbage cans, computers were hacked, computers suspiciously moved votes from one candidate to another, ballots showed up in polling places with no chain of command security protocols followed. Politicians announced results days before the voting took place.

I am sure some of the potential incidents of voter fraud and cheating were incorrect. But I am sitting on almost 200 news reports of, call them, “voting irregularities,” enough to convince me that this was the most dishonest, poorly handled, and obscene election that abuses the First Amendment rights and “one person, one vote” tenet that is basic to our democracy.

Over the next few days I will be pulling out a lot of those 200 news reports and briefly discussing what allegedly happened. I can not say all of these news reports are true and I cannot say all of these news reports are false. 

But when people are arrested, when people admit on video that they cheated, when there are videos made of people delivering box loads of videos in the middle of the night, I think the evidence is pretty clear that the corruption in this election was real and widespread.

I am not to drawing any conclusions but consider the following reality: the voting locales where most of the corruption occurred was almost ALL in Democratic party controlled areas: Democratically controlled cities, Democratically controlled counties, and Democratically controlled states and happened only in states that were considered “swing state” in the election, in other words, the states that could go either way and a nudge here or a nudge there, from a voting corruption perspective could make all the difference.

Each of these incidents are sourced by the organization that reported the voting fraud. I am not going to do a deep dive into each story but by providing the source, you can follow up and decide for yourself whether or not the voting fraud and corruption allegation is legit.

122) American Truth Today - At an official hearing in front of the Michigan state senate, a whistleblower claims to have seen a white van pull up to the TCF voting center in Detroit at 3:30 in the morning with 50,000 or so ballots: “I was there at approximately 3:00 to 3:30 AM. And I saw the huge dump of ballots that were delivered to the counting hall. I noticed that the city of Detroit Clerk’s Office it was their emblem on the white van that showed up with the ballots. Janice Winfrey‘s name was on there and a number presumably for Janet Winfrey’s office. I estimated that it was over 50 boxes that I counted. And I estimated that over a thousand ballots could have fitted in each of the large boxes. There was no chain of custody. There was no accountability. There was no transparency. Nobody knew where these ballots had been. They said they had to be turned in at 8 PM. They showed up approximately at 3:30 AM. So, 7 to 7.5 hours is a long time for these ballots to be kind of in limbo not with anyone knowing where they are.”


123) Judicial Watch - A recent study by the Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI) has found that there are many noncitizens and illegal immigrants included in North Carolina voter lists and jury pools:
  • Their analysis shows that such people existed dating back to at least 2012.
  • Working with the Voter Integrity Project, they concluded that these findings show the lack of “political will” of government officials when it comes to clean and accurate voting lists.
  • The research found that in one county alone, Wayne County, in a three year time frame, 6,000 potential state jurors got out of jury duty by telling the court they were not U.S. citizens.
  • Since jury pool candidates are selected from voting lists that the state maintains, that means that at a bare minimum there were at least 6,000 invalid voters on the voting lists in just a single North Carolina county.
  • Further research found that some of those self identified non-citizens had actually voted in previous elections.
Why is this important? Dale L. Wilcox, the executive director and general counsel of IRLI, explains: “It is evidence of the larger crisis of noncitizen voting on the national level. Every vote by a legal or illegal alien cancels out the vote of an American citizen. It is a violation of the core principles of our constitutional republic. If we, as a nation, cannot remedy the problem of election fraud, then we have surrendered the right to choose our representatives and will instead live under the permanent rule of unaccountable political elites.”

124) Patriot Viral News - We have previously made the observation, based on the mainstream’s non reaction to the rampant voting irregularities, that they may turn out to be accomplices to the whole sordid affair. As an example, consider the hypocrisy of CNN:
  • CNN in 2020 has basically ignored the details and many instances of voter fraud or sought to spin the instances as no big deal.
  • But four short years ago, it was warning that “voting fraud is a national security risk.”
What is the difference? Back in 2016, CNN’s favorite candidate, Hillary Clinton, did not win so there must be foul play afoot even though not even Hillary, who has blamed everyone and everything for her defeat, never brought up election fraud as a culprit. In 2020, their favorite candidate, Joe Biden, wins so massive voting irregularities are no big deal. The bigger issue perhaps is that CNN actually has favorite candidates, enough so that they biased their reporting to support that favorite candidate, a violation of basic journalism tenets.

125) Epoch Times - An election supervisor in Coffee County,Georgia has posted a number of videos online where he demonstrates how one could manipulate the Dominion voting processes and vote counts:
  • The process is called an “adjudication” process. 
  • The process allows the operator to add vote marks to a scanned ballot as well as invalidate vote marks already on the ballot.
  • The process does have a valid use in that it could be used to fill in bubbles on ballots that were not perfect.
  • The elections official, Misty Martin, shows that the system can be used to adjust not just one or two ballots at a time but ALL ballots, some ballots, blank ballots, etc., giving the operator of the software to do anything they wanted to any number of ballots.
  • And it appears that a larger than expected number of ballots were adjudicated in Georgia than would could reasonably be expected.
  • The videos were posted online by a local news site, whose publisher Robert Preston concluded: “According to our election folks, this Dominion system is flawed, not secure, and open to manipulation if someone were so inclined.” 
  • In Fulton County alone over 106,000 ballots went through the adjudication process by the day after the election but it is unknown how many of those 106,000 ballots were actually adjusted.
  • Since about half a million votes were cast in the county, that means about 20% of those votes were sent through the Dominion voting system, a suspiciously high number.
  • Given that Trump lost the state by only 12,000 or so votes, putting over 100,000 ballots through the review process, a process that can be easily abused, in a single county is highly suspicious.
  • Election officials claim that every ballot was examined by a panel of poll watchers which seems impossible if over 100,000 ballots went through the process within a day or so, no way every ballot was examined and reviewed by a panel.
  • Back to the software itself, according to the videos, the software can be accessed by any Dominion operator and can be done without any type of review process being involved.
  • Also, Ms. Martin claims that a Dominion operator can make any changes to any votes they want and not leave any trace which ballots were changed.

126) Freedom Headlines - As we have previously discussed, there appears to have been some serious voting process irregularities in Georgia where poll watchers and others were sent home because of a bogus water pipe leak story. But after everyone had left, videos show four people taking suitcases out from under tables, taking out what appears to be ballots and running them through the voting tabulators in the absence of any oversight or accountability.

Now, one of the woman who allegedly was involved in the secret ballot counting refuses to answer questions on her questionable behavior and claimed that “I need an attorney:"
  • That woman, Ruby Freeman, had initially agreed to be interviewed by journalist Carolyn Ryan but backed out of that opportunity to explain what was going on.
  • But she decided she needed to seek legal counsel.
  • “I won’t be able to be interviewed. This is bigger than me. I need an attorney. Thanks. Much Luv to you and your team.”
“Bigger than me.” Does not sound good for voting integrity.


127) Epoch Times - For those who do not believe that voting fraud occurred in Georgia, go to the following link to get an almost minute by minute account via official election videos of how these mystery suitcases of ballots got into the ballot counting process, were hidden all day, and how they were then included in the counting process, sometimes multiple times, after all observers had been send home:


128) Biz Pac Review - A 20 year veteran of working for Georgia elections, Susan Voyles, told a Georgia Senate Judiciary committee hearing that Dominion technical experts had “operated remotely” on her team’s ballot marking instruments and poll pads after the poll workers had some technical problems.

But a Dominion representative has publicly stated that Dominion workers could not have done that since the election machines are not connected to the Internet. Yet Voyles described to the committee how she and her team were able to obtain remote technical assistance from Dominion just as one would do for their phone or computer: “The best way I can explain it to you, when something happens with my phone — I have an iPhone — or something happens with my Apple computer where I need additional assistance with that, I call up Apple, and I say this is what’s happening. And they say do I have permission to take over your computer, and of course I give them the permission to do that because I want them fixed. That’s the exact same thing. I had to give them permission to take over my poll pad so that they could reprogram it.”

So who do you believe, a veteran poll worker who is testifying under oath or a public relations employee who denies what the poll worker experienced was impossible? Her testimony can be viewed in the following video:


129) Red Right Times - We have already approached the long shot possibility that the Chinese Communist government had a dastardly hand in the voting irregularities in that they financed the parent company of Dominion Voting Systems. But another video has arisen that purports to show American ballots being printed in China. Not saying this is true, not saying this is legit, but it is a fragment of information to be put aside in case other Chinese developments happen:


130) David Harris Jr. - Apparently Federal agents raided a residential home in Arizona a couple of days after election day. Their target was a man suspected of stealing voting information by hacking into voting computers. 

The agents confiscated 8 hard drives, 3 computers and a bag of USB memory sticks. They were seeking evidence that Elliot Kerwin committed a cyber attack and stolen voter data.

This is interesting since Arizona is one of a handful of states that have suffered through a series of suspicious and possibly illegal voting instances. Could this raid almost immediately after the election be related to the irregularities or did the alleged hack have nothing to do with the election itself or election results?

According to the search warrant, agents were specifically looking for:
  1. Login credentials and accounts.
  2. Voter registration records and information, including protected voters’ information.
  3. The transfer, sharing or dissemination of voter registration records and information, including protected voters’ information.
  4. Unauthorized access to the office’s website and computer systems.
  5. Attempts or threats to damage computer systems.
A lot of unanswered questions, a lot of suspicion regarding the stealing of an election. And even if his alleged hacking objective had nothing to do with voting fraud, it possibly indicates how insecure the voting processes are in Arizona.

131) Freedom Journalist - The Gateway Pundit did an interesting analysis using official Michigan government voting data and came up with a miraculous finding:
  • 566,958 people in Wayne County, Michigan voted via the mail in the Presidential election.
  • Remember that Wayne County has been the scene of fake ballots being delivered in the early morning hours after Election Day, poll watchers being blocked from observing the vote counting process, and whistle blowers discussing the illegal voting processes they observed.
  • The Gateway Pundit took those official, published lists of mail-in voters, a list that included voters’ names, home address and their birth date. and ran it against a list of dead people they purchased from the Lorton Services company.
  • Their list comparison showed that 2,060 dead people in just one Michigan county had submitted a mail-in/absentee ballot for the election.
Total incompetence of Michigan voting officials who did not try to keep their voting rolls clear of dead voters or a systematic approach to corrupt and influence the election? In either case, it calls into question of how fouled up the Michigan voting process was.

132) Washington Times - Democracy Institute Director, Patrick Basham, conclude from his extensive statistical analysis that a series of “statistically implausible” events connected to the election regarding Biden’s state by state voting results make his election win highly unlikely:
  • According to Mr. Basham: “Everything suddenly went very strange in the middle of the night,” Mr. Basham said regarding President Trump’s performance, which up until then was tracking with “a dozen or more of these [non-polling] metrics … [that] have a 100% accuracy rate in terms of predicting the winner of the presidential election.”
  • For example, Biden under performed along those metrics everywhere in the country except where he suspiciously over performed in select counties and states that were strategic to winning the election: “That could happen. It’s just very, very unusual. And if this was an exceptional election as some people assert, and that’s why the numbers seems strange, then you would expect it to be — [to] have a uniformity to that exceptionalism. So Joe Biden would have increased his support not just in key precincts in key cities in key swing states and nowhere else, but he would have had a sort of uniform victory. He was the challenger. … And yet, he has done very poorly in most of the country except where it absolutely mattered.”
  • The metric he examined and which had been infallible in previous elections included [party registration trends, individual donation levels, voter enthusiasm, polls, Google Searches, and other measure: “So if we are to accept that Biden won against the trend of all these non-polling metrics, it not only means that one of these metrics was inaccurate this time for the first time ever, it means that each one of these metrics was wrong for the first time and at the same time as all of the others.” [my bold face emphasis.]
  • One of the anomalies was that ballot rejection rates went from double-digits in the primaries to “less than 1 percent, often very close to zero” on Election Day but only in certain strategic precincts.
Again, Biden could have won honestly and all of these voting irregularities, though statistically improbable, could have miraculously come together to give him the win. But let’s face it, the realities of ballots secretly getting delivered in the middle of the night, voting machines taking Trump votes and switching them to Biden votes, suitcases of ballots being counted after the poll watchers were sent home, whistle blowers coming forward all over the country, etc., etc., etc., certainly line up more his victory being statistically impossible than a legal and legit victory.

These are the next 11 (of 132) instances of voting fraud so far that have been alleged and reported that we have included in this summary set of posts. Again, some may not be true. But it is highly unlikely that all of them are empty, sour grapes of the losing side. The corruption is too wide, too consistent, too focused, and too overwhelming, as previous posts have shown. 

And if true, many bad people have corrupted and damaged a fundamental right of freedom, the ability to have their vote counted and counted equally with other legally cast votes. Anything short of this high standard is wrong, dangerous, and treasonous. More to come.

Note: So far we have discussed only 132 instances of shaky voting procedures and, as we discussed previously, we are sitting on close to 200 cases of alleged and probable fraud, we just have not gotten to these other instances yet.

111) Flag and Cross - Video has become available that shows Biden supporters bribed Native American tribal members with gift cards and jewelry in exchange for their votes in Nevada: The videos are being used by the Trump campaign to challenge the outcome of Nevada’s presidential election results.

In one 18-minute long video, Reno-Sparks Indian Colony (RSIC) spokeswoman Bethany Sam offers gifts to people who show up to vote. Sam advertises a raffle where participants can win t-shirts, masks, jewelry, and Visa gift cards worth $25, $100, $250, and $500 “if they can prove that they voted.”

Obviously, no one put a gun to the heads of people who accepted the gifts and raffle chances to force them to vote a special way. But the whole process reeks of fraud and not a way votes should be cast, votes should not be for sale to the party that has the best giveaways.

112) The Patriot Nation - News reports indicate that Democrats in Fulton County, Georgia sent the Republican poll watchers home when they claimed that vote counting would be suspended due to a water leak. However, once the Republican poll watchers left, video shows Democrats pulling suitcases out from under tables, suitcases that were filled with ballots that were then included in the final vote tally despite no Republican poll watchers being around to validate the validity of the ballots.

Two pretty suspicious things about the whole caper:
  1. There is no official or unofficial proof that there actually was a water leak.
  2. Second, the people pulling the ballots out of the suitcases were not taking them directly into the vote counting machines for tabulation but were first sorting them, a process that was not necessary unless they were ferreting out Trump votes from the counting process.
When the Republican poll watchers were sent home because of a phantom leak, Trump was ahead in Georgia by 100,000 votes. But before daybreak, in the midst of these shady happenings, Biden all of a sudden surges ahead.

Officials deny that they sent anyone home but multiple whistleblowers insist that the order did come down to send the Republican poll watchers home. Apparently, this is a violation of Georgia law.

As reported by the Epoch Times: “A woman who identified herself as Jackie Pick, a lawyer who is assisting with their legal case, said the team received video footage from State Farm Arena’s vote-tabulation center in Fulton County, Georgia. The team said that GOP poll watchers were not allowed to watch the counting process in the poll center. Pick said that video footage shows Fulton County election workers waiting at their scanning areas until GOP poll watchers and reporters left the room before they started “scanning ballots,” ostensibly without any observation. Pick noted that it contravenes state and county law. At 11 p.m., once everyone is gone, the workers are seen “pulling ballots out from underneath a table.” She asked if it’s normal to “store suitcases of ballots under a table cloth?” Pick said after reviewing footage that it’s not a normal procedure.”

113) Daily Wire - As a result of the video just discussed, Georgia Governor Brian Kemp has demanded a signature audit of Georgia’s election results based on the video and allegations presented during the Georgia Senate’s Government Oversight Committee hearing: “Security camera footage from Election Day presented during the hearing generated buzz on social media, and caught the attention of Kemp. Allegations and corresponding video appear to reveal a Fulton County election supervisor pulling suitcases filled with ballots from under a table after poll workers were allegedly told to leave.”


114) Gateway Pundit - The Gateway Pundit reports that the company that owns Dominion Voting Systems, the voting machine company whose voting machines have acted very strangely and possibly very corruptly this past election, is owned by a company called Staple Street Capital. In addition, Staple Street Capital reportedly and recently, October, 2020, received $400 million from sources indirectly linked to the Communist China government.

Specifically: “On Oct 8, 2020, Staple Street Capital filed SEC Form D offerings and sales amount of $400,000,000 with the Sales Compensation Recipient identified as UBS Securities. UBS Securities is a swiss investment bank which owns 24.99% of UBS Securities Co LTD, a Chinese Investment Bank. The remaining 75% of UBS Securities CO LTD is owned by the Chinese government.”

Is it fair now to possibly claim that the China government abetted the voting corruption and illegal actions via its financing of Dominion and Staples Street Capital? Well, an analysis by former intelligence analysts, that was laid out in an affidavit attached to Sidney Powell’s Georgia voting lawsuit, claims to have found ““unambiguous evidence” that Dominion Voting Systems servers were accessible to and were “certainly compromised by rogue actors, such as Iran and China. The Dominion software was accessed by agents acting on behalf of China and Iran in order to monitor and manipulate elections, including the most recent US general election in 2020.”

This analysis was done by scanning Dominion’s network nodes:
  • The scan found a number of relationships with foreign entities.
  • One of these relationships was found to exist with a network situated in Hunan, China.
  • Another relationship showed a link to an Iranian IP address.
  • This was enough for the analysts to claim that “these scanning behaviors showed that foreign agents of aggressor nations had access to US voter lists, and had done so recently.”
  • A high ranking official at Dominion, Anthony Huang, Core Infrastructure Manager of Information Technology at the company, once worked for China Telecom from 1998 to 2002. 
  • China Telecom is wholly owned and run by the Chinese government and according to the Defense Department has worked closely with China's military for over twenty years,
The potential reason for Chinese meddling is obvious: Trump has imposed harsh sanctions for China’s misbehavior while the Biden family members have received millions and millions of dollars from the Chinese government. One does not think the Chinese gave Bidens the money and expected no return on that investment, do you?

115) Tediumedia - Now, the following numbers are not real solid, They are certainly not statistically significant, given the small sample size. But they are critically important because they have lead the good people of Arizona to expand the sample size to try and find out what is really going on with ballot counting in Arizona:
  • Given the suspicion of voting fraud in Arizona, Trump lawyers were allowed to hand inspect a small random sample of 100 duplicate ballots to see if they were handled properly in the vote counting process.
  • Duplicate ballots are ballots that voting officials and workers recreate because the ballot has been damaged or the machine would not read it. 
  • The voting choice information is reproduced on a new ballot which is then processed.
  • The sampling process showed that 3% of the 100 ballots examined had results that deprived Trump of three votes or 3%.
  • If this number held up, and again, it is a very, very small sample size that may not hold up in a bigger ballot sample examination, then a simple projection would show that Trump was deprived of about 90,000 Arizona votes, more than Biden’s margin of victory by a long shot.
  • One Trump vote was arbitrarily excluded from the count and another Trump damaged valid was replaced with a Biden duplicate ballot. 
We now get to find out if the 3% holds up with a detailed examination of a much larger sample.

116) Patriot News Headlines - The mainstream media, who I would not be surprised in the end we find out that they were also involved in the voting corruption, shouted with glee when they thought that the Department of Justice had said they had not found any voting irregularities in the election and their investigation was over.

Well, not so fast: “Some media outlets have incorrectly reported that the Department has concluded its investigation of election fraud and announced an affirmative finding of no fraud in the election,” a DOJ spokesperson said in a statement. “That is not what the Associated Press reported nor what the Attorney General stated. The Department will continue to receive and vigorously pursue all specific and credible allegations of fraud as expeditiously as possible.”

More fake news?

117) Political Integrity Forum -We have already reviewed the testimony of a contract USPS truck driver who claims he drove completed ballots from New York to Pennsylvania two weeks BEFORE the election. But other postal workers have also come forward with their eyewitness accounts of voting irregularities:
  • One postal worker claims that ballots were backdated by postal workers to make them legal; otherwise they would have legally been excluded from the ballot counting..
  • In Traverse City, Michigan, Trump campaign mailings were put in bins labeled “Undeliverable Bulk Business Mail” while Biden mailings were delivered.
  • The Armistad Project found that: “The accounts also reveal multi-state illegal efforts by USPS workers to influence the election in at least three of six swing states. Details include potentially hundreds of thousands of completed absentee ballots being transported across three state lines, and a trailer filled with ballots disappearing in Pennsylvania.”
  • Postal subcontractor Nathan Pease claims he was told by two separate postal workers that the USPS in Wisconsin was gathering over 100,000 ballots on the morning of Nov. 4 to illegally back date ballots so that the ballots would be counted even if they arrived after the statutory deadline.
Just another Post Office mess.

118) Epoch Times - Despite the ongoing and continuing uncovering of voting irregularities, the Michigan secretary of state, Jocelyn Benson, is trying to put forth a mass deletion of election data. Apparently Benson has told county clerks to “delete Electronic Poll Book software and associated files.”

The Michigan Republican Party had the following reaction: “Secretary Benson’s move to request the deletion of election data amidst bipartisan calls for an audit is just another example of her putting partisan politics over what’s best for Michigan.” said Michigan Republican Party Chairman Laura Cox said in a statement Friday. “With election irregularities rampant across the state, it is vital that we have this audit before any election data is deleted. Secretary Benson’s move to delete this data before an audit raises a serious question, what are the Democrats hiding?”

119) United Patriot News - Consider some ridiculous voting numbers from Pennsylvania, a state that has been home to a whole load of voting irregularities:
  • The state claims it received 2.6 million legitimate mail-in votes and yet Joe Biden somehow won 76% of those mails, a number that is totally out of whack with election day voting and polling results where Biden had nowhere near 76% of the votes.
  • If the mail-in votes were consistent with exit polls that were conducted election day, Biden would lose 213,000 votes and the state would have gone to Trump.
  • Instead, somehow Biden got a ridiculously high 76% of the mail-in votes.
  • Further silliness comes from another analysis, one that looked at ballot rejection rates.
  • The 2016 Election Administration and Voting Survey found that the mail-in ballot rejection rate in Pennsylvania in the 2016 Presidential election was almost 1% on 266,000 mail-in ballots or 2,660 rejected mail-in ballots.
  • However, in 2020, with 2.6 million mail-in ballots, the mail-in ballot rejection rate was a tiny, tiny  .038% despite the overwhelming number of new mail-in ballot voters.
  • That means that about 988 mail-in ballots were rejected in Pennsylvania in 2020, about 63% fewer rejections than in 2016 despite almost 10 times as many mail-in ballots 2020 vs. 2016, total nonsense.
  • Thus, the 2020 rejection rate in the state was only 3.8% of the size of the rejection rate in 2016, the previous Presidential election or conversely, the rejection rate in 2016 was about 26 times higher than in 2020.
  • If we apply the rejection rate in 2016 to the number of mail-in ballots in 2020 and hit that number by the 76% number from above we see that Biden should have about 20,000 fewer votes than what he ended up with.
  • Even more statistically amazing is that other studies found that first time mail-in voters are almost three times more likely to screw up the mail-in ballot process and get their ballots rejected, making the above numbers even more nonsensical.
120) GOP TImes - There must be some shenanigans going on because brave whistleblowers who have come forward with their eyewitness accounts of voting fraud and illegal voting behavior, are now being threatened, their families are being threatened, and at least one whistleblower has been beaten up and hospitalized. If there was no wrongdoing, there would not be a need for physical intimidation.
  • Sidney Powell, a lawyer in the middle of proving voter fraud, had this observation: “Democrats do not like whistleblowers. They only like liars who claim they’re whistleblowers. Anyone who comes forward to tell the truth is forced to live a life on high alert. There are all kinds of repercussions against people who have come forward to tell the truth.”
  • The threats include physical threats, threats of losing a job (think postal worker whistleblowers), and threats to families and kids. 
  • In addition, female Trump lawyer working on the voting fraud mess has been threatened with rape.
121) Gateway Pundit - A volunteer voting group, based in Georgia, says it has found over 40,000 illegal votes cast in the state:
  • Mark Davis is the President of Data Productions, Inc.
  • He claims his group has identified 40,239 illegal votes that were cast and included in the Georgia voting totals.
  • Included in this number are people who moved from one Georgia county to another more than 30 days before the election and voted in their old county, a violation of Georgia law.
  • Of the 267,255 people who notified the Post Office that they had moved out of state, 14,980 of them still voted in Georgia in this past election, another criminal violation of Georgia law.

Since Biden's supposed margin of victory in the state was only 12,000 votes, the 40, 239 illegal votes are more than enough to overturn the final election count.

These are the next 11 (of 121) instances of voting fraud so far that have been alleged and reported that we have included in this summary set of posts. Again, some may not be true. But it is highly unlikely that all of them are empty, sour grapes of the losing side. The corruption is too wide, too consistent, too focused, and too overwhelming, as previous posts have shown. 

And if true, many bad people have corrupted and damaged a fundamental right of freedom, the ability to have their vote counted and counted equally with other legally cast votes. Anything short of this high standard is wrong, dangerous, and treasonous. More to come.

Note: So far we have discussed only 121 instances of shaky voting procedures and, as we discussed previously, we are sitting on close to 200 cases of alleged and probable fraud, we just have not gotten to these other instances yet.

The 2020 Election, Part 9 - The First Invalid Presidential Election In Our History?

I have voted in every Presidential election for a lot of decades. I have never voted for a Republican for President and thus, I did not vote for Donald Trump either time. 

Thus, I think I can say without much bias that this just completed Presidential election is shaping up to be a disgrace to democracy given the highly likely ways it was corrupted, manipulated, and outright fixed by so many people and entities across the country. Ballots were lost, ballots were found in garbage cans, computers were hacked, computers suspiciously moved votes from one candidate to another, ballots showed up in polling places with no chain of command security protocols followed. Politicians announced results days before the voting took place.

I am sure some of the potential incidents of voter fraud and cheating were incorrect. But I am sitting on almost 200 news reports of, call them, “voting irregularities,” enough to convince me that this was the most dishonest, poorly handled, and obscene election that abuses the First Amendment rights and “one person, one vote” tenet that is basic to our democracy.

Over the next few days I will be pulling out a lot of those 200 news reports and briefly discussing what allegedly happened. I can not say all of these news reports are true and I cannot say all of these news reports are false. 

But when people are arrested, when people admit on video that they cheated, when there are videos made of people delivering box loads of videos in the middle of the night, I think the evidence is pretty clear that the corruption in this election was real and widespread.

I am not to drawing any conclusions but consider the following reality: the voting locales where most of the corruption occurred was almost ALL in Democratic party controlled areas: Democratically controlled cities, Democratically controlled counties, and Democratically controlled states and happened only in states that were considered “swing state” in the election, in other words, the states that could go either way and a nudge here or a nudge there, from a voting corruption perspective could make all the difference.

Each of these incidents are sourced by the organization that reported the voting fraud. I am not going to do a deep dive into each story but by providing the source, you can follow up and decide for yourself whether or not the voting fraud and corruption allegation is legit.

101) PJ Media - A truck driver has testified that he personally drove thousands and thousands of completed ballots from Bethpage, N.Y. to Lancaster, Pa. two weeks BEFORE the election. 

Phil Kline, as we have previously discussed, is a former attorney general of Kansas, and is currently the director of The Armistad Project of the Thomas More Society, claims to have verified the truck driver’s story: “The evidence demonstrates, and it’s through eyewitness testimony that’s been corroborated by others by their eyewitness testimony, that 130,000 to 280,000 completed ballots for the 2020 general election were shipped from Bethpage, New York, to Lancaster, Pennsylvania.” 

Kline claims he is working with the FBI and attorneys in various government jurisdictions. The truck driver, Jesse Morgan, related his experience at a press conference: “I drive a tractor-trailer for the U.S. postal service, a subcontractor. I drive a route from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, to Bethpage, New York, to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and back to Lancaster. On October 21, when I arrived for my usual route for Bethpage, an expeditor made three references to ballots that were to be loaded into my trailer, including saying, ‘Hey, you have ballots today.'”

He claims he was given 24 Gaylord boxes full of ballots, stacked on top of each other with “envelopes [that] had handwritten return addresses:“ “They were complete ballots. I didn’t think much of it at the time.” 

Furthermore:
  • When he arrived in Harrisburg he was not allowed to unload his load which was not standard operating procedure.
  • He had to wait around for six hours.
  • He was then told to drive to Lancaster without unloading anything in Harrisburg.
  • When he asked for a ticket, proof that he had delivered his load to Harrisburg, the supervisor refused to give him the slip like always.
  • What followed was even further out of the ordinary: “I then drove to Lancaster, unhooked my trailer in its normal place, and then drove my truck to where I always park it. The next day, it just got weirder. As I arrived at Lancaster… my trailer was gone, not there anymore.”
  • Finally, “What happened on October 21 was a series of unusual events that cannot be a coincidence. I know I saw ballots with return addresses filled out, thousands of them, thousands. Loaded onto my trailer in New York and headed for Pennsylvania. As things became weirder I got to thinking and wondered why I was driving complete ballots from New York to Pennsylvania. I didn’t know why, so I decided to speak up.”
At the same news conference that the truck driver related his likely fraud experience, other whistleblowers spoke about witnessing postal workers delivering Biden’s campaign mail while throwing out Trump’s campaign mail.

102) American Truth Today - A Georgia Federal judge has forbidden state voting officials from clearing or tampering with voting machines in three state counties as a result of a lawsuit filed by lawyer Sidney Powell. The four page order forbade county officials in Cherokee, Cobb, and Gwinnett counties from resetting Dominion voting machines.

Powell’s lawsuit calls for an independent forensic investigation of the machines to see if there was voting fraud embedded into the voting machines: “Defendants are hereby ENJOINED and RESTRAINED from altering, destroying, or erasing, or allowing the alteration, destruction, or erasure of, any software or data on any Dominion voting machine in Cobb, Gwinnett, and Cherokee Counties,” the order says. “This temporary restraining order shall remain in effect for ten days, or until further order of the Court, whichever comes first.”

Voting officials and state politicians have to turn over copies of the contract with Dominion, the company which provided voting processes and machines for state election counting.

Powell’s suit claims that Dominions’ “foreign ties allowed hostile governments to meddle in the U.S. election via a conspiracy that involved both Democratic and Republican U.S. officials.” 

During a recent recount in the state a Dominion computer crashed as the plot thickens.

103) Newsmax - According to long time political commentator, Dick Morris, the trail or fraud is wide and significant: "I think that the issue of scale, you have obstruction from the secretaries of state, you have obstruction from the courts, the Democratic-controlled courts, and it's very hard to penetrate that to get evidence enough to reverse several million votes, but there certainly is enough episodic evidence to establish a pattern of fraud.”

Furthermore: "But this fraud was so deeply concealed within the voting machines that it was almost undetectable. You would need a top-level forensic computer expert to go in there and detect it. These voting machines were designed by people who worked for Hugo Chavez with the sole intention of creating a system that could be hacked without anyone knowing about it, results that could be flipped, votes that could be altered, and I'm not sure DOJ probed it to that level."

104) Newsmax - Senator Rand Paul is also suspicious via his Twitter account of the widespread statistical improbabilities that arose in the early morning hours after election day: "Interesting . . . Trump margin of “defeat” in 4 states occurred in 4 data dumps between 1:34-6:31 AM. Statistical anomaly? Fraud? Look at the evidence and decide for yourself.(That is, if Big Tech allows u to read this) Anomalies in Vote Counts; https://votepatternanalysis.substack.com/p/voting-anomalies-2020"

These voting improbabilities include:
  • An update in Michigan listed as of 6:31 AM Eastern Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 141,258 votes for Joe Biden and 5,968 votes for Donald Trump.
  • An update in Wisconsin listed as 3:42 AM Central Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 143,379 votes for Joe Biden and 25,163 votes for Donald Trump.
  • A vote update in Georgia listed at 1:34 AM Eastern Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 136,155 votes for Joe Biden and 29,115 votes for Donald Trump.
  • An update in Michigan listed as of 3:50 AM Eastern Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 54,497 votes for Joe Biden and 4,718 votes for Donald Trump.
According to a research analysis of these late results cited by the Senator: "In particular, we are able to quantify the extent of compliance with this property and discover that, of the 8,954 vote updates used in the analysis, these four decisive updates were the 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 7th most anomalous updates in the entire data set. Not only does each of these vote updates not follow the generally observed pattern, but the anomalous behavior of these updates is particularly extreme. That is, these vote updates are outliers of the outliers."

What are the odds of such strange results happening long after the polls closed and counting was completed in the only states that were considered swing states and all overwhelmingly favored Biden? Not going to happen unless the results are corrupt and invalid.

105) Mic Drop Politics - The Dominion Voting Systems continually show up underneath the sleaze and slime when it comes to voting irregularities. Unfortunately, their voting systems were used in dozens of states across the country even though states like Texas rejected their processes and procedures in their audit of the company’s products and services.

Turns out that they became the voting vendor of choice in Democratically controlled Chicago when Cook County in Illinois, the home county of Chicago, allowed its county clerk to illegally designate Dominion as the city’s and county’s official voting vendor. David Orr, the county clerk, is a confirmed socialist and in charge of the third largest county in the country.

“Voting company ES&S filed a Federal complaint that alleges that Cook County chose an uncertified voting system for county elections that just happened to be the voting system from Dominion Voting Systems. The complaint claims that Dominion got the $32 million contract via a fake Request For Proposal bid that froze ES&S out of the bid process. Documents show that Dominion was awarded the contract the same day that bids were supposed to be submitted, i.e. the game was rigged.”

More shady dealings from Democrats and Dominion.

107) Western Journal - The Republican Party in Nevada claims a whistleblower says election officials in that state knowingly and purposely violated the rules for handling mail in ballots: “A whistleblower has come forward in Clark County saying they witnessed mail ballots being counted without signatures being verified.” 

The whistleblower has supposedly filed a legal sworn affidavit that has been forwarded to the Justice Department for investigation. Specifically, the whistleblower contends he was told to overlook ballots in which the addresses did not match and that “The affidavit makes clear that we’re not dealing with oversights or sloppiness, this was intentional criminal conduct.”

The Republican Party claims it has received thousands of voting complaints from throughout the state but that the center of the voting irregularities come from Clark County, the home of Las Vegas: “There have been a number of mail ballots turned in to Clark County Department of Elections that are being processed without meaningful observation. Ballots are continuing to be processed in this same manner.” 

Nevada’s Trump campaign co-chair Adam Laxalt said: “The fact remains that hundreds of thousands of ballots have been counted in Clark County and as a Judge and the Secretary of State have confirmed we have not been allowed to observe or challenge a single signature match for these votes.” 

108) Tediumedia - Another voting fraud video has arisen which reputedly shows a Dominion employee tampering with voting computers and using a USB drive relative to those computers during election day. Those computers were directly tied into the voting tabulator machines that were officially adding up the votes.

Specifically: "A Dominion representative at Gwinnett County Election Central, responsible for tabulating ballots and certifying results, download data to a USB from the Election Management Server, plug it into a laptop, manipulate the data, then palm the USB. He downloads data from the Election Management Server onto a USB, inserts it into the external laptop, manipulates ballot scans in the file explorer, ejects the usb, palms it, distracts the people nearby, then suspiciously walks out of the room."

109) Bloomberg - Sidney Powell, who has filed a lawsuit in Georgia to have the Georgia voting machines examined by outside experts to see if voting fraud occurred has received an expedited hearing in front of a Federal appeals court in Georgia. This reprieve comes after her request for a voting machine audit was refused by a lower level judge.

110) America’s Freedom Fighters - Melissa Carone is a computer specialist and a contract employee for Dominion Voting Systems. She worked election day at the infamous TCF voting center in Detroit, a location we have discussed several times before regarding its very shady election day actions. She recently testified under oath that:
  • She claims she saw the same votes run through the voting process as many as ten times on more than one occasion.
  • She alleges that Michigan's voting machines were designed to facilitate mass voting fraud andnot leave a paper trail
  • She claims she worked closely with one of Dominion’s co-owners on the night and day after the election.
  • In addition: “She was told they had a ‘Chicago’ style fraudulent warehouse that had issues but was back up and running, magically, when Biden started to get massive vote dumps in his favor.”
  • She was asked why by a Democrat at the Michigan state government hearing why she was the only witness to speak up and no others had come forward.
  • Her answer to this question is both scary and an example of a very brave lady: ‘I’ll tell you why; my life has been destroyed. My life has been completely destroyed because of this. I’ve lost family. I’ve lost friends. I’ve been threatened. My kids have been threatened. I’ve had to move. I’ve had to change my phone number. I’ve had to get rid of social media.” 
If nothing was wrong with the voting process, if corruption of the voting counting had not happened, I doubt anyone would have threatened her and her family. But they did.

These are the next 9 (of 110) instances of voting fraud so far that have been alleged and reported that we have included in this summary set of posts. Again, some may not be true. 92) Freedom Building - Smartmatic is a technology company that has provided voting technology to voting systems that have exhibited some very shady behavior. One of the customers/partners of Smartmatic is Dominion Voting Systems, a company who supplied voting software to dozens of states for the recent Presidential election. Recall our discussion on how Dominion's system strangely took 6,000 Trump votes and assigned them to Biden up in Michigan.

Lord Mark Malloch- Brown is the Smartmatic chairman over in Britain. He also sits on the board of a George Soros organization, Open Society Foundations, an advocate for a world wide ruling class and the breakdown of national boundaries. He also worked as a top official at the United Nations so he has worldwide connections.

Given that Dominion is under fire for bad voting software and procedures, Smartmatic felt it necessary to comment out via Twitter to protect its corporate reputation and to assure the world that it had nothing to do with Dominion Voting Systems: “Against false statements, the facts: Smartmatic does not own Dominion Voting Systems and has never provided Dominion with any technology. Smartmatic has never had ties with any government or political group anywhere in the world #elections2020.”

Although it sounds convincing, it is not true:
  1. In 2007, Smartmatic sold its Sequoia Voting Systems to Dominion.
  2. Also, five years ago he admitted to a Filipino news station that his company did indeed have relationships with Dominion back during elections in that country.
Lie twice and you really lose credibility, especially when a Presidential election hangs in the balance.

93) Real Conservative United - Yet another lawsuit has been filed in Michigan in which the state Supreme Court has been asked to secure: “all evidence of irregularities in the 2020 election and declare the election results invalid on the basis of unlawful conduct by state and local officials.” The lawsuit was filed by the Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society which has filed similar lawsuits in Georgia, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania.

The suits allege that these states counted illegal ballots while ignoring legit ballots: 
  • “The pattern of lawlessness was so pervasive and widespread that it deprived the people of Michigan of a free and fair election, throwing the integrity of the entire process into question.” The Michigan suit also accuses Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson and other officials of circumventing “the explicit intent of the Michigan Legislature, which established an absentee ballot process designed to minimize the risk of fraud.”
  • The contention is that Benson sent unsolicited absentee ballots to every household in the state without first verifying that the recipients were even living at the address, were eligible to vote or were even alive.
  • Their Wisconsin lawsuit contends that 150,000 “potentially fraudulent ballots'' were counted as legal. Their Georgia lawsuit estimates that the number of illegal ballots counted is 15 times higher than the Biden margin of victory.
94) Right Win Newshour - A Pennsylvania poll watcher has testified that he observed voter fraud on election night that included Republicans being locked out of polling stations, missing voting USB cards, and late night spikes in Joe Biden votes.

The poll watcher, former Navy Commander Gregory Stenstrom, testified under oath in front of a state senate GOP policy committee: “I personally observed USB cards being uploaded to voting machines by the voting machine warehouse supervisor on multiple occasions. This person is not being observed, he’s not a part of the process that I can see, and he is walking in with baggies of USBs.”

He also observed suspicious USB cards being loaded into voting machines in the absence of a poll watcher: “In all cases the chain of custody was broken. It was broken for the mail-in ballots, the drop-box ballots, the Election Day USB card flash drives. In all cases they didn’t follow any of the procedures defined by the Board of Delaware County of Elections.”

He concluded by saying: “As a computer scientist, an American, and a patriot, it doesn’t matter who those votes were for. It was shocking to me that that could even happen. There is no cure for this, no remedy for this. I don’t believe as a citizen and an observer to this, anyone can certify this with a good conscience.”

95) Big League Politics - Multiple whistler blowers in Michigan have signed sworn affidavits relating to the obscene and pervasive voter fraud incidents that they observed during the vote counting process in Michigan. They are demanding that the legislature get involved to investigate: “Media says they see no evidence of fraud. Legislative leadership says, “We have not yet been made aware of any information that would change the outcome of the election in Michigan.” Hundreds of poll challengers who witnessed fraud such as myself beg to differ. We believe that the truth about the election needs to finally be heard without a media censorship filter,” former state senator Patrick Colbeck said in a press release.

Additionally, “The people of Michigan deserve fair, open, transparent elections, and this year, for the first time in decades, their trust in our elections was shattered. If lawmakers fail in this most basic duty to hear the testimony of dozens of not hundreds of eyewitnesses, Michiganders at large will lose faith not only in their electoral process but in their Legislature as well,” said poll worker Adam de Angeli of Milan.

A lot of people saw a lot of things that went wrong and it should not be this hard to at least have them have their say in front of the politicians in the state.

96) United Patriot News - In a hearing before the Pennsylvania State Legislature, Trump’s legal team headed by Rudy Giuliani presented evidence on the 2020 election fraud.

During the hearing, Giuliani and the team provided data on the ballot counts in Pennsylvania. The team discussed massive spikes in ballots for Democrat challenger Joe Biden who got almost 600,000 votes compared to the 3,200 votes for Trump in a short amount of time.

Giuliani asked the man presenting the data, “How much of the vote that accounted for Biden and how much for Trump?”

“Close to 600,000,” the man replied. "The figures were about 570,000, and all the spikes were represented over time."

“For Biden?” the former NYC mayor asked.

“Correct,” came the response.

Giuliani then asked how much was counted for Trump.

“I think it was a little over 3,200,” the man replied. The revelation shocked the crowd as they collectively gasp upon hearing the data.

97) Real Conservatives Unite - According to the Amistad Project and its director, Phillip Kline, the FBI is using voter fraud data that his organization has collected. Kline is a former attorney general of Kansas.

In an interview, Kline said his group found “what we call the blood in the street. It’s after the crime is committed. And what evidence is there to show that a crime has been committed.” The data being examined by the FBI is government data and analyses that the Amistad Project did and interviews of voters.

Specifically: “And we’ve come up with tens of thousands of Republican ballots that were not counted. We’ve come up with hundreds of thousands of Republicans who say they never requested a ballot, but they voted absentee by somebody else. We’ve identified people outside of the state who voted within the state. And all of this occurred in the key swing states that we’re speaking about.”

Kline then makes some very serious accusations: “They paid the election judges, they paid the people who boarded up the windows, they bought the machines and America was kicked out of the counting room, and a billionaire [Facebook Chairman Mark Zuckerberg] invited in, in all of the swing state urban core cities, and that is a violation the law.”

In addition: “And then we had them sidestepping the law and accepting ballots they should not have accepted”

98) Real Conservatives Unite - According to this article, almost 7 million absentee votes were cast, mostly for Biden, in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania, the three states that pushed Biden over the top. 

But according to standing election laws in those states, many, many of those ballots should have never been accepted and illegally counted:
  • Pennsylvania voting employees violated state law by trying to fix invalid mail-in ballots days before Election day.
  • This means that election employees were illegally inspecting mail-in ballots before they were legally able to, without observers there to observe their actions, and also violated state law by trying to “cure” invalid ballots: “Ballot curing refers to the process by which voters can correct mistakes—such as a missing or mismatched signature—with an absentee/mail-in ballot so that the ballot can be counted,” according to Ballotpedia, an online repository of election data and information. “Ballot curing provisions lay out this process in state law. States without such provisions do not count absentee/mail-in ballots with errors.”
  • Curing is also illegal in Wisconsin but that did not stop elections employees from breaking that state law also.
  • Those employees filled in missing information on those mail-in ballots which is a blatant violation of existing law.
  • Any ballot submitted with missing information should have been considered invalid.
  • According to Wisconsin, any ballot with a missing witness address, “may not be counted.”
Law breaking across several states, which raises the obvious question: why are there voting laws and rules on the books if voting officials do not observe those laws, which theoretically represent the will of the people via their elected officials actions?

99) Law Officer - Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, a Republican, announced that the state of Georgia has opened 250 investigations into “credible claims of illegal voting and violation of state election law.”: “As we move forward in the process, we will, as we always have been, we will continue to investigate credible claims of illegal voting and violation of state election law. There are currently over 250 open cases from 2020 and we have 23 investigators to follow up on that. Some of these include a charge Gwinnett County that absentee ballots outnumber absentee envelopes. This is the kind of specific charge that our office can investigate and ascertain the truth.”

In addition: “We have multiple investigations underway surrounding absentee ballots in Fulton, Gwinnett, Cobb, and many others. We continue our investigations into potential dead, double voters, and non-resident voters. As we move to the December 1st election, which is tomorrow, and the January 5th federal runoffs, we have to remain vigilant. That is why I’m announcing an investigation into third party groups working to register people in other states to vote here in Georgia. We have opened an investigation into a group called America Votes who is sending absentee ballot applications to people at addresses where they have not lived since 1994; Vote Forward, who attempted to register a dead Alabama voter, a woman, to vote here in Georgia; The New Georgia Project, who sent voter registration applications to New York City, at Operation New Voter Registration Georgia, who is telling college students in Georgia that they can change their residency to Georgia and then change it back after the election.”

Election fraud in the state is considered a felony.

100) Tediumedia - A weird thing happened on election night that seems to fit in with the weird, probably corrupt, probably illegal, and never before voting antics that happened last month. On live TV, the running total of votes for Trump actually went down during news broadcasts:
  • In Pennsylvania, Trump's TV count went down 19,958 votes, dropping from 1,690,589 to 1,670,631.
  • That in itself was unheard of, votes being taken away from a candidate after it had been posted but even more distressing, Biden's vote total at the same time increased by exactly, wait for it, 19,958 votes, the exact amount that Trump’s votes were decreased.
  • It happened again but this time Trump only lost 666 votes, votes that Biden Immediately was credited with.
  • The third time it happened it affected 149 votes.
  • In Virginia, Biden got a one time shot of 426,921 votes while Trump got a one time shot of 121,090 votes, a highly improbable occurrence.
  • The vote counts went from 1,457,933 to 1,884,854 for Biden and 1,517,158 to 1,638,248 for President Trump.
  • But then something even stranger happened in Virginia, these vote increases were subtracted out of each total.
  • A similar irregularity occurred in Florida where Biden got an increase of 17,000 votes at the same time that Trump lost 12,000 votes.
Why is this all too strange and so suspicious? Because those posted vote totals should have been simply votes that already had been counted. If they had already been counted, then legal, legitimate vote totals should NEVER decrease, they have already been counted.

These are the next 9 (of 100) instances of voting fraud so far that have been alleged and reported that we have included in this summary set of posts. Again, some may not be true. But it is highly unlikely that all of them are empty, sour grapes of the losing side. The corruption is too wide, too consistent, too focused, and too overwhelming, as previous posts have shown. 

And if true, many bad people have corrupted and damaged a fundamental right of freedom, the ability to have their vote counted and counted equally with other legally cast votes. Anything short of this high standard is wrong, dangerous, and treasonous. More to come.

Note: So far we have discussed only 100 instances of shaky voting procedures and. As we discussed previously, we are sitting on close to 200 cases of alleged and probably fraud, we just have not gotten to these other instances yet.
