May, 2018, Part 6, Political Class Insanity: Democrats Want To Raise Taxes and Lower our Border Defenses and More

It is another month which means it is again time to review the latest political class insanity from Washington and around the world. Political class insanity takes many forms including the wasting of taxpayer wealth, criminal fraud within government programs, inane and stupid political quotes and actions, the inability to create and implement effective and efficient government programs, stupid and ill performing economic policies and strategies, and other forms of insanity that continue to evolve and surprise and shock us.

Let's get started:

1) Even though we have written about the insanity, the idiocy, the incompetence, and stupidity of the American political class for years, we are always being shocked about how insane most American politicians really are. The latest atrocity comes from Congressman Keith Ellison:

• Ellison is currently a Congressman from the state of Minnesota. 
• He is also the co-chair of the Democratic National Committee which puts him in a very influential and powerful political position.
• He was recently videotaped in public wearing a t-shirt in public which said: “I don't believe in borders.”
• Yes, a duly elected Washington politician does not think we should have any borders in the world and thus, no border security for this country and its citizens.
• He would allow any drug cartel member, human trafficker, terrorist, or any other criminal element to just waltz into this country without any border, immigration, or law enforcement security.

You cannot get any more insane than this.

2) Let’s stay with border security for this next topic, a topic that shows how utterly stupid and dangerous people like Ellison are from the perspective of the safety of American citizens. According to a recent Breitbart article by Bob Price:

• Border security agents recently announced that they had apprehended two Syrians who had already gotten into this country at the Mexican border.
• Given the chaos and terrorism and terrorists roaming free in Syria, this should be a high cause for alarm for the safety of American citizens.
• This confirms the fear that many of us have that foreign nationals from terrorist infested countries are working with Mexican drug cartels to get into their country for purposes unknown because two Syrians did not get from Syria to Texas without some type of drug cartel involvement.
• According to Border agent Hector Garza: “We don’t know the intentions of the two Syrians we caught sneaking across the border into Texas. What we do know is that if the cartel-connected smugglers can bring people with good intentions across the border, they can also bring people with bad intentions.”
• The Syrians were caught in the same general vicinity where a whopping 230 Bangladeshi nationals were also caught.
• Again, 230 Bangladeshi citizens do not get from Bangladesh to the Texas border without help.
• Garza went on to explain the problem with that area: “We have 170 miles of river border with Mexico. Not one mile of that border has a physical barrier. We are wide open for these drug and human smugglers...They [smugglers]don’t care what happens to the people who they smuggle and they sure don’t care about what happens to a Border Patrol agent who might get in their way. They are in it for the profit they can make today — nothing else.”

And if Congressman Ellison had his way, all of these folks from any country in the world, including those countries actively enmeshed in terrorism, would be welcome into this country, no questions asked. Insanity.

3) We have always wondered whether politicians that make bold faced lies actually believe the lies they tell us or think we are too stupid to recognize their obvious lies. This topic arose again recently in an article from the Eagle Rising website. Senator Elizabeth Warren once claimed that she was part Native American in order to get favorable treatment for a university assignment/job. We all know now that this claim of Native American heritage is not true, it was a lie.

Over time she has denied over and over that she would do such a racist thing since there is no Native American heritage in her family. But through the miracle of a 2012 videotape, the following clip shows her at one time in the past bragging how Native American culture and heritage have been a part of her life since the day she was born:

Was she lying then or lying now or does it really not make any difference since lies are lies regardless of when they happened, a wide spread symptom of most American politicians.

4) The Trump tax cuts have had a wonderful impact on the country:

• Millions of working Americans have gotten one time bonuses in the thousands of dollars as a result of their employers paying less in taxes.
• Over 140 million American taxpayers will pay less in taxes in 2018 and keep more of their own wages.
• Millions of Americans got pay raises as a result of their employers not having to pay the Federal government so much in taxes.
• Companies are bringing jobs back to this country because of lower business tax rates.
• This has resulted in lower and lower unemployment levels.
• Companies are investing their tax savings in their businesses which will help the economy grow even faster.
• Numerous companies have announced they are expanding their employee training and education programs.
• Numerous companies have announced that they are expanding their charitable and community improvement efforts with their tax savings.

No rational person in their right mind could ever think that the tax cuts were not good for the vast majority of Americans. Unless, of course, you are a liberal, Democratic politician like Nancy Pelosi who in the following video proves that she is not in her right mind since she wants to actually RAISE taxes if and when the Democrats ever get their chance:

It is so scary to think that Nancy Pelosi was ever two heart beats away from being President, very scary, And she has just gotten scarier and more out of touch as time has gone by.

That will do it for today: Nancy Pelosi is still unglued from reality, Elizabeth Warren is a proven non-Native American liar, wild times at the border, and a Minnesota Congressman who is also unglued, thinking that allowing ANYONE into this country is a great idea. More insanity to follow.
