November, 2020, Part 4, Political Class Insanity: Elizabeth Warren's Inane Priorities, Gavin Newsom's Inane Hypocrisy and Finally, Someone In Washington Is Worried About Freedom

It is the beginning of another month which means it is time again to review the latest political class insanity from the American political class. Each month it takes us multiple posts to cover the wasteful spending, incompetent government organizations and employees, government programs that usually make a problem worse than resolving it, inane and idiotic politician comments, etc.

To review past posts on this insanity and idiocy, just click on the first few posts in each month listed to the right of this page. After reviewing just a handful of these insanity posts we think you will agree that we are currently being served by the worst set of American politicians ever to hold office in our entire history.

1) The just plain, downright stupidity of American politicians as always boggles my mind:

Hank Johnson, a Georgia Congressman, once during a public Congressional hearing, insisted that the island of Guam could literally tip over if too many armed forces resources were placed on the island.
Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee astounded us with her insistence that the Constitution was over 400 years old, that South Vietnam and North Vietnam still existed with North Vietnam controlling South Vietnam, and that her Congressional district was 50 feet below sea level (it isn’t).
New York Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez astounded us so many times with her ignorance with some of her better points ignorance were: not knowing the simple, basic definition of what the unemployment rate despite having a business degree background, claiming that the three branches of government were the Presidency, the House of Representatives, and the Senate, and not knowing the difference between a tax credit and a tax cut, (again, despite having a college degree in business) which ended up costing her Congressional a once in a lifetime economic boom when she scared off Amazon from putting an incredibly lucrative part of their business in her district. (Note: in the past two years she has probably been the most prolific member of Congress to say and believe inane stuff, put her name in the search box above for more hilarity and ignorance from her.)

But quite possibly the most inane words, and the most dangerous from a free country perspective, were recently spoken by Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren:

She wants Biden to issue as many executive orders as possible to get her radical left wing agenda put into play in this country.
She wants to have all student loans cancelled.
She wants to eliminate the patent process for companies and inventors that invest their resources to develop new products and services.
She wants to raise the minimum wage for all federal contractors to $15 an hour.
She wants to create a “Racial and Ethnic Disparities Task Force” to “review racial disparities in pandemic funding.”
Declare the the climate crisis a national emergency

So stupid, so many problems with these inane ideas:

Executive order governing - Basically she wants Biden to act as much as a dictator as possible, bypassing Congress and squashing the concept of the First Amendment for every citizen and the power of their vote for representation on national matters.
Forgive student loans - the problem of those with large student loans is not a problem that the rest of us should have to solve with a free pass of government and taxpayer dollars. What would she say to kids who did the right thing by working multiple jobs after getting out of college to pay off their loans? What would she say to poor and middle class families who scraped and suffered to get their kids through college without massive student loans after graduation? Given many of the kids who have large student loans went to elite colleges to begin with and thus, many likely came from wealthier families, let their families pay off the kids’ loans, not the taxpayer.
Eliminate the patent process - This would essentially mean nothing new would be invented since why would a company or individual pour resources, time, and money into inventing something new just to have it become the property of the rest of the world at the end of the invention process? Think back say thirty years ago if this patent process/insanity had been eliminated then - it is doubtful you would have an iPhone in your pocket, television quality would be nowhere as good or inexpensive as it is today, you might be dead since medical advances would have ground to a halt decades ago without patent protection. Life is so much better now because inventors and smart people took the risks, paid the price and were thus entitled to the fruits of their work. Warren would kill off all of that.
Minimum wage of $15 for all Federal contractors - this idea would affect how many Federal workers, 2, 22, 102? Such a nit of an issue when there are so many more issues that affect tens of millions of Americans, she would waste time and resources on this idiocy.
Racial task force on the pandemic - Is this even an issue? I would be that it does not crack the top 100 issues facing Americans if Americans put a list together. Focus on alleviating the pandemic effects for ALL Americans.
Climate change - we have discussed so, so many times why this is just nonsense.

Rule by dictating, destroying the ability to create new products and services, pamper those with student loans who made bad decisions or are too lazy to pay off their debts, and focusing on minor issues. Insanity and idiocy rolled into one package.

2) There is no doubt that covid was and is a major issue facing the country. It required major steps to get the pandemic under control from a medical servicing perspective including the shutdown of parts of the economy to dull the spread.

But all of this comes with a price and that price is the reduction in freedom. The very real concern is that once politicians know they can shut down selective parts of the economy and life, having done it once, are they more likely to do it again for other issues that do not merit such drastic actions, that we are now on the very slippery slope where governors and mayors can rule by their own views, using any issue they want to bypass freedom and elective offices.

Finally, someone in the Washington establishment is highlighting the danger and potential loss of freedom we face:

Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito recently said the coronavirus pandemic has “resulted in previously unimaginable restrictions on individual liberty.”
He also warned that “religious liberty” is “in danger of becoming a second class right.”
In a virtual speech he recently gave a conference he warned that we must be diligent in restoring freedom as much as possible after the pandemic is over especially as it relates to freedom of religion.
Specifically, “Nevada was unable to provide any justification for treating casinos more favorably than other houses of worship,” he said, referring to a recent Supreme Court case in which the court rejected a request by a church to block state restrictions that subjected houses of worship to a 50-person limit, while allowing casinos to operate at 50 percent of their fire-code capacities.“Religious liberty is in danger of becoming a second-class right.”
And: “In certain quarters religious liberty has fast become a disfavored right. For many today, religious liberty is not a cherished freedom. It’s often just an excuse for bigotry and it can’t be tolerated even when there’s no evidence that anybody has been harmed.”

Wise words from a very smart man. Freedom is not a given and we need to always be vigilant in protecting our rights of free speech, freedom of religion, freedom to gather, etc., especially when politicians are in the process of restricting all of those rights under cover of a health crisis.

3) Speaking of freedom, we have talked any number of times of how current politicians had no problem severely restricting the life activities of their voters just to ignore their own pandemic decrees that caused such hardship with everyone but themselves, the old “do as I say. not as I do” complex:

The mayor of Chicago shut down all of the hair salons in the city, preventing her constituents from getting their hair done, but forced her hair salon to open so she could get her hair cut.
The mayor of Beaumont, Texas, did the same thing in her city but forced her favorite nail salon to open to get her nails done, something she denied to her voters.
The mayor of New York shut down all of the city parks and gyms to prevent the spread of the virus but forced his gym to open only for himself to get a workout and walked through closed parks for a stroll, all of which he denied to his residents.
The governor’s husband in Michigan tried to get his boat out of storage and on the water for a Memorial Day boating day despite his wife having shut down all boating activities in the whole state.
The Illinois governor shut down all travel out of and into Illinois but allowed his wife and family to travel to Florida.
The Philadelphia mayor shut down all indoor dining at city restaurants but took a trip to Maryland so that he could have an indoor meal.
The governor of California kept county public schools shut down in the county where he lives even though the expensive, ritzy private school where his kids attend was allowed to reopen for face to face learning.

You get the idea, the politicians in this country treat themselves while others suffer, where their own edicts are not mandatory for their behavior, merely suggestions that they can ignore at their whim.

The latest such behavior comes from California:

Gavin Newsom is the governor of California.
He has placed some of the most draconian lock down restrictions on state residents.
And yet, according to a local NBC News report: “For months, Gov. Gavin Newsom has pleaded with Californians to resist the temptation to socialize with friends and relatives outside their household. Turns out, he's the one who couldn't resist. Newsom acknowledged Friday he attended a birthday party with a dozen friends on Nov. 6 at the posh French Laundry restaurant in wine country north of San Francisco.”
This is one of the most expensive dining places anywhere, with the menu including a $350 per person wine tasting option, i.e. this is a dining option for only the very rich.
Newsom’s public gathering restrictions include “ If people must visit others, they should meet outside, include no more than three households, wear masks, stay socially distant and limit their interaction to two hours.”
It appears that Newsom violated at least some of these tenets, tenets he has imposed on every other citizen of California.
AFTER he got caught he had this weak apology: “While our family followed the restaurant’s health protocols and took safety precautions, we should have modeled better behavior and not joined the dinner.”

“Should have modeled better behavior.” Seriously, given what the governor has been harping on for months about preventing the spread of the virus, he did not think straight about what he was doing by attending this birthday party, especially since he has forced others to cancel birthday parties, funerals, family reunions, etc?

He obviously should have known better which means he really didn’t care, he is above the very same edicts that he imposes. Incredible hypocrisy.

That will do it for today: more of the same “do as I say, not as I do” hypocrisy from the American political class, at least one member of the Washington establishment is worried about us losing our freedom and a Senator wants to take that freedom away while focusing on extremely trivial matters. Insane.

November, 2020, Part 3, Political Class Insanity: Still Stupid In Minneapolis, Cities and States Still Going Bankrupt and Still Massive Wasteful Spending in Afghanistan

1) After the tragic death of George Floyd in Minneapolis earlier this year at the hands of some rogue police officers, the city and the country erupted in violence and riots. As a result of the incident, many liberal cities, including Minneapolis, called for “defunding the police,” i.e. reducing the funds available for police work and shifting it to a nebulous concept that involves community something or other.

Which is all well and good if you know where you want to go on a strategic basis. But the folks in Minneapolis on the city council and mayor just started slashing police resources and bad mouthing and disrespecting the overwhelming majority of police officers that do a very difficult job very well everyday under always dangerous circumstances without having a replacement plan in place.

As a result of this insanity to rush to an undefined future while screwing up the present, a lot of bad things happened:

Police officers either retired or just quit, not wanting to be the butt of harassment and disrespect at the hands of city politicians who have no clue.
The ever growing number of veteran officers who have left the force. combined with the budget reductions which handicapped the police to actually do their job, led to violent crime spiking up in the city.
This has caused both businesses and residents to strongly consider or who have already acted in getting out of the city, taking their tax revenue and jobs with them.
The volume of violent criminal acts in the city has skyrocketed over the past few months.
The chief of police essentially told these businesses that they were on their own from a crime perspective, that he could not guarantee their safety in the event of a criminal act being done to them or their business.
Things got so bad that city council members, the very people who screwed everything up, decided to use taxpayer funds to hire private security guards to protect themselves from the ever rising level of crime, something not available to regular, taxpayer citizens.

What a mess. But the reality has started to set in, slowly, but setting in given the recent events in the city:

The city police force has been so decimated that the chief had to ask the local politicians for funding to bring in outside police personnel to help fight the ever rising crime rate.
That was the message that chief Medaria Arrandondo brought to the town council recently.
He asked for an additional $500,000 to combat the rising crime rate: so far in 2020, 74 city residents have been killed and about 500 have been wounded in the city, the highest level in 15 years.
Which is not surprising since the police force has 143 fewer police officers on payroll since January and another 845 are on some sort of sickness leave, including many who say they have PTSD from the job stress over the past six months.
According to the chief, “Resources are hemorrhaging. I’m trying to do all I can to stop that bleeding.”
He wants to bring in 20 to 40 police officers from a local county sheriff’s office.

So a voice of reason in a sea of stupidity in Minneapolis. Crime is up, police resources are down, the chief wants some more resources, pretty straightforward formula. And yet, there are still some idiots on the council who are opposed to the move but have no plan to do something better than what the chief is proposing.

For example, Council Member Steve Fletcher voted against the additional funding with the following flawed reasoning: “So, we're going to take a thing that has not been working very well and has not been addressing carjackings, has not been addressing the rise in violent crime ... and say if we just do 5% more of it, that will get us to a better place. I'm struggling to get my head around why that is a good idea.”

He cannot get his head around this idea and yet proposed no idea of his own to fight the dangerous rise in crime. Arradondo countered this insanity by stating the obvious: “We can go back and forth on the $185 million but that is not stopping the bloodshed that is occurring every day in our city. If you choose to say no to these victims of crime, then please stand by that.”

Pompous politicians that have private security guards but refuse and fail to protect the lives of city residents and businesses, a basic function of government.

2) We have often and recently discussed the declining fortunes of many American cities and states. Places Like Chicago and New York City, Illinois and New York, and other places are already in a financial death spiral: current budget shortfalls, outrageously high unfunded financial liabilities, rising crime rates driving out residents and businesses, taking their tax revenue and jobs with them, etc.

In fact, we have placed our bets on Chicago (followed by New York City) and Illinois (followed by New York) as being the first city and first state to go bankrupt. Cato has some other data that verifies our own analysis:

Of the 25 highest tax states, 24 of them have had net out-migration of residents in 2016, a trend that our data and analysis shows is still basically a true statement.
Of the 25 lowest tax states, 17 had a net in-migration.
The largest out-migration state in 2016 was New York with Florida having the largest in-migration, which is not surprising given the very high taxes in New York and the lack of a state income tax in Florida.
Cato's conclusion was that the high tax states should downsize their bureaucratic state governments, cut taxes, cut spending, and reduce regulations, all of which would increase personal freedom and make their states and cities more desirable.

But given that Illinois politicians recently tried and failed to increase the top state income tax rate, it appears that they still do not understand the concept of economic freedom or any kind of freedom.

3) We have too often talked about the incredible amount of fraud and wasteful spending in Afghanistan since 2001, it has been a total disgrace and insult to the American taxpayer. Unfortunately, a recent Federal government audit report found that the fraud STILL continues:

A whopping $19 billion of taxpayer wealth which was supposed to rebuild Afghanistan has been lost to fraud, wasteful spending, and abuse in just the past ten years.
The audit found that an amazing 90% of the spending cases that were audited found that the budget was spent “carelessly, extravagantly, or to no purpose.”
And the $19 billion came from only about half of the budget items that were in the Afghanistan budget.
Disgraces included losing almost $500 million in oil that was supposed to go to the Afghan National Army, a $335 million power plant that is rarely used, tens of millions of dollars spent on failed drug addiction programs, and $18.5 million for a prison that was never used.
The inspector general says that the Federal government doesn't know where, when and what impact, if any, the spending has had.
Other failures included books purchased for an education program that were never used, a sports stadium that was built but never used because of many problems, and a $5.2 million border patrol building that was also not used.
The audit found that “Endemic corruption, widespread insecurity, and a lack of accountability over on-budget assistance continue to make any investments made in Afghanistan vulnerable to waste, fraud and abuse and may threaten the peace process as well as the perceived legitimacy and effectiveness of the Afghan government.”

Unbelievable, what an insult to the American taxpayer. To give you an idea of what could have theoretically been better uses of the wasted 19 billion, consider the following possibilities:

We have previously discussed the reality that on average it costs about $2.94 to provide a nutritious meal to a homeless American.
Thus, $19 billion could provide 6.5 BILLION meals to homeless Americans.
This comes out to 11,671 meals per homeless American or 10.8 years worth of three meals a day per homeless individual, unbelievable.
On average it costs $6,522 to provide annual resources to treat a drug addicted individual.
Thus, that $19 billion could have treated almost 300,000 American drug addicts for ten years.

You get the idea, $19 billion could have been so much better spent on real Americans with real problems as opposed to making criminals and fraudsters rich halfway around the world.

Enough insanity for today: $19 billion wasted in Afghanistan, cities and states going bankrupt, and Minneapolis politicians still clueless and lost, endangering the lives and property of its citizens and businesses.

Election 2020, Part 3: The First Invalid Presidential Election In Our History?

I have been voting for decades and have voted in every national election over that time. I have never voted for a Republican for President and thus, I did not vote for Donald Trump either time.

Thus, I think I can say without much bias that this just completed Presidential election is shaping up to be a disgrace to democracy given the highly likely it was corrupted, manipulated, and outright fixed by so many people and entities across the country. Ballots were lost,ballots were found in garbage cans, computers were hacked, computers inadvertently moved votes from one candidate to another, ballots showed up in polling places with no chain of command security protocols followed. Politicians announced results days before the voting took place.

I am sure some of the potential incidents of voter fraud and cheating were incorrect. But I am sitting on almost 200 news reports of, call them, “voting irregularities,” enough to convince me that this was the most dishonest, poorly handled, and obscene election that abuses the First Amendment rights and “one person, one vote” tenet that is basic to our democracy.

Over the next few days I will be pulling out a lot of those 200 news reports and briefly discussing what allegedly happened. I can not say all of these news reports are true and I cannot say all of these news reports are false.

But when people are arrested, when people admit on video that they cheated, when there are videos made of people delivering box loads of videos in the middle of the night, I think the evidence is pretty clear that the corruption in this election was real and widespread.

I am not to drawing any conclusions but consider the following reality: the voting locales where most of the corruption occurred was almost ALL in Democratic party controlled areas: Democratically controlled cities, Democratically controlled counties, and Democratically controlled states and happened only in states that were considered “swing state” in the election, in other words, the states that could go either way and a nudge here or a nudge there , from a voting corruption perspective could make all the difference.

Each of these incidents are sourced by the organization that reported the voting fraud. I am not going to do a deep dive into each story but by providing the source, you can follow up and decide for yourself whether or not the voting fraud and corruption allegation is legit.

41) GOP Times - It appears that thousands of Virginia ballots got MISPLACED on election day. In Henrico County, almost 15,000 absentee ballots mysteriously disappeared.

The Virginia Public Access Project posted on its social media accounts that the votes in question were saved on a computer memory stick and somehow got mislabeled as “provisional ballots.” As a result, over 14,000 voters choices were not counted on election day in the state. One of the in state races was determined by a margin of only 5,134 votes, meaning that those 14,000+ ballots could have made a difference in the final vote tally.

But the county ineptness is not over since days and days after the election they confirmed that there are still 7,000 mail in ballots that have not been counted. Thus, there are over 21,000 uncounted votes that could swing that victory margin of 5,134 in any direction.

Two concerns here: why in the world are ballots being stored on an unsecured memory stick and why did an outside agency have to find the problem, not the county voting organization?

42) Federalist - Sean Davis from the Federalist tweeted: “So while everyone was asleep and after everyone went home, Democrats in Michigan magically found a trove of 138,339 votes, and all 138,339 of those “votes” magically went to Biden? That doesn’t look suspicious at all.”

43) Previous post - We have already talked about the strange going on in Detroit early the morning when ballots were secretly delivered to the ballot counting area. The woman who filmed those shenanigans has described what she saw, namely a white van, a Chrysler 300 and a Ferrari dropped off bundles of what are assumed to be ballots at around 4:00 in the morning. She then described what happened inside: “As they started counting the ballots, she was astonished that every single ballot, literally 100 percent of 130,000 ballots, were all Biden ballots that hadn’t been delivered to the precinct before the cut off time. We literally have people that watched it happen. We have poll challengers that have been barred from being able to go into this room to challenge ballots. We’ve had GOP members removed from the room.”

44) Life and Liberty - Project Veritas has released a third video recording. A postal carrier in Erie, Pennsylvania has said he overheard a conversation where his postmaster told his employees to backdate newly received ballots to make them legal: “This morning I was casing my route, and I saw the postmaster pull one of our supervisors to the side and as he was – and it was really close to where my new case was so I was able to hear, listen in and I heard him say to the supervisor that they messed up yesterday.” And he told the supervisor they had postmarked one of the ballots the 4th instead of the 3rd, because they were supposed to put them for the 3rd. All these ballots that are coming in today, tomorrow, yesterday, are all supposed to be postmarked the 3rd,” the carrier explained.

The whistleblower said that the order to backdate ballots that are currently received “still stands.” He knows that to be true “considering that they still want us to pick up ballots tomorrow.”

The third video comes less than 24 hours after Project Veritas released a video of a United States Postal Service worker in Traverse City, Michigan, coming forward to expose their supervisor, Johnathan Clarke, potentially engaging in voter fraud. The second video released Thursday afternoon allegedly shows a USPS worker in Las Vegas, Nevada, talking about handing over a “handful” of ballots to an undercover journalist. The blank ballots were collected because they were allegedly sent to the wrong address.

45) Life and Liberty - In the middle of the ballot counting process in Pennsylvania, Democratic politicians involved in the voting process have been secretly communicating with the Biden campaign: “According to Politico’s Josh Bresnahan, these Democrat officials have told the Biden campaign that they believe the presidential hopeful will win the state by anywhere from 100,000 to 200,000 votes after all the counting is completed.”

A little conflict of interest in the MIDDLE of vote counting?!

46) Just a reminder, three days before the election, Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro publicly proclaimed that “if all the votes are added up in PA, Trump is going to lose.” This from someone who is in charge of the state’s voting machinery, another blatant conflict of interest.

Not to be confused with another of his conflicts of interest when he encouraged voters to contact the Democratic party if they had voting questions and not a nonpartisan source of information. So corrupt.

47) Apparently, the corruption is not confined to so-called “swing states” like Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, as another Project Veritas video explains and uncovers:

The video secretly interviews a "Republican" woman admitting that politicians pay her to rig the elections.
She says that she makes between $5-$8 per vote and that number can be very high if they need a lot of votes.
“My people are undercover because some of them are Republicans. Some of them are Democrats. Some of them are just wanting to get the right people in office, so some of the Republicans are precinct chairs that cannot be known because they could get kicked out, but they want to help Biden--and so that's how they're helping me.”
The woman, Raquel Rodriguez, went on to say: “So, those three judges that you’re talking about, and that's her name? Renee Yanta, Nicole Garza, right? They're paying me $3,500. Me, $3,500 to make sure that their name is on the ballot. Renee Yanta, she's running for [judge], so the thing is, I'm going to have people like that with me, like in my pocket, you know what I'm saying?”

Fortunately, Project Veritas has exposed this criminal and apparently the attorney general is now working a case on her:

48)American Truth Today - Another whistleblower in Nevada has come forward with accusations that poll workers processed illegal ballots and non-poll workers formed a “human wall” near a Biden/Harris campaign van to block the view of people filling out what could have been bogus ballots. The poll worker has filed an official affidavit with his claims and was an official poll worker.

According to the affidavit, “a team leader and two assistants told poll workers to advise those who wanted to register to vote but did not have the proper ID to make an appointment with DMV. They were then told that they could bring in proof of their appointment confirmation — which the whistleblower described as “either a paper copy or show icon [on] their phone to us” — and be registered based on that confirmation alone. They were then permitted to vote with a provisional ballot, even though their appointments were not until January of 2021. We were told this was being allowed all over the Valley, at all polling places.”

The whistleblower also alleges that the Biden/Harris van mentioned above was illegally parked within 100 feet of the polling center and handing out food, drink, and Biden materials. Included in those materials were unopened ballots that Biden people were handing out and having people open and fill out.

And worse yet:“I regularly saw people walking in with multiple ballots. We were not allowed to talk to the monitors or observers. We were not supposed to say anything ever to the observers.”

49) The National Pulse - The voting system used in the Michigan county that falsely shifted 6,000 Trump votes to Biden, and which is used across the country, was rejected by the Texas Secretary of State in previous years because of a “plethora of issues which led it to fail basic tests for reliability and accuracy:” “Computer systems should be designed to prevent or detect human error whenever possible and minimize the consequences of both human mistakes and equipment failure. Instead the Democracy Suite 5.5-A is fragile and error prone. In my opinion it should not be certified for use in Texas.”

In addition to the system being difficult to install, involving over 180 steps (making it complex, error prone and tedious), the Texas analysis documented a host of red flags: “During our voting test, we discovered that some party names and proposition text were not displayed, and one scanner was not accepting some ballots.”

Great, a system that was so bad one state rejected using it out of hand and yet it somehow found its way into hundreds of counties around the country.

50)Political Integrity Forum - The Philadelphia Republican party believes that hundreds of dead people voted in the state of Pennsylvania:

They alleged that the state’s voting website proves that at least 840 dead people voted in the election.
This allegation should be view in light of the fact that the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) has found that at least 21,000 dead people were on Pennsylvania voter rolls prior to the election: “Pennsylvania still left the names of more than 21,000 dead individuals on the voter rolls less than a month before one of the most consequential general elections for federal officeholders in many years.” their lawsuit continues.
The PILF contends that they found about 350,000 dead people on voter rolls in 41 states and also a significant number of double voters.
More than half of these bogus “voters” are in New York, California, Texas, Michigan, and Florida: “For more than a year, Government Accountability Institute (GAI) research director Eric Eggers warned that the nation’s electoral process could be subject to mass voter fraud due to lax guidelines with mail-in ballots and unclean voter rolls.”
A 2012 Pew Research Center study revealed that 24 million ineligible or inaccurate voter registrations are on state voter rolls. This means one in eight voter registrations were either never valid or are no longer valid.

What a mess and threat to democracy.

51) GOP Times - A Michigan resident, Kiel Fauxton, claims that:

He works for Wayne, County and he claims on his Facebook page that he threw out every Trump ballot he came across while working the election.
That he and other poll workers threw out tens of thousands of Trump ballots: “I work for Wayne Co, MI and I threw out every Trump ballot I saw. Tens of thousands of them and so did all of my co-workers.”
When people responded to his Facebook page that this was serious fraud, he claimed he was a Democratic Party employee and a Marxist.

But when his claims started getting circulated around the Internet, all of a sudden he claimed it was a joke and pleaded with at least one website to pull down its story on his claims. Now, he could just be an idiot who wants attention. However, it would be nice if the Wayne County voting officials issued a statement saying that he was indeed NOT a poll worker or ballot counter. Otherwise, the perception of what he says eventually becomes reality. This is especially important given the many screw ups in voting procedures we have already discussed in Wayne County.

52) Patriot Power Line - Even the Washington Post, an ultra liberal, left leaning, Trump hating newspaper eventually admitted what a mess the whole election process was: “The Post ran a piece where the headline tells the tale pretty succinctly: “USPS processed 150,000 ballots after Election Day, jeopardizing thousands of votes.” Yes, it turns out the United States Postal Service — one of the potential bottlenecks this electoral season — hadn’t been able to process many of those mail-in ballots in time, despite the fact courts had ordered them to prioritize votes.”

54) Right Wing News Hour - The Trump-appointed Chair of the Federal Election Commission (FEC), Trey Trainor, believes voter fraud is occurring in states that are still counting ballots because:

Some voting locations have denied legally required access to ballot counting.
Based on his observations of voting processes around the country: “I do believe that there is voter fraud taking place in these places. Otherwise they would allow the observers to go in.”
Specifically: Trainor stated that “[ballot watchers] have not been allowed into the polling locations in a meaningful way, ” i.e. they have been allowed to view the ballot counting process in a meaningful way.
“Our whole political system is based upon transparency to avoid the appearance of corruption,” Trainor said, also mentioning that Pennsylvania and other states are not conducting the ballot counting process in a transparent manner. “State law allows those observers to be in there,” the FEC Chair said, adding that if the law is not being followed at these locations, then the election is “illegitimate.”

As a Trump appointee, a Democrat could choose to ignore what they consider his partisan view and that is fine. But if what he says is true, there is ample proof that ballot watchers were banned, pushed far away from the process, or windows were boarded up to prevent observation. Whether one believes that these are corrupt voting procedures like the FEC believes is obviously a personal decision.

55) American Freedom Fighters - Robert Cushman worked as a poll watcher during the election and he has speed forward and signed an affidavit alleging massive voting fraud in, where else, Wayne County, Michigan:

He was working in an area where hundreds of thousands of absentee ballots were tabulated.
He maintains that thousands of mail-in ballots of people who were not on any form of legal voting rolls were actually counted as legal voters.
His affidavit is attached to a voter fraud lawsuit that has been filed by the Great Lakes Justice Center.
Cushman alleges that he was told that military ballots would be counted last but after the military ballots were finished, he “was surprised to see numerous new boxes of ballots arrive” on the evening of Nov. 4,” the night after the election.
Poll workers were “supposed to check the names on mail-in ballot packages against the electronic poll book. If the name didn’t come up, they were supposed to check for the name in the supplemental sheets, where, Cushman understood, there were voters who had registered in the prior few days. Yet the names on the new ballot packages were neither in the poll book nor on the sheets, he said. The operators were simply adding the names and addresses to the poll book with made-up birth dates, such as 1-1-1900.”
That would mean, if he is being truthful and accurate, thousands of Michigan voters who were all 120 years old had their “ballots” counted.

Again, what a mess.

56) American Actions News - Here is some video testimony from poll workers who witnesses corrupted voting actions on election day with one of them stating that he was a Democrat:

These are the next 16 (out of 56 total) instances of voting fraud that have been alleged and reported. Again, some may not be true. But it is highly unlikely that all of them are not empty, sour grapes of the losing side. The corruption is too wide, too consistent, too focused, and too overwhelming, as these three posts have shown.

Keep in mind that credible polls over the past week show that about three quarters of Republicans believe that the voting was corrupted while only 7% of Democrats believe it. Also, Trump’s approval rating has gone up three points over the past week to 52% approving of the job he's doing, a point higher than Obama’s approval rating at the same time in his Presidency. Bottom line: we are a bitterly divided country so the integrity of the voting system is critical to the basic functioning and civility of the citizenry and government operations.

If these serious allegations are mostly true and significantly affected the choices that Americans made, regardless of what side you are on, many bad people have corrupted and damaged a fundamental right of freedom, the ability to have their vote counted and counted equally with other legally cast votes. Anything short of this high standard is wrong, dangerous, and treasonous.

Final note: I could have gone on with more and more voting improprieties but at this time it is too depressing, repeating seemingly endless and possible valid instances of voting fraud across the country. With our next post we will go back to good, old fashioned political ineptness, fraud, wasting of taxpayer dollars, etc. and take a break from this endangering of democracy.

Election 2020, Part 2: The First Invalid Presidential Election In Our History?

I have voted in every Presidential election for a lot of decades. I have never voted for a Republican for President and thus, I did not vote for Donald Trump either time.

I am sure some of the potential incidents of voter fraud and cheating were incorrect. But I am sitting on almost 200 news reports of, call them, “voting irregularities,” enough to convince me that this was the most dishonest, poorly handled, and obscene election that abuses the First Amendment rights and “one person, one vote” tenet that is basic to our democracy.

I am not to drawing any conclusions but consider the following reality: the voting locales where most of the corruption occurred was almost ALL in Democratic party controlled areas: Democratically controlled cities, Democratically controlled counties, and Democratically controlled states and happened only in states that were considered “swing state” in the election, in other words, the states that could go either way and a nudge here or a nudge there , from a voting corruption perspective could make all the difference.

21) Judicial Watch - Government Watchdog, Judicial Watch, has been suing states for years for shoddy voter bookkeeping, given the following realities:

Their recent research showed 353 U.S, counties had 1.8 million more registered voters than voting age eligible citizens in those counties.
A few years ago they won a lawsuit that forced Los Angeles county to begin cleaning up their voter rolls since they had a whopping 1.6 million more registered voters than citizens.
They have also launched or won lawsuits against Kentucky, Ohio, and Illinois for bad voter record keeping.
In this just completed election, they found that a Nevada county, a single county, still had 154,000 inactive voters on their rolls.

The potential for fraud is amazing, given how many false voters can still vote.

22) Freedom Headlines - An official ballot count watcher in the Detroit area witnessed and videoed mystery ballots being delivered at 4:00 am to an unsecured vote counting facility in Detroit:

23) American Liberty Report - Trump had a very large lead in Virginia for hours and hours, looking to win a state he lost back in 2016 when a “stack of votes” showed up late at night and all of a sudden, he lost the state.

24) American Truth Today - TV station WISN in Wisconsin is reporting on witness reports that poll workers in Wisconsin illegally filled out witness information on thousands of invalid mail ballots in the state. In Wisconsin, a mail-in ballot has to be signed by a witness who must list their address or under state law the ballot is invalid.

According to the report, the Wisconsin Elections Commission told poll workers to “add a missing witness address” to ballots lacking one, a violation of voting laws. Further, some poll workers went ahead and signed ballots that were even missing the witness signature: “Wisconsin Statute 6.86 provides that an absentee ballot must be signed by a witness, who is also required to list his or her address. If a witness address is not listed, then the ballot is considered invalid and must be returned to the voter to have the witness correct.”

According to retired state Supreme Court Justice and current poll worker Michael Gableman: “If an absentee ballot does not have a witness address on it, it’s not valid. That ballot is not valid. In defiance of and direct contradiction to the statute, the Wisconsin Elections Commission gave guidance–that is, cover–to all 72 county clerks and turned the statute on its head. They said, ‘Gee, we know the law says an absentee ballot without the witness address is not valid, but county clerk, you have a duty to go ahead and look up on your own the witness’ address if there’s no address on the absentee ballot.”

According to the report, the WEC informed voters that “your witness must sign and provide their full address (street number, street name, city) in the Certification of Witness section,” adding “if any of the required information above is missing, your ballot will not be counted.”

26) American Truth Today -Yesterday we talked about the disaster in Michigan where a “software glitch” mistakenly took 6,000 Trump votes and assigned them to Biden. Well, that same software was used in Georgia where both the Presidential results and a critical Senate vote are neck and neck. I wonder if anyone will check if a similar “software glitch” happened there?

I say that because two county voting computers that use the same software crashed on election day. Voting was stopped after the vendor uploaded a software change “the night before the election.” According to Marcia Ridley, an elections supervisor in one of the countries: “That is something that they don’t ever do. I’ve never seen them update anything the day before the election” She went on to say that she was not told what the upload contained or why it was being done. Really? Software is being changed inside of 24 hours of voting? Gross incompetence or fraud?

26) GOP Times - Former Illinois governor, Rod Blagojevich, believes that Democrats stole election votes across the country and given the rampant and well known electron shenanigans that have gone on in Illinois for decades, he can be considered an expert on such vote stealing.

One reason he may feel that way is because a so-called professional election cheater has come forward to describe how easy it is. Methods include steaming open mail in ballots and replacing them and going through nursing homes which he considers a “gold mine” for fraud.

The source of this info is anonymous since he allegedly does not want to be put out of the vote cheating business but has come forward because he hates Biden and supports Bernie Sanders. Thus, take his story with a grain of salt, given the anonymity. But he claims that not only does he steal votes but he has crews of vote stealers that steal votes in every election.

The New York Post also interviewed this guy who claims that no election in New Jersey at any level of government is not corrupted and that he has been doing this for decades. He also claims that Post Office employees are critical members of his voter fraud team.

27) Steadfast Clash - We have already reported on the alleged vote buying of Congresswoman Omar up in Minnesota. Now a video has turned up where at least one person, Osman Ali Dahquane, admits that he sold his vote for hundreds of dollars to the Congresswoman's campaign. He went on to say: “We don’t mind illegal. If this continues this direction, many people will go to prison, or no one will vote in the city of Minneapolis. It is very, very corrupt. We are in trouble if they come after us. We are in big trouble if they come after us."

28) Real Conservatives Unite - Historically and, according to Pew Research especially for this election, voters rarely split their vote, i.e. voting for a mix of Democrats and Republicans. Given the divisions in the country today, I would assume that tenet is very strong with today’s voters.

But something weird happened this past week:

So far in Michigan, Trump has only about 7,000 more votes than the Republican running for the Senate in the state, John James, which means that they are about even and consistent with history, given that millions of votes were cast.
But Biden has more than 69,000 more votes than the Democrat running for the Senate in the state, Gary Peters.
In Georgia, the difference between Trump and the Republican Senate candidate is just over 800 votes while the difference between Biden and the Georgia Democrat running for the Senate is a whopping 95,000 votes.

Certainly not what history would tell us.

29) Real Conservatives Unite - As many as 6,000 illegal votes may have been identified in Nevada:

Trump lawyers have sent a letter to the Clark County District Attorney alleging voter fraud by people who were not residents of Clark County.
Specifically: “Indeed, we have initially identified 2,062 voters who moved from Nevada before the election but still cast ballots in this election. We have verified this by cross-referencing the list of general election voters with publicly available change of address records."
Furthermore: “For instance, demographic experts agree that the National Change of Address database only captures about one-third of relocations. Consequently, this number will likely grow by 6,000 voters, at minimum."

Given there are 16 counties in Nevada, if this same ineptness in the voting process exists in the whole state, then simple extrapolation puts the number of invalid votes at just under 100,00 votes.

30) Real Conservatives Unite - As a follow up to point 21) above, there is additional data and video footage of the early, early morning ballot drop Detroit:

The ballot count watcher reported to the Gateway Pundit website that she witnessed multiple ballot deliveries and views it as “major fraud on a major scale.”
Kellye SoRelle, is a Texas lawyer and member of the “Lawyers for Trump” organization.
She videoed several vehicles pulling up and unloading coolers and suitcases into wagons via Facebook live.
These wagons were then rolled into the secure area where vote counting was being done.
The vehicles involved included a white Chrysler van and a Ferrari.

31) Tediumedia - In Michigan there were a number of dead people caught voting at the polls:

Seven of those dead people voting are older than the known oldest living alive today.
The seven people were born in 1900, 1901, 1902, and 1850, making that voter the oldest known voter at 170 years old.
But this should not be surprising since Republicans had complained for years that the Democrat in charge of voting in the state continued to send out ballots to known dead people.
For example: William Bradley was born in 1902, he last updated his voter registration in 2002, and cast his FIRST ballot in 2020.
But according to Mr. Bradley’s son, his dad passed away in 1984.

32) Tediumedia - An election clerk in Michigan found that the number of votes counted by the election software did not match the number of votes that were tabulated on so-called printed, tabulator tapes. The results of the county voting were then going to be counted manually.

Oh, by the way, this is the same Michigan county who mistakenly gave Biden 6,000 of Trump’s votes because of another “software glitch.”

33) Right Wing News Hour - The day before the election a Wisconsin judge ordered the election commission to immediately purge 209,000 non eligible voters from the voting rolls. In his order he stated that “time is of the essence.” Whether that purge happened in time is unknown.

34) American Patriot Newsletter - The Republican party in Georgia claims that its vote counting observers were told to leave the vote counting process in Fulton County and that voting counting continued once they were taken away even though the Republican vote watchers were told the counting was done for the day: “Fulton County told our observers last night to go home because they were closing up and then continued to count ballots in secret.”

35) GOP USA - A lawyer who worked as a Republican poll watcher has alleged counting misconduct in Detroit. TCF Center, the location in the city where absentee ballots were counted: “Jessica Connarn, a member of the state bar from Bloomfield Hills, alleges she was told by someone counting absentee ballots in Detroit that workers were “changing the dates the ballots were received. When I approached the poll worker, she stated to me that she was being told to change the date on ballots to reflect that the ballots were received on an earlier date.”

She claims that the poll worker slipped her a note that explained that ballots received on November 4 were backdated to November 2 to make them legal.

37) Big League Politics - “Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger announced that Fulton County electrons officials had discovered an issue “involving reporting from their work on Friday.”

As a result, the state government sent extra personnel to the counting area to address this “issue.” TV staton WXIA News reported that the “issue” may have a significant impact on who wins the state.

38) Western Journalism - This source reported that a Nevada whistleblower claims that elections officials willingly violated the rules for handling mail-in ballots: “A whistleblower has come forward in Clark County saying they witnessed mail ballots being counted without signatures being verified,” the Nevada Republican Party wrote in a Twitter post Saturday.

The whistleblower has reportedly signed an affidavit on what he or she saw and that the accusations and affidavit has been forwarded to the Justice Department. The whistle blower contends that as a poll worker he was told to ignore ballots where the addresses did not match the records.

39) Breitbart - Two vote observers at the troubled TCF Center in Detroit claim that they witnessed poll workers creating new voter files from information listed on submitted ballots. Bob Cushman, a Republican poll challenger, wrote out a sworn affidavit which he said: “The main list of persons who had registered to vote on or before November 1, 2020, was listed on an electronic poll book, often referred to as the QVF. As I understand it, the Supplemental Sheets were the lists of persons who had registered to vote on November 2, 2020 or November 3, 2020. I observed that none of the names on these new ballots were on the QVF or the Supplemental Sheets. I saw the computer operators at several counting boards manually adding the names and addresses of these thousands of ballots to the QVF system. When I asked what the possible justification was to counting ballots from unknown, unverified “persons”, I was told by election supervisors that the Wayne County Clerk’s Office had “checked them out.” I challenged not one ballot, but the entire process as the names were not in the Poll Books or Supplemental Sheets and because the DOB’s were all wrong, all being marked as 01-01-1900. Every ballot was being fraudulently and manually entered into the Electronic Poll Book (QVF), as having been born on January 1, 1900. This ‘last’ batch of ballots was processed in the 8 PM to 10 PM time frame. When I asked about this impossibility of each ballot having the same birthday occurring in 1900, I was told that was the instruction that came down from the Wayne County Clerk’s office.”

40) GOP Times - Back to Michigan: Senate candidate, John James, is calling fraud when it was alleged and witnessed that 35,000 ballots were brought into a voting counting location in the wee hours of the morning, outside of normal vote processing procedures. Thus, he is accusing Michigan voting officials of several serious crimes including impropriety, voter suppression, and election interference. As a result of the mystery delivery of 35,000 ballots, his opponent picked up thousands of votes in the dead of the night.

A lawyer consultant for James claims that there are a “lot of irregularities regarding the election” that he has looked into: “There were all kinds of chicanery, including ballots that came reportedly in the middle of the night at 3:30 am - 35,000 ballots were deceptively brought in. There have been a lot of irregularities and a lack of integrity. They’re not letting challengers, they're not letting them get food or water. When they do, they’re not letting them come back. There are all sorts of disruptions to the process.”

These are the next 20 instances of voting fraud that have been alleged and reported. Again, some may not be true. But it is highly unlikely that all of them are empty, sour grapes of the losing side. The corruption is too wide, too consistent, too focused, and too overwhelming, as subsequent posts will show.

And if true, many bad people have corrupted and damaged a fundamental right of freedom, the ability to have their vote counted and counted equally with other legal cast votes. Anything short of this high standard is wrong, dangerous, and treasonous. More to come.
