We have often discussed the reality that Biden’s border policies have been an unbelievable failure. Illegal drugs are flooding into the country, violent South and Central American gangs setting up shop in U.S. cities, and local city and state budgets are being adjusted so that illegal immigrants can be fed, sheltered, and given medical attention, stealing government services from American taxpayers.
But one particularly distressing and tragic result of Biden’s failed immigration policies is the danger that have befallen innocent Americans at the hands of violent illegal immigrants who never should have been admitted to the country. This is not to say there should be no immigration into this country. But there has to be a rigid screening process so that violent people do not get into the country and carry out heinous, often fatal, attacks on innocent Americans.

1)The deaths of Americans due to the actions of illegal immigrants comes in many forms:
Jose Aguilar-Martinez is a 21 year old illegal immigrant from El Salvador.
He allegedly stole the car of 54 year old American Melody Waldecker at a convenience store in Virginia.
Unfortunately for Ms. Waldecker, he then allegedly ran her over with her own car and killed her.
He had a California driver's license, one of the states that allow illegal immigrants to get a drivers license even though they have broken the law by illegally entering the country.
Ms. Waldecker had been in the area to visit her mom in a local nursing home, a visit that resulted in her death because she visited a nearby 7-11 store.
After running her over, he continued on without stopping and without pity, and eventually caused two more traffic accidents before he was arrested.
The illegal immigrant had previously been arrested for public intoxication.
Another day, another murdered American.
2)But it is not just American citizens that get in harm’s way of illegal activity by illegal immigrants:
Three illegal immigrants were recently shot outside an illegal immigration facility in Brooklyn.
Only one of those shot survived, the two other illegal immigrants died from their gunshot wounds.
A Venezuelan street gang called the Tren de Aragua are suspected in the shootings.
The gang is just one of 50 gangs identified by the Federal government that have infiltrated this country and are now operating their criminal activities around the nation.
In a case of typical politician denial, New York Attorney General, Letitia James, referred to the violence as “gun violence,” and not what it really was, illegal immigrant “gang violence.”
Violence knows no bounds, legal citizens vs. illegal immigrants, all suffering as a result of Biden’s failed border policies.
3)Let’s head up to Michigan:
25 year old American citizen Ruby Garcia, was found dead recently, in what was first described as a botched drunken carjacking.
An illegal immigrant from Mexico, Brandon Ortiz-Vite, is accused of murder in the case.
He is facing charges of homicide/open murder, carjacking, felony firearm, illegally carrying a concealed weapon, operating while intoxicated, and driving on a suspended or revoked license.
Ms. Garcia’s body was found left on the side of the road, “riddled with bullets,” that Ortiz-Vite has allegedly told police he shot her numerous times as a result of “an argument.”
The New York Post reported that he had already been deported at least once when Trump was President but illegally re-entered the country.
His criminal background extends back to criminal activity in Michigan in 2017.
4) Speaking of Michigan, Brandon Ortiz-Vite’s murder of Ruby Garcia is having an affect back in Michigan, a state where he has had previously unlawful adventures:
Michigan governor, Gretchen Whitmer, is facing criticism over her support of a program called the “newcomer rental subsidy.”
Apparently, this state government program gives out taxpayer wealth to landlords who rent apartments to illegal immigrants.
The landlords can receive up to $500 a month if they rent to illegal immigrants.
The murder of Ruby Garcia by a former illegal immigrant who lived in Michigan has raised the criticism level of the program with critics pointing out that the program is weak in vetting out potential and real criminal elements.
It is fascinating that liberal leaning politicians go out of their way to make life easier for illegal immigrants, be it via housing, food, and medical support. But prior to the Biden administration’s failed immigration policies, those same politicians showed little or no concern for homeless and struggling Americans who apparently do not get any housing or rental support from Whitmer and this program. The support goes solely to illegal immigrants.
Enough for today: illegal immigrant gangs, illegal immigrants killing Americans, and illegal immigrants getting taxpayer wealth to make their lives easier.
