The Failing Biden Presidency - Part 11

This is the eleventh in a series of posts that document the idiocy and total failure of the Biden Presidency so far. After being in the Oval Office for a few months, the world is in much worse shape both domestically and internationally due to the failed and idiotic leadership and actions of Joe Biden. His approval ratings are sinking faster than the increase in violence and price inflation that he has caused to happen. Today’s discussion does not provide any hope that things will improve under his leadership anytime soon.

Note: We keep trying to move on from Biden's almost daily screw ups and sad cognitive state but the idiocy, the sadness, and dangerous behaviors that he and his handlers go through every day make that task of moving on very difficult. That is why we are on the eleventh installment chronicling the failure of the Biden Presidency.

1) Most American have probably realized that inflation is getting out of control in just the five months Biden has been President. Gas prices are up about 50%, many grocery prices are way up, real estate prices are skyrocketing, etc. But other, non-consumer prices are also going higher:
  • According to the Dallas Federal Reserve Bank, over 81% of the manufacturers in their survey stated that the cost of raw materials has been going up.
  • 17.8% said that costs for raw materials were staying about the same, while a miniscule .7% said the cost of raw materials was going down.
  • These experiences brought the Fed’s index for raw materials to its highest price level since record keeping began back in 2004.
And it does not take an economic genius to figure out that these higher and higher prices for raw materials are eventually going to work its way into the consumer market and result in higher prices for everything we buy. And the Biden administration has no plan, no leadership, no process to get inflation under control at this point in time.

2) Biden has been in politics for more than four decades. He claims to have a law degree. He has been active in curtailing Second Amendment rights of citizens to own guns to protect them from criminals and overreaching Federal agents. You would think that he would have at least a basic understanding of the Second Amendment and what it means.

But that apparently is asking too much of him, a lawyer and lifetime politician:
  • Biden claimed in public that the Second Amendment explicitly banned people from owning cannons.
  • I have read the Second Amendment, a few times just to be sure, and at least the version I have there is no prohibition against owning a cannon.
  • And apparently the Washington Post also read the Second Amendment and they also found no ban on people owning cannons.
  • Biden’s statement was so bad that the Post, a mainstream media member that has gone out of its way to protect the failures and cognitive decline of Biden, actually says that Biden’s statement is indeed false, something that must have been very hard for the liberal biased paper to state.
The bigger question is does 1) Biden actually believe this, 2) is he so far mentally gone that he has no idea what he is talking about, or 3) he knows this is a false statement and expects the rest of the country to be so stupid as to not recognize his lie? We may never know but the reality that the Washington Post called him out on this lie is huge. Makes you wonder why it does not call him out on all of his other lies.

3) We tried to make the case in 2020 that Joe Biden was in the midst of a significant cognitive decline based on unknown causes. Our basis for that assertion was the reality that I had been the legal co-guardian of an aging uncle for a number of years who eventually died because of dementia. Many of the symptoms that Biden was already suffering from last year mirrored my experiences with my uncle.

Now, while the mainstream media refuses to acknowledge what we observed last year, and which continues to this day, the top podcaster in the world, Joe Rogan, sees what most Americans without blinders on see happening to Biden: “Everybody knows he’s out of his mind and barely hanging in there. We don’t really have a real leader in this country anymore. You can say Joe Biden is the President and you’d be correct on paper. But everybody knows he’s out of his mind. He’s barely hanging in there.”

The question is how long will they continue to prop Biden up as President and what intrigue and political jockeying is going on behind the scenes? What excuse will they use when he gets replaced by Harris? It was my original stake in the ground that he would no longer be President after Labor Day weekend, 2021. I stand by my forecast, given the past ten posts we have done on the failures of his Presidency and his failing cognitive health.

4) One of the places where the mainstream media has failed so miserably is ignoring many of the suspicious, corrupt, and possibly criminal activities of Biden’s family members over the years. The most atrocious culprit in these corrupt enterprises has been his son Hunter Biden. From using his father’s influence to get millions of dollars from overseas businesses, politicians, and criminal elements, his antics have embarrassed the country and all Americans. But the mainstream press, given their left leaning, Democratic biases, have neglected their basic duty of being journalists.

Thus, it was refreshing when a New York Post journalist recently had the guts, and the nerve, to publish another embarrassing and possibly national security escapade of Hunter Biden:
  • The journalist, Miranda Devine, wrote an article about Hunter Biden’s escapades with a Russian hooker in Los Angeles in 2018.
  • After Hunter checked into the Chateau Marmont hotel in LA, he browsed the Internet and came across an escort service called Emerald Fantasy Girls, from which he requested a 24 year old Russian woman named Yanna.
  • Stop here for a moment and think what the mainstream press, CNN, MSNBC, New York Times, etc. would have done with this incident if it was Donald Trump, Jr. instead of Hunter Biden, this would have been headline news for weeks, months, Trump kid cavorting with Russian call girl.
  • But since it was Hunter Biden, those same fake news outlets all of a sudden go blank on this matter.
  • The two of them partied with illegal drugs and had sex for a few days, at the end of which, the young lady asked for payment for her services to the tune of $8,000.
  • When Hunter goes to pay with a credit card, it gets rejected and that is where Ms. Devine picks up the story line: “He transfers $8,000. It doesn’t work. A few minutes later, Wells Fargo sends him a fraud detection alert. He reaches into his wallet and pulls out a card. Yanna attempts to transfer the $8,000 but it apparently doesn’t go through. He rifles through his wallet again. No luck. He pulls out another card. Bingo. Yanna leaves and he crashes. But while he sleeps, his bank accounts are being emptied. In receipts he saves on the computer, the transactions he thought had failed have gone through, one after the other. The first $8,000 is recorded leaving his account at 10:22 a.m. At 10:50 a.m., $2,000 leaves a different account. At 10:59 a.m., $3,500 vanishes. At 11 a.m., another $8,000. At 11:03 a.m., another $3,500. About $25,000 moves in under an hour. Another $3,500 is scheduled to transfer out later that afternoon but will be delayed."
What a disgrace of a President’s son. A Russian hooker, scammed out of tens of thousands of dollars, and the mainstream press and his father remain silent. Such a disgrace on so many levels. Again, imagine the press uproar if it had been Trump’s son.

Inflation across the entire supply chain line, from raw materials to finished products and Biden has no clue or plan on how to fix it, Biden reads the Second Amendment (or does not read it) and somehow thinks there is an explicit ban on owning a cannon, a leading podcaster finally tells it like it is, Biden is in steady state of cognitive decline, and Hunter Biden continues to corruptly embarrass himself, his father and the country.

The Failing Biden Presidency - Part 10

This is the tenth in a series of posts that document the idiocy and total failure of the Biden Presidency so far. After being in the Oval Office for a few months, the world is in much worse shape both domestically and internationally due to the failed and idiotic leadership and actions of Joe Biden. His approval ratings are sinking faster than the increase in violence and price inflation that he has caused to happen. Today’s discussion does not provide any hope that things will improve under his leadership anytime soon.

1) In a recent post we discussed the reality that Biden’s approval numbers are cratering access to the country. Higher and higher inflation, a humanitarian disaster at the border, an embarrassing showing on the world stage at the G7 conference, the list of Biden failures is becoming epic. A recent poll found that his popularity is fading especially fast in Iowa:
  • The latest poll from the Des Moines Register found that Biden's approval ratings continue to fall in the state.
  • The latest iteration of the poll found that 43% approve of Biden’s job performance while a majority, 52%, already disapprove of his performance just five short months into his term.
  • In March, two short months ago, Biden actually had a higher approval rating, 47%, than a disapproval rating, 44%, in the state.
  • Apparently, his failure on the economy/inflation and immigration are the main causes for his disappearing approval ratings.
  • Only 40% approve of his handling of the economy while 56% disapprove of his behavior.
  • But it gets worse on the immigration disaster at the border with only 29% approving his handling of immigration and a whopping 63% disapproving.
Five months in and things are going south real quick.

2) It has been pretty clear for a while that Joe Biden is in the middle of a pretty steep cognitive decline. As a result, his staff gets up tight every time he goes off of the very strict, detailed process that want him to go through in public because he usually says something stupid.

And at the recent G7 Conference he did just that at the beginning of a press conference. He actually admitted that he had a list of pre-selected reporters that he would only call on, leaving the impression that these “special”/ pre-selected reporters had been screened and prepped by his staff and would not ask him any difficult or controversial questions.

Specifically, he stated: “I’ll take your questions and as usual, folks, they gave me a list of the people I’m going to call on.” How sad and pathetic is this? A President who isn't allowed to field questions from any valid member of the press. A mainstream media that kowtows to his staff and him and sets him up with softball questions as opposed to what real journalists are supposed to do, ask the hard questions that Americans deserve to get an answer to.

The Internet exploded at this abridgment of freedom and stonewalling:
  • John Cooper of the Heritage Foundation thought that one of the biggest tyrants in the world, Russia’sValdimir Putin had a better, more open session with reporters than the leader of the free world did: “It’s frankly embarrassing watching Vladimir Putin take questions from the press for 45 minutes, and then Biden comes out with a preset list of reporters he’s allowed to call on.”
  • Kyle Martinsen of the Republican National Committee: “Someone needs to ask Jen Psaki why they make Biden do this. Do they think he’s incapable of calling on reporters without a list?”
  • “Putin, the leader of a country with some of the greatest restrictions on press, took questions from all reporters,” observed Lesley Fulop Byers, the Communications Director of the House Homeland Security Committee Republican, “The leader of the free world only calls on a handful of reporters from a list his staff pre-approved. Yikes.”

3) In a very freaky show of cognitive decline, in a recent press gathering Biden abandoned his regular speaking voice and started answering questions in dramatic whispers. Seriously creepy. I am pretty old and I've never seen a President act so bizarrely in front of the press and the American people. Judge for yourself, I bet you cannot come off thinking, ``What is wrong with this fellow?”:


4) In that same press conference there was another example of cognitive decline. After it almost wrapped up, with Biden cutting it short to catch a helicopter ride, Kamala Harris had to remind Biden to go back to the podium and say something, anything about the tragedy unfolding in Miami where a condo building had collapsed and likely killed over 150 Americans while they slept.

This is major, international news and Biden completely slipped up in not at least offering support and condolences to the families who lost loved ones in the tragedy. It should have been in his opening remarks in the press conference, not something he haphazardly addresses as an afterthought. No, he had to be reminded to do so. So sad.

Even worse, after Harris reminded him to say something, anything, he returned to the podium with an awkward laugh and the phrase: “Oh yes, I apologize. Yes, thank you.” This is obviously not a laughing matter but somehow he found humor in it. Again, how sad.

The decline of Joe Biden the man and Joe Biden’s Presidency continues unabated despite the best efforts of his staff to make him look strong, intelligent and involved. I feel sorry for his staff since it looks like their efforts will always be a losing battle.

The Failing Biden Presidency - Part 9

This is the ninth in a series of posts that document the idiocy and total failure of the Biden Presidency so far. After being in the Oval Office for a few months, the world is in much worse shape both domestically and internationally due to the failed and idiotic leadership and actions of Joe Biden. His approval ratings are sinking faster than the increase in violence and price inflation that he has caused to happen. Today’s discussion does not provide any hope that things will improve under his leadership anytime soon.

1) While it is quite clear that the American political class has gotten the country into bad situations so many times because of the ineptness, the greed, and lack of brain power of most politicians, we have also made the case many times that the mainstream media in this country today is also a threat to our freedom, democracy and well being. Rather than maintain high journalistic standards of fairness, being unbiased in their reporting, and seeking out the truth regardless of where it leads, today's journalists, for the most part, are beholden to pre-established positions on issues that bias and taint their reporting of reality.

And when you cross biased reporting with inept politicians and their actions and Joe Biden you get the following disgrace from a news reporting, incompetent political policy, and humanitarian crisis perspective:
  • As you know, when Biden was elected he encouraged people form South and Central America to illegally enter this country at our southern border with Mexico.
  • This has resulted in a flood of would be illegal immigrants which has overwhelmed our border security resources.
  • When this happened, to a lesser degree under Trump, the mainstream media was all over the case, visiting the border, visiting border facilities, and reporting how terrible the situation was, a lot of their outrage driven not by the situation on the ground but by their hatred of Trump, who, by the way, relatively quickly got the situation under control, securing the border, reducing the humanitarian suffering, and in the process protecting Americans from drug cartels, terrorists and human trafficking gangs when he was in office.
  • Biden unraveled all of that but the mainstream media has been reluctant and shown little interest in giving the Biden border crisis the same coverage it gave the Trump border crisis.
  • It took investigative reporting by the BBC, a non-U.S. media outlet, to actually report on how bad the border crisis is and it is bad.
  • The BBC report found that illegal immigrant kids are being exposed to disease, dangerous food, and sexual abuse after being taken into custody at the border, a situation that you would think that the U.S. mainstream media should take as important news.
  • Under the Biden administration, the BBC says that kids are facing “heartbreaking” living conditions.
  • BBC interviews of immigration staff and the kids themselves uncovered allegations of sexual abuse, COVID-19 cases, other diseases, lice outbreaks, lack of medical treatment, lack of clean clothes, and bad and under cooked food that made the kids sick.
  • The reporting was primarily based on a 2,000 kid tent facility in El Paso, Texas.
  • Biden administration spokespeople denied things were that bad saying that they were “providing required standards of care for children such as clean and comfortable sleeping quarters, meals, toiletries, laundry, educational and recreational activities, and access to medical services.”
  • Even worse, there are reports of sexual abuse by some of the kids by staff members.
  • One staff member told the BBC reporters that, “DHS mentioned there was a rape – they are giving the girls pregnancy tests. And I heard the other night that another contractor was caught in a boys’ tent, you know, doing things with him.”
  • All of this abuse has resulted in severe depression affecting many of the kids.
Failure on so many fronts. Biden’s failure to maintain order on the border, encouraging people to come into the country illegally and then having their kids face these horrid experiences. The failure of the U.S. journalistic establishment to report on such horrid conditions. The failure of Kamala Harris to promptly visit and see for herself how bad conditions are, visiting the border almost three months after being given the assignment to fix what Biden has broken, visiting the border only as a public relations action to counteract Trump’s border visit. People are dying, people are suffering and this is all on Biden who took an under control border situation and let it get fatally out of hand.

2) Theoretically, Joe Biden got far more votes than any other President ever, over 80 million votes. This was tens of millions of more votes than the ever popular Barack Obama got in his first Presidential run. I say theoretical since given the voting situations and fraud we have previously discussed, Biden’s 80+ million vote total is in all likelihood totally bogus and the result of widespread voter and criminal fraud.

This position is probably backed up by the latest approval ratings that have come in relative to his performance. If he truly did get 80+ million votes, if he truly was more beloved as a incoming President than Obama, then the following numbers would probably not be possible:
  • Just five months into his term, Biden's approval rating has already fallen below 50%.
  • That was the finding in the latest Monmouth University opinion poll.
  • His current approval rating is 48% approve while 43% disapprove.
  • This is down significantly from just the previous month’s results that showed him at 54% approval and 41% disapproval.
  • Only one in three Independent voters approve of his performance and less than one fifth of Republican voters approve of his performance.
  • Only 59% of Democratic voters in the poll think the country is moving in the right direction, not very high if Biden did indeed get 80+ million votes late last year.
  • And that trend with Democrats is not good since one month the number of Democrats who think the country is on the wrong track rose 20 percentage points, going from 12% to 32% in one month.
  • Almost half of all of those polled voiced concern that Biden’s economic policies are going to lead to high inflation.
  • Only 19% of those polled believe that the middle-class has benefited from Biden’s actions, 32% say they have benefited little, and a whopping 36% say they have not benefited at all.
  • These numbers are far worse than what people said when he took office in January.
  • These findings are consistent with a recent CNBC report that stated Americans’ fear of inflation is at an all time high.
With his approval rating sinking fast, with no plan to contain inflation, with violence escalating across the country and across the world, with his erratic and dementia-like behaviors, and with an inept Vice President, it is hard to see how his downward trending approval ratings will reverse itself anytime soon, an indication that the country and its citizens are in for a very bumpy ride ahead.

3) It is not just Independent voters and Republican voters that are down on Biden:
  • First off, keep in mind, if you had not already heard, that Hunter Biden, Joe Biden’s son, is now fancying himself as a painter and is selling his paintings to interested buyers.
  • Understand that before recent times he has shown no interest or talent for painting.
  • The concern is that foreign agents and governments and lobbyists will buy his paintings at outrageous prices as a way of getting favors from his father, Joe Biden.
  • Walter Shaub was the former Office of Government Ethics director under Obama.
  • As an experienced ethics government employee, he says Hunter Biden’s painting jag has a “shameful and grifty feeling to it.”
  • Specifically, “The notion of a president’s son capitalizing on that relationship by selling art at obviously inflated prices and keeping the public in the dark about who’s funneling money to him has a shameful and grifty feel to it.”
  • And given that most of the purchasers will remain anonymous, the potential for scandal and corruption is that much higher.
  • Shaub wants Biden and his art dealer to disclose the identity of any buyers so that it can be shown if and when these “art” purchasers ever looked for insider advantages from the Biden administration.
  • And finally, Shaub concludes with a refreshing touch of honesty and integrity: “But I also think it’s ridiculous that Hunter Biden is even going forward with this sale as a first-time artist. He can’t possibly think anyone is paying him based on the quality of the art. This smells like an attempt to cash in on a family connection to the White House.”
But we should not be surprised. Hunter Biden has been leveraging his famous father for years, from Busima in the Ukraine to Russia to Chinese Communist backed companies, Hunter Biden has shown no regrets in his quest for fortune and riches at the expense of his father’s name and position. Disgraceful.

So what did Biden’s Presidency bring to us today: suffering kids at the border because of his failed border policies, rapidly dropping approval numbers, and the continued corruption and unethical activities of his family members.

The Failing Biden Presidency - Part 8

This is the eighth in a series of posts that document the idiocy and total failure of the Biden Presidency so far. After being in the Oval Office for a few months, the world is in much worse shape both domestically and internationally due to the failed and idiotic leadership and actions of Joe Biden. His approval ratings are sinking faster than the increase in violence and price inflation that he has caused to happen. 1) Biden had campaigned for President by promising that no American earning less than $400,000 a year would see their taxes go up if he was elected. Sounds great but almost immediately it turns out that this was an incorrect statement.

First of all, as we have previously discussed, it turns out that if a married couple were each earning over $200,000, their taxes would go up because Biden immediately hedged his statement from “no American” earning less $400,000 would see their taxes go up became “no American family” earning less than $400,000 would see their taxes go up. So, in our example with each spouse earning less than $400,000 but their total income being over $400,000 their taxes would go up:

But it gets worse, according to a recent analysis by the Tax Policy Center:
  • Their analysis found that 60% of taxpayers would pay more under Biden's tax proposals.
  • Three quarters of American households earning between $75,000 and $100,000 would see their Federal tax burden go up $440 a year.
  • 69% of those American earning between $100,000 and $200,000 would see their tax bill go up $830 a year.
  • Almost 84% of Americans earning between $200,000 and $500,000 would see a tax increase of $2,040 on average.
  • Keep in mind that Biden is proposing a whole slew of taxes including raising the corporate tax rate to 28% from 21%, nearly doubling the capital gains tax rate to 39.6% from 21%, restoring the top individual income tax rate to 39.6% from 37% and taxing capital gains at death.
  • Keep in mind that as Biden and the Federal tax more and more wealth from businesses, those businesses will see their profits go down unless they raise prices which will be paid by just about every other American, a hidden tax that politicians never seem to understand.
So, surprise, surprise. Biden lied and we are all going to pay for it. And with just about every other dollar the Washington political class takes from us, they will use it inefficiently, ineffectively, and inanely.

2) One of the most dangerous aspects of the Biden Presidency is his soft approach to the worst terrorist nation in the world, Iran. While Trump understood the Iranian leaders for what they were, ruthless, religious fanatics bent on terror, death, and destruction, Biden, like Obama, actually thinks these radicals can be negotiated with and their murderous tendencies curbed.

However, even if Biden thinks that is possible, it does not look like he has judged the Iranian leaders correctly. Keep in mind that despite the agreement the Iranians took part in during the Obama administration to curb their uranium enrichment activities, we now know that they have about ten times as much enriched uranium then they were supposed to have under the agreement.

Ebrahim Raisi is the new President elect of Iran and the former chief of the Iranian judiciary. He recently publicly said that he is not willing to negotiate on limiting Iran's nuclear weapons program. No surprise there, except maybe to people like Joe Biden. Furthermore, Raisi declared that: “The U.S. is obliged to lift all oppressive sanctions against Iran...No Iran-US meeting. Unnecessary.”

Does not sound like the Iranians are in any mood to deal with Biden, especially since they know he is incapable of doing anything constructive, given his declining cognitive state. And to add to the insanity, somehow White House Press Secretary, Jen Psaki, went into complete denial when she saw Raisi’s comment as positive: “This is a welcome and potentially constructive early step, even if the diplomatic road ahead may be long, as it was during the first negotiations around the [Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action].”

You cannot make this stuff up. The leading terror nation in the world dictates conditions to you and refuses a meeting and the Biden administration actually thinks “this is a welcome and potentially constructive early step?!”

3) Having once been the long time legal co-guardian of an elderly uncle who eventually succumbed to dementia, I think I have a pretty good feel of how behaviors change as this terrible disease progresses. One of those behaviors is to try and remain in comfortable, familiar surroundings as the reality of the world gets cloudier and cloudier.

I am not a doctor, just a family member who lived through the horrors of a dementia riddled relative. And the relative, like Joe Biden, always wanted to go back to where he felt safe long ago. We have already discussed the reality that Joe Biden has returned to his Delaware estate many,many times in just the few months he has been President, much like my uncle wanted to do during his slippery slope.

And Biden recently returned to his home state again after his disaster of a performance on the world stage at the G 7 Conference, a performance, that included forgetfulness, stammering statements, missteps in front of the world press, and sniping and lashing out at least one reporter who asked a harmless but relevant question, characteristics that my uncle lived through.

Things have gotten so bad, and obvious, that members of Congress are actually formally asking that Biden take a cognitive test to prove he is capable of being President: “We write to you today to express concern with your current cognitive state,” the House Republicans wrote in a June 17 letter to Joe Biden. “Unfortunately, your mental decline and forgetfulness have become more apparent over the past eighteen months.”

Anyone who denies that Biden is sinking lower and lower from a cognitive awareness perspective is either not paying attention, is totally ignorant of what dementia and other related illnesses do to a person or are still so severely afflicted with Trump Derangement Syndrome that they are making themselves blind to the obvious: Biden needs to step down and his family and handlers are guilty of elder abuse to the nth degree and that is what is so disgusting.

From the nation’s perspective, Biden’s spending so much time at his home in Delaware comes at the same time that we have a humanitarian, drug cartel, criminal gang, and drug addiction disaster at the border, we have the Iranians causing trouble all over the Middle East, we have Russia and China taking advantage of Biden’s ineptness and confused state, we have soaring government debt, and a whole host of other problems while he continues to be a part time President in more ways than one.

But given that Biden served until Obama, a President who spent more time on the golf course (well over 300 rounds of golf during his term) than any other President in over fifty years, maybe it is not a surprise that Biden is taking the same, part time approach to leadership that Obama did.

The Failing Biden Presidency - Part 7

This is the seventh in a series of posts that document the idiocy and total failure of the Biden Presidency so far. After being in the Oval Office for a few months, the world is in much worse shape both domestically and internationally due to the failed and idiotic leadership and actions of Joe Biden. His approval ratings are sinking faster than the increase in violence and price inflation that he has caused to happen. Today’s discussion does not provide any hope that things will improve under his leadership anytime soon.

1) Joe Biden recently attended the G7 Conference of western economic powers and his behavior was not what one would call Presidential. In fact, it was embarrassing on a worldwide stage, both for himself and the country. We have previously discussed some of his screwups but below is a nice summary of most of them including some new ones:
  • First off, he showed up late, two and a half hours late, for a NATO press conference, giving no explanation why, disrespecting those that expected him to show up on time.
  • Once he did show up he only took questions from a pre-selected list his handlers gave him so that he would not embarrass himself after being asked a non-softball question.
  • In the middle of his press conference, his brain locked up for an embarrassingly long amount of time, showing all of the symptoms of cognitive decline, the inability to stay focused.
  • The next day at the last minute he canceled a meeting with Pope Francis, a major international embarrassment with the speculation being that he was too tired, given his mental state, to attend.
  • In a discussion about working with Russia and helping the refugees in Syria, three times he said Libya instead of Syria, two countries that are unrelated to each other and over 1,300 miles away from each other.
  • He interrupted British Prime Minister Boris Johnson to insist that Johnson introduce the South African President even though Johnson had just done so.
  • In a critical meeting with Russian Prime Minister Putin, Biden had to go to the meeting with flash cards, yes, flash cards, in order to keep focused on the discussion with Putin, the first time in my memory that a President needed flashcards to keep him focused and on topic, another worldwide embarrassment.
  • In one presentation he made the inane statement that a lot of people don't know what covid is, a highly doubtful comment given what the world has gone through over the past 15 months: “A lot of people may not know what COVID is”
  • A member of Parliament said what every one was thinking , that it did not matter what Biden was told or shown, he would never remember it anyway, given his senile state.
His policies are a failure and his cognitive decline leaves little hope he has the will, the focus, and brain power to fix what he has broken and address the other issues facing Americans.

3) World leaders at the G7 conference were not fools, they see how weak and feeble Biden is. In fact, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau reportedly told his staff that there will be a new President soon, that Biden’s mental condition would soon render him unemployed.

Of course, the American mainstream media did not report on this story since God forbid they report any bad news on a liberal or Democrat. The story was broken by OAN reporter, Jack Posobiec, a professional journalist who also broke the Wuhan Lab covid story in December, 2019 and thus, he has some cred as a real journalist.

I doubt that Trudeau is alone in his assessment, Biden's feebleness was on stage for all of the world leaders at the G7 which puts the U.S. in a position of weakness on the world stage if every other country’s leaders expect him to be a short timer.

4) It is hard to believe but even Biden himself admitted that he is allowed to only take questions from favorable journalists and not take questions from people that may give a question that is too tough to answer. This is obviously an insult to freedom of the press and the right of Americans to have their political leaders answer both the easy and hard questions facing the nation.

At a recent press gathering at the G7 conference, Biden opened things up by actually saying that, “I’ll take your questions folks, and as usual they gave me a list of people I’m going to call on.” He has slipped so far from a cognitive perspective that he cannot even keep secrets any more.

And it got ugly when a CNN reporter, who was not on the approved question asker list, had the audacity to ask him a question relative to his discussions with Putin. Biden angrily turned towards her, rambled on about some nonsense and then accused her of not being capable of being a journalist and in the wrong profession. Totally unprofessional and contemptible on his part but a symptom of someone who is losing the cognitive battle.

We truly feel sorry for him. As someone who was a legal co-guardian for an elderly uncle who slipped deeper and deeper into the dementia abyss, an uncle who exhibited the same behavior characteristics of Biden (forgetful, zoning out in the middle of a conversation, outbursts of angers, etc.), I appreciate his situation. 

His family, his friends, and his political handlers should be ashamed for putting him in this position of confusion and stress. He is not only suffering but his half baked policies, his confusion, his weakening of the country in the eyes of the world, are endangering lives and livelihoods of Americans across the entire country.

The Failing Biden Presidency - Part 6

This is the sixth in a series of posts that document the idiocy and total failure of the Biden Presidency so far. After being in the Oval Office for a few months, the world is in much worse shape both domestically and internationally due to the failed and idiotic leadership and actions of Joe Biden. His approval ratings are sinking faster than the increase in violence and price inflation that he has caused to happen. Today’s discussion does not provide any hope that things will improve under his leadership anytime soon.

1) The annual G7 Conference was recently held in England, attended by the largest western world’s leaders. Obviously, the world’s press and citizens were watching the moves of the world’s leaders and unfortunately, Joe Biden did not impress:
  • The host of the conference, Britain’s Prime Minister Boris Johnson, was hosting a meeting when he introduced the president of South Africa. Either Biden wasn't paying attention or forgot, either of which is a signal of his cognitive decline, so he interrupted Johnson to remind him to introduce the president of South Africa, which Johnson had already done. The fact he forgot and then embarrassed himself by interrupting Johnson speaks volumes of his crudeness and mindset.
  • After finishing a meal, Biden was asked an unexpected, yet harmless, question by a reporter by asking him how the conference was going. Before he could answer, his wife, Jill Biden, swept in and led Joe away, obviously before he said something stupid or inappropriate. Can't imagine any other President who would have allowed his wife to physically remove him from a reporter’s presence and simple question, grabbing his hand and physically pulling him away.
  • In a serious, serious breach of diplomatic protocol, Biden met Queen Elizabeth and did not remove his sunglasses before the meeting took place. According to royal protocol, one must remove sunglasses during any meeting with the Queen, meaning that Biden either forgot, did not care about protocol, or his staff is terribly inept.
  • He then publicly talked about the conversation he had with the queen which broke another accepted royal protocol which dictates that all conversations with the Queen are expected to be kept private, that talking about the contents of his discussion with her is a breach of trust according to royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams.
  • He also went on to say the Queen reminded him of his mother, another totally unacceptable thing to say about the Queen of England: “I don’t think she’d be insulted, but she reminded me of my mother in terms of the look of her and, you know, just the generosity.”
  • In a news conference it became obvious that his staff is so scared that he will embarrass himself in front of the press that they tell him what reporters to call on, those that are friendly to him, so that he does not say something stupid, a situation that became clear when he dared to answer a question from an “unacceptable” reporter: “I’m gonna get in trouble with my staff, but go ahead. Pretend I didn’t answer you,” Biden said, taking one last question from a member of the press corps.
  • We have previously discussed the embarrassment when Biden talked about Russia and Syria but instead of saying “Syria” he substituted “Libya'' in his remarks three times, a country that is over 1,300 miles from Syria and which had nothing to do with the discussion that was going on.

2) Biden has already flip flopped so many times on so many topics with the obvious one being, “What is the biggest threat facing America today?” First he said white supremacy was the biggest threat facing American today and then he said climate change was the biggest threat facing America today.

Never entered his befuddled mind that a whopping national debt, an ever growing inflation problem, a nuclear North Korea, a recently emboldened terrorist nation, Iran, was causing trouble again, the infiltration of drug cartels, criminal gangs, illegal drugs, and human trafficking at the southern border, and other threats might actually be more of a threat. No, he thinks white supremacy and then within days says climate change are the biggest threats.

He claimed that the Pentagon told him climate change was the biggest threat: “When I first was elected vice president with President Obama, the military sat us down to let us know what the greatest threats facing America were — greatest physical threats. This is not a joke. You know what the Joint Chiefs told us the greatest threat facing America was? Global warming.”

But in a recent Congressional hearing, Senator Kevin Cramer asked General Mark Milley, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, if he agreed with Biden that climate change was the biggest threat. Now remember, Milley reports to Biden in the chain of command, Biden can fire him at any time for any reason, so you would expect him to toe the line on whatever Biden says, at least from a career preservation perspective: “Climate change does impact, but the president is looking at a much broader angle than I am. I’m looking at it from a strictly military standpoint. And from a strictly military standpoint, I’m putting China, Russia, up there.”

Given the chain of command, Milley told the truth as delicately as possible and the truth he told is that the Pentagon does not agree with Biden’s assessment of what the greatest threat is. Good for him and it raises the issue: was Biden lying again as he has done so many times in his career or does he really believe the Pentagon told him this even though, according to Milley, they did not. More confusion on Biden’s part, more embarrassment.

3) In a failure of leadership, it does not appear the country will get to Biden’s target of having at least 70% of Americans with at least one vaccine shot in their arms by July 1. According to a recent report from the Associated Press, the country would need to have at least another 15.5 million people get at least one dose of the vaccine in the next few weeks to get to Biden’s 70%. However, less than 400,000 people per day are now agreeing to get vaccinated.

Not sure anyone could have gotten the country to 70% but Biden’s poor, non-existent leadership and bumbling rantings and speeches on the topic have done nothing to coax those without the vaccine to get it. In fact, he has been nearly invisible on a topic that once was of great interest to him.

4) One last Biden Presidency failure for today. Over a month ago, Biden put Kamala Harris in charge of fixing the absolute mess he has created at our southern border. After Trump put rules, procedures, and processes in place to get control of the border, Biden screwed it all up and as a result we have the following growing and dangerous activities going on at the border: drug cartels are using the lax border security to bring in boat loads of drugs, drug volumes that will eventually cause a greater drug addiction problem in this country, human trafficking volume is up, cirminal acts and violence is up, people from terrorist nations, e.g. Iran, have been apprehended at the border, and there is a humanitarian and safety crisis especially as it concerns unaccompanied kids.

What a mess. And yet:
  • Joe Biden has not visited the border to get a first hand look at the chaos and suffering going on.
  • Kamala Harris has not visited the border to get a first hand look at the chaos and suffering going on.
  • The Texas governor, Greg Abbott, claims that neither Biden or Harris has even called him to discuss the border crisis that is causing harm, danger, and taxpayer money to his state citizens.
  • Given the lack of Federal resources allocated by Harris or Biden to get the chaos under control, other states are sending resources to Texas to fill the void and help protect American citizens’ lives and property in Texas.
The incompetence of the Biden administration gets more and more obvious, worse and worse everyday. And as we have previously said, it will be the American people who pay for this incompetence in dealing with drug cartels, criminal gangs, terror attacks, increased drug addiction and crime, and the overall danger that citizens will be caught up in. Just five months in and he has managed to be such a failure as a President, a leader, and compassionate person.

The Failing Biden Presidency - Part 5

This is the fifth in a series of posts that document the idiocy and total failure of the Biden Presidency so far. After being in the Oval Office for a few months, the world is in much worse shape both domestically and internationally due to the failed and idiotic leadership and actions of Joe Biden. His approval ratings are sinking faster than the increase in violence and price inflation that he has caused to happen. Today’s discussion does not provide any hope that things will improve under his leadership anytime soon.

1) We have already talked about the many, many failures of the Biden administration, just a few months into its term. Just type "The Failing Biden Presidency" in the search box above and those previous posts documenting Biden failures will put up.

The Read/Act website recently ran an article where they listed out SOME of his failures, a few of which we had already discussed but this list provides a good, quick review of his failures:
  1. In just a matter of a few months, Biden has managed to create a humanitarian, drug cartel, human trafficking, drug addction, and national security disaster at the border. The 180,034 illegal border crossings in the month of May hit a record as the third-highest in the 97-year history of the Border Patrol.
  2. Just days into office, Biden killed off the Keystone XL Pipeline, immediately killing off 12,000 high paying American jobs, an action that will have absolutely no effect on the climate. In addition, he made the country rejoin the bogus and flawed Paris Climate Agreement that will cost the American taxpayer trillions of dollars and destroy anywhere from an estimated 400,000 to 2.7 million jobs while requiring China and India to do nothing to curb their carbon emissions.
  3. His proposed tax hikes will affect every American, regardless of income level, making living costs rise and good paying jobs become scarcer.
  4. His bogus infrastructure plan, that will cost Americans about $2 TRILLION, dedicates only 7% of that amount to actually fixing roads, bridges and the like, with the remaining 93% going to pet projects of politicians that will, as always, be ineffective, inefficient, and never attain their goals.
  5. He chose to support teachers' union vs. the education of American kids by siding with the teachers’ union to keep schools shut down but still pay teachers while kids went uneducated or undereducated during the pandemic.
  6. Biden killed the Mexico City policy which now forces American taxpayers to fund abortions overseas. Rather than take care of the homeless and underfed kids in this country, he is sending taxpayer money that could have been used for that purpose to abort babies halfway around the world.
  7. Biden showed no leadership or diplomacy during the recent violent Hamas and Israeli fighting, sitting mute in the corner as people were getting killed on a daily basis.
  8. Recent cost of living statistics show that prices are rising quicker than ever over the past 13 years with the price of gas, lumber, real estate, and other commodities rising even quicker and Biden having no plan to get the rising costs under control.
  9. Gas prices are over 50% higher than they were six months ago, just prior to Biden taking office.
On January, 19, 2021, gas prices were about $1.00 a gallon cheaper, housing prices were not shooting through the proverbial roof, the Middle East was calm, the country was vibrantly energy independent, and the southern border was calm and secure. Joe Biden took office on January 20, 2021 and this is the chaos he has caused since then with his clueless and scatterbrained leadership.

2) We have previously made the case that people are dying because of Biden’s incompetence. By encouraging people to come across our southern border like he has, people are dying trying to make that trip across some very brutal terrain, dodging drug smugglers, human smugglers,and criminal gangs in the process. The Hamas/Israeli fighting has killed hundreds. Iran’s terrorist activities have increased since Biden took over since they know he will do nothing to stop them, activities that will and have killed many people. The open border has resulted in a tsunami of illegal drugs coming into the country that will addict and eventually kill thousands of Americans. Joe Biden’s policies are not just inept, they are fatal.

Which is in line with the following harrowing and bewildering action his administration has taken:
  • Trump enacted a discount program when he was in office that allowed Americans with diabetes and low income levels to get the vital insulin they need to live at a discounted price.
  • Trump’s actions were aimed at requiring 340 community health centers to discount drug prices for low income patients, specifically insulin and epinephrine.
  • For whatever sick reason, Biden has decided to terminate that program which will send the price of insulin and epinephrine substantially higher.
  • The National Association of Health Care Centers has said Biden’s actions would “adversely impact Community Health Centers” and make it harder for low-income patients to afford the medications.
When asked the reason for eliminating the discount program by Fox News, the administration did not respond with an answer. The obvious conclusion is that the drug companies got to Biden and got their way, no discounts on the drugs they produce, but that is pure speculation. But I can't think of any other reason for doing away with a vital, simple and apparently life saving program for Americans in need.

3) Biden recently attended the G7 economic summit with other European leaders. Unfortunately, he made a fool of himself in two new ways, this time on the global stage. First off, when asked about Russia and what to do about their activity in Syria’s civil war, he rambled on and actually referred to Syria as Libya three times. Libya is not Syria, they are over 1,300 miles apart from each other and have nothing to do with each other. And yet, Biden mixed them up three times in a very few set of sentences.

Second, consider the rambling incoherent speech that Biden gave, embarrassing himself and the country with this nonsensical talk: “There is a lot going on where we can work together with Russia. For example, in Libya, we should be opening up the passes to be able to go through and provide — food assistance — an economic, I mean — vital assistance to a population that is in real trouble. I think I’m gonna very hard — by the way there’s places where — I should not be starting off by negotiating in public here, but let me say it this way — Russia has engaged in activities which we believe are contrary to international norms. They have also bitten off some real problems they’re gonna have trouble chewing on. For example, the rebuilding of Syria, of Libya — you know, this is — they’re there and as long as they’re there without the ability to bring about some order in the region, you can’t do that very well without providing or the basic economic needs of people, so I am hopeful that we can find accommodation where we can save the lives of people in, for example, in Libya consistent with the interests of — may be far different reasons — but for the same reasons.”

Totally incoherent, totally nonsense, The last sentence rambles on for over 80 words and makes no sense. Mix in the fact that he says Libya three times when he means Syria just makes it that much more embarrassing.

Look, we take no pleasure in pointing out his mistakes. It is what it is, he needs medical help and does not need the pressure of being the leader of the free world. He is not up to the task which is no fault of his own.

But people are dying because his family, his wife, and his political handlers put him in this untenable position. The country is suffering economically and from a national security perspective because of his declining mental state. The U.S. looks weak and foolish on the international stage which will have long term, negative ramifications for us all.

It was and is elder abuse by all in his circle of family, friends, and peers and we are all suffering because of their greed, their ego and their callousness.
