November, 2017, Part 6, Political Class INsanity: More Clinton Crime Syndicate, More Gun Control Nonsense, and More Voting Fraud

It is the beginning of another month which means it is again time to review the latest political class insanity from Washington and around the world. Political class insanity takes many forms including the wasting of taxpayer wealth, criminal fraud within government programs, inane and stupid political quotes and actions, the inability to create and implement effective and efficient government programs, stupid and ill performing economic policies and strategies, and other forms of insanity that continue to evolve and surprise and shock us.

1) So far this month we have not touched on the many, many scandals surrounding Hillary Clinton. Form the Russian uranium deal to the use of an unsecured private email server for classified and secret government documents to using the Democratic National Committee to derail Bernie Sanders’ Presidential bid, the scandals are deep, disgusting, far reaching and an affront to our democracy. We are going to address these scandal sometime in the near future to show this outlandish political class insanity but the grounds under these scandals seem to shift everyday, opening up new things to be surprised and disgusted about.

But we will touch on another Clinton scandal today, namely her use of her powerful position in the State Department to grant friends favors, enrich the Clinton Foundation, and to personally enrich herself and her husband. Remember that we have already discussed the reality that a paltry amount (less than 6% of the Foundation's budget) of Clinton Foundation dollars actually went to help out people in need. The vast majority of money flowing into the Foundation was used up under “Other Expenses,” expenses that made life for the Clintons and their top Foundation managers very, very comfy.

But let’s review a recent Fox News article by Brooke Singman which outlined some of the “pay to play” shenanigans that were going on while Hillary was Secretary of State and how she basically was operating a shake down crime syndicate that included government favors, Foundation donations, and personal enrichment of herself:

• 1,600 emails from her top aide’s email account, Huma Abedin, were recently made public as a result of a Freedom Of Information Act request by Judicial Watch.
• Judicial Watch’s review found that the emails show many, many requests from Clinton's Foundation friends requesting and receiving favors.
• According to Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton: “The emails show ‘what happened’ was that Hillary Clinton and Huma Abedin obviously violated laws about the handling of classified information and turned the State Department into a pay for play tool for the corrupt Clinton Foundation. The clear and mounting evidence of pay for play and mishandling of classified information warrant a serious criminal investigation by an independent Trump Justice Department.”
• In one example that occurred in the summer of 2009, an associate of Foundation donor Steve Bing, Zachary Schwartz, contacted Foundation executive Doug Band about getting help on visas for Cuba for a film production crew that worked for Bing’s company, Shangri La Entertainment. Band got in touch with Abedin to grease the skids for the visas and she agreed to help out. Bing has reportedly donated between $10 and $25 million to the Clinton Foundation, which likely got him high level action on his personal and business needs.
• In September, 2009, Terrence Duffy, chairman of the CME brokerage firm and Clinton Foundation donor, asked Hillary Clinton for help to arrange “government appointments,” insider help to meet people such as the Prime Minister of Singapore, in Singapore and Hong Kong. Clinton forwarded the requests for insider help to Abedin who replied she would follow up with his request and contacted Duffy’s secretary. A follow up email showed that Abedin was “happy to assist with any and all meetings.” 
• Duffy had given $4,600 to Clinton's 2008 Presidential campaign and his company paid HIllary Clinton $225,000 to give a single speech.

Shakedown crime syndicate, no other way to describe her operation. Set up an almost dummy charity, money launder through that charity handing out government favors to keep the donations flowing to the charity, live lavishly off of the charity’s funds, and receive payments/kickbacks for allowing the operation to continue, disguised as “speaking fees.” A sweet operation. I cannot imagine how much worse it would have become if she had actually been elected.

2) As most people know, an Islamic terrorist living in this country rented a Home Depot truck and drove it down a bike and pedestrian path in New York City, inspired by the ISIS Islamic terror network. Unfortunately, 8 people died and more than that were injured.

A horrible act of terrorism that killed and wounded many. But keep in mind that the instrument of death was a rented truck. No one was shot, the driver of the truck had no firearms on his body or in the trunk. His choice of murder was a truck.

But somehow that reality was lost on local New York politicians. Somehow killed and maiming people with a truck translated into the need for more gun control according to the New York City mayor and governor:

• NYC mayor Bill de Blasio: “There’s a much bigger conversation we could have about gun safety. The NYPD has always vigorously believed that we need to keep guns out of this city and that gun safety laws are here to protect us and protect our officers.”
• New York governor Andrew Cuomo: “I think it is madness the number of assault weapons that we have in this country. I think that it endangers law enforcement. I think that it costs us untold numbers of deaths. And I hope that one day we’ll have a federal policy that actually brings sanity to the gun policy laws in this country.”

My goodness, a terrorist runs down people with a truck and these two politicians are trying to connect truck terrorism to gun control. I am pretty sure that having tougher gun control measures in NYC would not have deterred someone from renting a truck to kill innocent people. Makes you wonder how politicians minds actually work since common sense and logic, as we see with these two politicians, is obviously missing from their reality. Insane.

3) We recently ran a series of posts that showed how widespread and pervasive voter fraud and corrupt and inept voting processes are around the country. The first post in that series can be accessed at:

We ran these posts because many people in this country, mostly liberals and Democrats, want us to believe that significant voting irregularities do not exist and we showed that this is a false conclusion to draw. Voting fraud and problems are significant and threaten the integrity of both our elections and our democracy.

This point and extent of voting problems was highlighted in a Heritage Foundation report by Jason Snead on October 31, 2017:

• The Heritage Foundation has been researching and compiling instances of voting and election fraud into a searchable online database.
• The basis for inclusion in the database includes court cases and filings, prosecution proceedings, reputable news accounts, and other confirmable sources.
• So far, the database contains 1,088 documented cases of fraud.
• The article points out that only verifiable cases of voting fraud and irregularities are included and that the problem is probably much worse since hard evidence supporting instances of fraud have not yet been identified for other voting fraud instances.
• The database of fraud allows a user to sort and find data according to many parameters including state, years, and type of voting fraud.
• The article points to a Pew Research study in 2012 that found almost 1 out of every 8 voter registrations in the country were inaccurate, outdated, or a duplicate.
• Pew also found that 3 million people are registered in two or more states to vote and 1.8 million dead people are still on voting rolls.
• The article describes how Russell Glasson and Marguerite in Ohio both pleaded guilty to voting fraud after they submitted votes for their dead family members.
• Melowese Richardson was a former poll worker who not only voted twice under her own name but also submitted votes for many others including dead sister.
• These are just three cases of the almost 1,100 instances of voting fraud in 47 different states that have been compiled.

More evidence that the political class and the government it operates is inept, corrupted, and a danger to our democracy when it comes to our basic right to a fair election.

Voting Fraud Explored, Part 2: Multiple Votes Per Person In Ohio, Voting Fraud Convictions In New Jersey, and More

This is the second in a two part series on possible voter fraud that has been going on across the country. Yesterday, we discussed the fact some politicians have actually been convicted for voter fraud activities in Indiana, a New York City Democratic politician was caught trying to bribe Republican politicians, and other distressing cases of possible voter fraud.

Today, we will cover the remaining episodes of potential voting fraud that have been in the news over the past months:

1) On January 2, 2013, the New Jersey Observer paper’s website carried an actual voter fraud case, involving Democrats, that resulted in a conviction of tampering with voting processes in the usually heavily Democratic state of New Jersey:

- John Fernandez of Belleville, New Jersey was one of the final defendants in a long-running Essex County, New Jersey voter fraud case.

- He was sentenced to five years in state prison for submitting fraudulent absentee ballots while working for the 2007 campaign of Teresa Ruiz for the New Jersey Senate.

- Fernandez was found guilty after a jury trial in Mercer County in September, 2012.

- He had worked for the Essex County Department of Economic Development and he was ordered to forfeit his job and has been permanently barred from public employment in New Jersey.

- Another Belleville resident, Gianine Narvaez, pleaded guilty in March 2010 to third-degree charges of absentee ballot fraud and tampering with public records or information, receiving her prison sentence early in January, 2012.

- For Fernandez, the jury found that he fraudulently tampered with documentation for absentee “messenger” ballots in the Nov. 6, 2007, general election, submitting them on behalf of voters who never received the ballots or had an opportunity to cast their votes.

Isolated New Jersey voting tampering or part of a culture of voting fraud that was not restricted to just New Jersey state government offices?

2) It is one thing to be secretive about voter fraud but it is really amazing some people earlier this year actually admitted to fraud to news entities. And it goes a step further when one of the fraudsters is actually a voting poll worker.

Melowese Richardson, a poll worker, told a local Ohio television station in February, 2013 that she voted twice for Obama last November. She first mailed in an absentee ballot and then physically voted at the polls as well. “Yes, I voted twice,” Richardson told WCPO-TV. “I, after registering thousands of people, certainly wanted my vote to count, so I voted. I voted at the polls.”

Furthermore, voting authorities also are investigating if she voted in the names of four other people for a total of six votes in the 2012 presidential election. “I’ll fight it for Mr. Obama and for Mr. Obama’s right to sit as president of the United States,” Apparently, violating voting laws to get your way does not have moral standing with Ms. Richardson. Richardson is one of at least 19 people suspected of illegal voting by the Hamilton County Board of Elections in the last election.

The good news is that she was convicted of voter fraud last week and could be sentenced to up to six years in prison.

Again, from a voter fraud perspective, another case where no one is claiming that Romney voters or officials were involved in voter fraud, just Obama entities. In this case, an actually voting poll worker.

3) In late March, 2013, according to reporting by the Milwaukee-Wisconsin Journal Sentinel, prosecutors in Milwaukee County charged ten people with voter fraud during the 2012 Presidential election. Details of the fraud include the following:

• Two of those arrested were so-called “double voters,” i.e. they voted more than once in the same election.
• Two of those arrested were convicted felons who are not allowed to vote.
• There is a woman who is accused of signing a recall petition against Governor Scott Walker three times along with the petition circulator who collected those signatures.
• According to the Journal Sentinel, these arrests came two days after a news report in North Carolina of five people there being investigated for possible voter fraud, according to the CBS affiliate WNCT. They are suspected of being registered in both their state and in Florida.

The Milwaukee County prosecutions announcement includes:

• Leonard K. Brown is charged with falsely claiming he lived in Milwaukee and voting illegally four times there in 2012 alone.
• Chad Gigowski is charged with voting in the November election in both suburban Greenfield and in Milwaukee.
• Brittany M. Rainey was charged with lying about her past as a felon to vote in last November’s elections.
• Caitlan Haycock was charged for signing her name and both her parents’ names to a petition to recall Governor Scott Walker from office.
• Fozia Nawaz of Milwaukee was charged with voting in Greenfield. She told investigators she found it easier to vote there.

These cases are not to be confused with a 67 page report by the Milwaukee Police Department that showed Milwaukee experienced an “illegal organized attempt to influence the outcome of [the 2004] election.” John Kerry won that state over George W. Bush by only 12,000 votes.

Again, these could be isolated incidents that do not prove widespread fraud. But, these and the previous incidents only seem to occur in swing states when it comes to national politics. They usually only seem to apply to Democrats.

Again, these could mean nothing as far as an organized, national conspiracy to strip Americans of their vote’s rights and power. But we do now know that Obama will steal phone logs from reporters so stealing a few votes in key states is not below him.

We do now know that he will sink to the lowest depths to sabotage political opposition by using the IRS so stealing a few votes in key states is not below him.

We do now know that he was willing to militarily abandon about two dozen Americans under siege in a terrorist attack in Benghazi so stealing a few votes in key states is certainly not below him.

And we are also finding out that anyone who whistle blows on misdeed by this administration face a whole torrent of threats so stealing a few votes in key states is certainly not below him.

Just saying, just because we’re paranoid does not mean they are not watching us…or stealing votes.
