Every month we devote posts to just general political class insanity that is running rampant through the country. The members of the American political class continue to show that they are incapable of operating any level of government in this country.
Even their best efforts are almost always inefficient and ineffective at resolving any problem facing Americans. They spend a great amount of time not trying to improve the lives of their citizens but continually ensuring their reelection and enriching themselves, their families, and their friends in the process, all at taxpayer expense.
1)The covid pandemic and the resulting government intrusions into our lives to theoretically keep us safe and minimize the impact of the covid virus was a very trying time for the country. Isolated in our homes, away from friends and family, severe travel and shopping restrictions, forced to mask up when among others, recreation and dining restrictions, etc. All of these restrictions had a negative impact on everyone.
One of the government architects of the rules for dealing with the pandemic was Anthony Fauci. He served as the director of the National Institutes of Allergy and Infectious Diseases for many years. He was paid good money to keep the country safe, a job that maybe he did not execute to a high degree of proficiency:
When the virus first started getting nasty, he said that masking up was probably not effective.
But then he said people should wear masks when out and about.
But then he said people should wear TWO masks when out and about.
He then encouraged people to get a covid vaccine, claiming that the vaccine would face a ”dead end” if it came upon you since you would be immune to it and would help stop its spread.
But it turned out that millions of vaccinated people, including himself, caught the virus even with multiple vaccines having been received and his dead end was longer dead.
Rather than an expert in the area of infectious diseases it turns out he was more like a weatherman, seldom right about his forecasts and opinions. And now it turns out he was wrong, or deceitful, in three other areas that he should have gotten right:
He was recently summoned to testify in front of Congress about the pandemic.
The result of that testimony was nicely summed up by Congressman Brad Wenstrup: “Dr. Fauci’s testimony today uncovered drastic and systemic failures in America’s public health systems. While leading the nation’s COVID-19 response and influencing public narratives, he simultaneously had no idea what was happening under his own jurisdiction at NIAID.”
First screw up - Fauci testified that he approved all foreign and domestic research grants personally without reviewing the proposals nor could he describe any quality control program within his organization to oversee how U.S. taxpayer dollars were being spent anywhere in the world.
According to Wenstrup: “Clearly, the American people and the United States government are operating with completely different expectations about the responsibilities of our public health leaders and the accountability of our public health agencies.”
Second screw up - Fauci admitted that the theory that the virus escaped from a research lab in Wuhan, China, that was funded with U.S. taxpayer dollars, was not a wild “conspiracy theory” that he and others claimed it was back in the midst of the pandemic, i.e. the virus could have actually been developed in the lab and it did not develop in nature.
Third screw up - he admitted that there was no scientific basis for forcing people to “social distance” during the pandemic.
So in summary: he approved untold millions, (billions?) of dollars in U.S funded research grants for around the world but did not review them or have an audit process in place to track them, it was not a wild conspiracy theory that the virus escaped from a Chinese lab, and social distancing was not a medical or science based approach to ward off the virus. Strike one, strike two, strike three.
We have said this so many times before: a very, very basic tenet of any government organization is to protect the lives of the citizens it governs. In the case of covid, the incompetence of the Federal government along multiple dimensions was atrocious and likely fatal in some instances.
2)Hunter Biden, Joe Biden, and many others in the Biden family, have been alleged to have operated an international money laundering and criminal syndicate to enrich themselves using political influence. leveraging Joe Biden’s longtime political career. Money, diamonds, and other favors have been allegedly showered on the Biden’s.
One of the most suspicious aspects of the Biden family has been the ridiculously high prices that people have paid for Hunter Biden’s paintings, paintings that frankly have underwhelmed art critics. In a recent private meeting with House Republicans, Georges Berges, Hunter Biden’s art dealer, discussed the situation:
Apparently, many of the painting's buyers were major political donors to Democrats.
Kevin Morris was identified as a buyer of some paintings but he is also the person who bought Hunter Biden’s share in a Chinese investment company when Morris assumed $250,000 in debt.
The loan had listed Joe Biden’s Delaware address as the beneficiary address.
Morris bought a whopping $875,000 worth of Hunter Biden’s artwork.
Elizabeth Naftali was another buyer who purchased almost $100,000 of paintings in two separate purchases.
Between the two purchases she was appointed to the Commission for the Preservation of America’s Heritage Abroad.
Her lawyer denied that there was a quid pro quo involved, buy the paintings and get a cushy government position.
If true, then the paintings are really nothing more than a money laundering operation to sell and buy influence peddling. Potential and disgusting abuse of government privilege.
3)We have made the case numerous times that the 2020 Presidential election was severely tainted by voting and election fraud. This criminal activity resulted in Joe Biden getting installed as President. The first in this series of posts regarding the fraud can be accessed at:

We also have \gathered over 1,000 news articles that reported on people being arrested, prosecuted, and found guilty of election fraud along with actual video of election fraud being committed multiple times.
Of course, most Democrats denied there was any election and voting fraud going on, obviously since they were the big winners as a result of the fraud. But finally a Democrat has admitted that maybe, just maybe, our election processes are not as pure as Democrats claimed:
Connecticut’s Democratic Secretary of State, Stephanie Thomas, encouraged voters to vote in person in an upcoming state primary election.
The reason for this urging is that the state government had concerns regarding voting fraud relative to absentee ballots.
Thomas admitted that there were not enough election monitors to adequately cover election rules and integrity.
This warning comes on the heels of a recent situation where a judge had voided an election for alleged absentee voting cheating by an incumbent mayor in the state.
Now, voting corruption in one state does not prove that Biden was elected because of national voting fraud and election shenanigans. But it raises doubt that his election was legit and further clouds the integrity of this year’s Presidential election if even a Democrat in a Democratic dominated state fears for election fraud four years after the accusations of voting fraud allegedly happened.
4)For five years I served as the co-guardian of an elderly uncle who was afflicted with dementia. Thus, I learned and observed a lot about this horribly disabling disease. My uncle got more and more confused about where he was as the disease progressed. He had trouble communicating and talking. He became more and more unsure of his ability to walk and move about.
If that all sounds familiar I suggest that it should be since many of these characteristics are similar to the actions and behavior of Joe Biden over the past few years. Many times he has stumbled through speeches, he has been very unsure of his footing and balance, tripping and falling many times, and acting confused about where he was.
Things have gotten so bad that Jill Biden has become more and more prevalent during his public appearance, helping him find his way, a simple act that he has become increasingly unable to do. The latest instance of this confusion was captured after Joe Biden gave a speech in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania.
As soon as the speech was done, wife Jill Biden rushed up on stage, hugged Joe, and then led him away from the podium to backstage. It appeared that if she had not rushed up there would be another episode where the President was confused and lost…again. The Daily Mail US said that Jill Biden had to get up to him quickly since he had again entered into a trance-like state, another dementia symptom.
The leader of the free world is often confused, lost, falling down, stumbling over his words and thoughts, appearing incoherent and lost. As a result, the world and our lives are not as good, safe, or stable as they should be.
Enough insanity for today: possible dementia in the White House, more voting integrity issues, Hunter Biden’s artwork escapades, and Fauci’s and the Federal government's myriad of Covid failures.
