December, 2025, Part 1, Political Class Insanity: A Good Bad Hair Day In Pennsylvania, Taking Advice From a Pedophile, More Shootings In Chicago, and More

We have not talked about the ever present list of political  class insanity that the American political class continually causes in our lives. High crime rates, high inflation, government programs infested with criminal  fraud and outright incompetence, etc. Thus, today, let’s catch up with some  of the latest insanity out of Washington, Pennsylvania, and Illinois:

1)There are lots of problems in the country these days:

  • Higher and higher crime rates are endangering Americans every day.

  • Hundreds of thousands of Americans are living out on the streets.

  • Millions of Americans are facing food crises for their families.

  • Millions of Americans are dealing with drug addiction problems.

  • Major social programs, Social Security and  Medicare, are hurtling towards financial  insolvency.

  • Our schools are under educating our kids.

  • Our roads, bridges, and dams need to be fixed.

You get the idea. But what are the good folks in Washington working on and focusing their limited attention spans on? Consider the following idiocy that affect no Americans in need:

  • The Trump administration decided that a major government building in D.C. needed to be power washed and  cleaned up.

  • But a judge blocked the power washing or painting the rundown the Eisenhower Executive Office Building.

  • A lawsuit was filed by the Cultural Heritage Partners PLLC and the DC Preservation league to  block the washing or painting of the building.

Of all the issues in the world, government resources had to be expended to defend the  simple act of cleaning a building.  Horrible priorities.

2)Obviously, Jeffrey Epstein was a person with some very bad history and habits when it came to abusing young girls. That reality is beyond reproach at this point in time. What he forced young and under aged girls to face from an abuse perspective was despicable and has been known publicly for many,  many years.

But apparently this disgusting  history did not stop a Congresswoman from eagerly getting getting advice from him:

  • During a 2019 Congressional hearing, Congresswoman Stacey Plaskett was apparently exchanging text messages with Epstein who was advising her on what questions to ask during a Congressional hearing.

  • Keep in mind that this was over ten years since Epstein pleaded guilty to state criminal charges on prostitution including prostitution with underaged girls.

  • Thus, Plaskett should have known of Epstein's sordid background and yet still was in direct communication with him.

  • New documents show that she was actively communicating directly with Epstein via text messages while she was questioning a former associate of Trump, Michael Cohen, about hush  money payments.

  • And this was not a passive exchanging of texts, apparently Epstein was actively managing Plaskett’s line of questioning.

  • For these interactions,  she is facing a censure resolution for interacting with Epstein during a Congressional hearing.

Think about the absurdity of  this situation: a sitting member of Congress was taking advice from a convicted  pedophile and  sex trafficker in the middle  of Congressional hearings. Still no cure for stupidity and this is Congressional  stupidity of the highest level.

3)Unfortunately, we have often had to discuss the ever present crime and homicides that regularly occur in the city of Chicago. Hundreds of residents are killed every year and thousands are wounded from gun fire, making  the city the murder capital of the country from a total death perspective.

The governor  of the  state of Illinois, Chicago's home state, JB Pritzker  recently took  a victory lap when he declared that Chicago's recent summer was “amazing” and that the summer months this year had the lowest murder totals since 1965. All of which  is good news but consider the realities that still  exist in the city:

  • 123 residents were still killed during the summer months, more than a murder every day.

  • The  governor actually bragged that Chicago was the 19th safest city in the country,  more a participation trophy statement than something to be really proud of.

  • Maybe he forgot that 58 residents were shot over Labor Day weekend with eight of them dying from their wounds.

  • As of the end  of August, the city had experienced 455 murders during the past 12 months. almost 40 a month on average.

A main function of any government entity is to protect the lives and property of the citizens they serve. A murder rate well over a murder a day is not something to brag about, bring attention to, or think that is acceptable from the Chicago city government, it is a gross failure of that main governmental function.

4)Currently in the state of Pennsylvania, a large number of state residents are facing some very real problems:

  • About 14,000 residents are homeless.

  • The state experiences about 900 murders a year.

  • One in eight residents are facing food  crises within their  families.

  • Annually, about 5,000 residents die from drug addiction overdoses.

Yes, the state is facing the same crisis that every other state is facing and it should be a  top  priority of those politicians in charge to  be  laser focused in  resolving those hardships for the state residents.

But in the state of Pennsylvania, the state politicians have  other priorities:

  • The state government recently passed legislation that would prohibit discrimination based on hair style.

  • Yes, state politicians wasted time and resources to make sure that hair discrimination was criminalized in the state.

  • The governor, Josh Shapiro, proudly signed the CROWN (Creating a  Respectful and Open World  for Natural Hair) legislation  into law.

  • Thus, discrimination because of “hair texture” or "protective hairstyles" (whatever that means) is against the law.

  • According to  Shapiro: “For too long, many Pennsylvanians have faced discrimination simply for hairstyles that reflect their identity and culture. That ends today. Today, when I signed the CROWN Act into law, that will be the next step in making good on that promise of bringing about real freedom for all Pennsylvanians.”

  • Not surprisingly, the state of California, which has much worse homelessness, crime, food crises, and  other problems signed a similar, useless bill into law six years ago.

Unreal the priorities of those in political  office. How many (dozens?) state residents got screwed over because of their hair style vs. the millions of state residents that are facing very real problems, problems that were delayed in being addressed because those in the governor's mansion and legislation were too  worried about a hair issue?

If you asked state residents where hair discrimination rated on their list of concerns and needs, I doubt that “hair  discrimination" cracks the top  one hundred concerns.  Again, very bad political priorities.

Enough insanity for today: bad hair  priorities in Pennsylvania, more deaths  and  shootings in  Chicago, a  member of Congress being  spoon fed committee questions from the premier, all time pedophile, and a government building’s dirty look is more important than the nation’s problems.

More Voting Process Fraud and Incompetence- Part 4

After the Presidential  election in 2020. It became obvious that there was a lot of incompetence, corruption, and likely criminal  activity that tainted and invalidated the Presidential election results. As a result, we were stuck  with Joe Biden as President for four years, a Presidency that turned out  to be the worst Presidential administration in a long time, knocking the Carter administration out  of the first place for the worst Presidency in the past 100 years or so.

Immediately after the  election we started a series of posts that documented the dozens and dozens of instances in  various forms that corrupted the election:

  • Videos of election poll workers counting bogus ballots.

  • Videos of people bringing cases of fake ballots into polling places in the  middle  of the night.

  • People confessing to voting more than  once in the election.

  • Non-citizens and non-registered citizens casting votes.

  • Questionable voting machine shenanigans.

  • People confessing to corrupting the voting process in various ways.

  • Statistical analysis that showed there was no way that Biden got the voting volumes that was claimed.

The first post in that series can be accessed at the following link:

Over the following years we revisited the corruption and criminal abuse of the  voting processes many times. Despite the voting problems, the politicians around the country never fixed one of the most important factors in our democracy and a basic tenet of our freedom.

Today is another post in a series of voting problems that prove that our voting processes could be as bad  as ever and  if true our  democracy is in  serious danger.  The first post in this new  series can be accessed at:

https://loathemygovernment.blogspot.com/2025/11/more-voting-process-incompetence-and.html

1)We have already talked about the  voting foul ups out in Arizona and unfortunately, those foul ups are not  over:

  • Almost 2,300 ballot envelopes with legitimate ballots from  the recent election were found after being “misplaced” by election  workers.

  • They were  “found” days after the  election.

  • They were left behind in a ballot drop box until  three days after the  election.

  • Fortunately, the  ballots in the  envelopes were processed and tabulated in official election results.

  • Despite this major foul up, the  county’s election director, Jennifer Liewer, kind of pooh-poohed this screwup: "Humans run our elections, our community members run our elections, and there are going to be mistakes that are made. The important thing is that we have a process and a redundancy in our system to make sure that, when a mistake is made, we are able to quickly correct it.”

Seriously, mistakes are made so no big deal?! American  government  entities have been running elections for over 200 years, there should be no “mistakes.” How do we know that other drop boxes are still  missing in action? This is especially true given the shady background of possible corrupt and  shady election incidents in the state’s recent past.

2)Seattle has a long history of having ultra liberals serve in the city government. That trend continued recently when socialist, Katie Wilson, apparently won the recent mayoral race in the city. I say apparently because:

  • She was not named the next mayor until eight days after the  election ended.

  • When  the votes were  first counted on election night, she was losing the election to the incumbent mayor.

  • But she  ended up days later as the winner with 50.2% of the votes.

  • Days after the election  ended, there were still about 100,000 ballots that had not been counted.

A stupid way to run an  election. Eight days after  election day before a winner is finalized.  Who knows what kind of shenanigans could go on to pervert and corrupt the election results?

3)Let’s head up  north  to Wisconsin:

  • An election integrity watchdog organization, Fair Elections  Wisconsin (FEW),  believes that there were almost 5,000 illegal voter registrations on the Milwaukee voter rolls leading up to the recent election.

  • And those almost 5,000 registrations actually voted in the  recent  election.

  • However,  despite the  finding by the watchdog, the city election commission declined to even  investigate these shady voters.

  • FEW documented thousands of voting violations including missing or incomplete addresses, voters no  longer residing at their addresses, physical  addresses that were changed to post office boxes, voter registrations  addresses that were commercial  addresses, and 11 voter registrations that gave a local Post office as their address.

  • And despite the  detailed violations on each  of the  disputed registrations, the commission after a private session declined to do any checking.

Seriously, why would a voting commission at least review a  sample of the 5,000 or so  bogus registrations if they did not want to review all 5,000 like FEW did? Again, the perception of corruption  is as bad as real, proven  corruption.

4)One last piece  of disgusting voting corruption:

  • In Pennsylvania, Jennifer Hill is accused of voter fraud.

  • She allegedly tried to register four people to vote in the 2024 Presidential election.

  • Two of those alleged voters were her dead father and a person who died inside her home.

  • She is charged with forgery, tampering with public records,  applying for registration knowing a person is  not entitled to vote and  other crimes.

  • Ironically she worked for a state voting rights group focused on voter registration, education, and mobilization.

  • She also registered almost 200 other voters and over 100 of them are suspicious  and being investigated.

  • Around  the  same  time those same Pennsylvania voting officials had another person  arrested who voted in person in Florida while voting in Pennsylvania via a mail  in ballot.

It’s great that these voting problems are identified and remedial and judicial action  taken. But it makes you wonder how many other corrupt  ballots were cast that did not get caught and flagged.  Obviously from Pennsylvania to Wisconsin to Arizona to Washington a lot more work needs to be done to purify voting processes and protect our First Amendment rights.
