But one particularly distressing and tragic result of Biden’s failed immigration policies is the danger that have befallen innocent Americans at the hands of violent illegal immigrants who never should have been admitted to the country. This is not to say there should be no immigration into this country. But there has to be a rigid screening process so that violent people do not get into the country and carry out heinous, often fatal, attacks on innocent Americans.

1)Let’s start today’s discussion of illegal immigration failures and crime in up upstate New York:
Two illegal immigrants were recently arrested in New York on charges related to the robbery and murder of a man in a Connecticut motel room.
Those arrested allegedly have links to a violent Venezuelan gang.
They were arrested when they tried to use a stolen credit card at an Amtrak station and were arrested when they had their one year old and three year kids with them.
The stolen credit card was the card they stole from the man they killed in Connecticut.
They also face charges of larceny, fleeing justice, identity theft in addition to the alleged murder.
One of those arrested had already been arrested in Texas but was released to roam the country.
Another day, another murder by illegal criminal immigrants.
2)From New York down to Maryland:
As of a few weeks ago, a manhunt was underway to locate an illegal immigrant of the violent MS-13 gang member.
The gang member is allegedly guilty of a murder that was executed in Baltimore County, Maryland.
FYI, Baltimore County is a so-called sanctuary county that protects illegal immigrants from being deported or arrested.
Brayan Rodriguez is a 16 year old illegal immigrant from Honduras who is accused of murdering another 16 year old kid at a Ramada Inn.
Local police believe that he came across the border illegally in 2018, i.e. he came into the country as a 10 year old gang member.
Unbelievable.
3) Back up to New York: recent data from the Federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) organization found that over 58,000 illegal immigrants residing or roaming in New York City are felons or are facing criminal charges somewhere. Given that in a recent report we discussed the amazing statistic that upwards of 75% of the crime currently being committed in central Manhattan in NYC is being caused by illegal immigrants, with 58,000 current or would be felons this statistic makes even more sense.
4)Let’s head out to Michigan:
Stephen Singleton was until recently a pastor in Rochester Hills, Michigan.
Unfortunately, he was recently killed when an illegal immigrant ran a red light in a vehicle and killed the pastor.
The illegal immigrant is here illegally from Colombia and who was previously arrested for his illegal status but then released pending a court date.
Pastor Singleton was hit while crossing the road and while wearing a reflective safety vest on November 3rd.
According to his wife, the pastor was hit so violently that just about every bone in his body was broken.
The pastor was a former medic who traveled to New York City on 9-11 to help in responding to the injured after the World Trade Center terror attacks, i.e. he was a very good man.
The illegal immigrant driver had no valid U.S. license but did hold a foreign license.
How many innocent Americans, people who are just going about their lives, have to die or be assaulted before the political class in Washington actually do something about these horrible and violent situations across the country?
5)And one last incident, this down in Virginia:
An illegal immigrant from Honduras has been arrested and charged with raping a woman on a popular hiking trail outside of Washingotn D.C.
This happened just days after he had been arrested but quickly released on another sex crime charge.
According to local police, this is the first stranger rape in the town in at least twelve years but give to an illegal to break that streak.
Virginia Governor, Glenn Youngkin, was not happy that this illegal immigrant was arrested on on sexual assault charge but released to commit another within days: "I am heartsick for the victim and outraged that local Fairfax County officials recklessly release violent illegal immigrants who should have been prosecuted and deported. This is a dereliction of their most basic duty to keep people safe. Prioritizing violent illegal immigrants over the safety of Fairfax residents is unacceptable."
Apparently, the illegal immigrant’s crime spree did not just start in the past few weeks with these two attacks: since 2018 he had allegedly touched a 14 year old girl inappropriately, he had exposed himself to a 13 year old girl and a 10 year old girl, he had exposed himself to another woman, and he had allegedly choked a law enforcement officer.
Exposing himself to minors and others, raping two victims, attacking a police officer and yet he was still not in prison or being shipped back to Honduras. A massive failure of the local government which has a basic responsibility to protect the lives and property of the citizens it serves, a function it has failed miserably at.
Murders, rapes, crime waves, all because of Biden’s failed illegal immigration policies and Americans are paying the price.
