It is obvious that the country and the world are not in good shape: rampant inflation across the board, the recent massacre in the Middle East, the ongoing, endless war between Ukraine and Russia, millions of unvaccinated, unvetted and potential terrorists flooding over our border, tons and tons of illegal drugs being smuggled over our southern border, millions of Americans are homeless, hungry, and in need of medical and drug addiction treatment, skyrocketing crime in mostly liberal/Democrat controlled cities, the list often seems endless.
Given this backdrop our discussion today is in two parts: 1) what can we do to peacefully
get rid of the existing sitting politicians that got us into these messes and 2) Is a specific, long term Washington politician actually guilty of involuntary manslaughter?
Getting rid of our current set of failed American politicians
Brazilian Francisco Everardo Oliveira Silva, known as Tiririca the Clown in his native country of Brazil, was twice elected to the Brazilian Congress. His campaign slogan: “It can’t get any worse,” meaning a clown could do a better job than the current set of politicians in his country. That is how Americans feel about the performance of our politicians: how much worse could it get if they were all replaced with Americans who might actually put the country as their highest priority rather than themselves?
Inflation, crime, failed government programs, higher and higher taxes that get wasted away through criminal fraud and failed overseas “foreign aid” programs, and politicians who only care about their own self enrichment and their next election that would feed their continued self enrichment. Involuntary Manslaughter
Consider a few variations on the definition of involuntary manslaughter:
An unintentional killing that results from criminal negligence or recklessness.
Occurs when a defendant recklessly or negligently commits an act that results in the death of another person.
The killing of a human being without intent of doing so, either expressed or implied.
An unlawful killing that was unintentionally caused as the result of wanton or reckless conduct.
Defined as the unintentional death of an individual as a result of another person's negligent actions
You get the idea, involuntary manslaughter can apply when a person’s actions were not intended to cause another’s death but because of any number of factors, negligence, wanton or reckless behavior, the death of another occurs.
Consider the number of incremental deaths that have likely occurred as a result of the incompetence, negligence, lack of empathy, and recklessness of Joe Biden:
A) Most credible estimates say that hundreds of thousands of civilians and soldiers have been killed or maimed so far since Russia invaded Ukraine in February, 2022. Horrible, horrible numbers. But keep in mind that until 2014 (during the Obama/Biden administration). Ukraine was ruled by a duly elected president, Viktor Yanukovych.
However, he refused to sign an agreement for closer ties with the European Union and was viewed by the Obama/Biden administration to be leaning towards Russia’s influence. That is when Victoria Nuland, the Obama/Biden assistant secretary of state for European and Eurasian Affairs, got involved with the U.S. ambassador, Geoffey Pyatt. They started working secretly and aggressively to oust Yanukovych and replace him with someone who was more favorable to the West.
They succeeded which obviously pissed off Putin so much that he eventually invaded Ukraine twice with the resultant number of deaths and maiming in the hundreds of thousands. Maybe, if the Obama/Biden administration had minded their own business and not recklessly intruded in a foreign country’s politics, many, many people would still be alive and unharmed today.

B)The U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan was a disaster in so many ways. Towards the end of the failed withdrawal process, a known suicide bomber was released from prison by the Taliban and because of the incompetence of the reckless withdrawal, he was able to get close to U.S. forces and blew himself up in a suicide bomber attack. This resulted in the unnecessary deaths of 13 U.S. service personnel and well over a hundred Afghan citizens.
C)Staying in Afghanistan, because of the negligence and recklessness of Biden’s withdrawal plan from the country, it is estimated that over $80 billion in taxpayer funded U.S. weaponry was left behind and fell into the hands of the Taliban. In turn, there are reports that some of that weaponry found its way to Hamas and was used in the recent massacre of Israeli and American citizens at the hands of the Hamas terrorists when they invaded Israel. It will never be known how many of those deaths occurred as a result of weapons left behind in Afghanistan but there is no doubt that those left behind weapons will find their way into the hands of some very bad people and are going to be used to kill a lot of innocent people. And this may have already happened and were used by Hamas.
D)Biden has opened up the southern border to anyone who wants to walk into the country, unvetted, unvaccinated, and possibly intending to do harm to American citizens. Another aspect to his reckless border policies, besides the high potential of American deaths due to terrorist attacks inside our borders, is the reality that the Mexican drug cartels are flooding our country with illegal drugs including tons and tons of deadly fentanyl.
Every year more and more Americans die from drug overdoses, with a higher and higher percentage of those deaths coming from cartel imported fentanyl. The annual death toll from drug overdoses the past few years is now over 100,000 a year. I would bet that when the latest annual results are compiled, the number will jump up dramatically as a result of Biden’s reckless border policies. Consider one small aspect of the problem, how a California sheriff deputy was arrested with enough illegal fentanyl to kill 2 million people:

E)Another fatal and reckless aspect of the Biden border policies is that the Federal government/the Biden administration admits that it has no idea what happened to over 80,000 illegal immigrant kids. They don't know if they are with friends, with family, with sex traffickers, or are dead. 80,000 kids have virtually disappeared as far as Biden is concerned, unbelievable negligence.

F)More on Biden’s reckless and negligent border policies: by giving people hope that they will be able to waltz into this country as illegal immigrants and suffer no consequences for breaking the law, they have encouraged people to take chances to get here often , chances that have proven to be fatal. According to the New York Times, the Federal government knows that possibly almost 500 potential illegal immigrants have died trying to get across Biden’s porous borders. And that is the number of deaths that the Bdien administration is acknowledging, who knows how many more hundreds or thousands have died trying to get here that the government does not know about:

G)Even more on Biden’s reckless and negligent border policies: folks coming across our southern border since Biden took office are not just regular people trying to improve their lives. The horde has included drug cartel people, organized crime people from Central and South America, human trafficking people, and just plain everyday criminals. These folks are not here to be good citizens, they are here to make themselves rich and happy. As a result, American citizens are suffering all kinds of bad experiences including murders, rapes, robberies and assault, none of which would have happened if Biden had not allowed the borders to go defenseless. Consider the sad story of Maria Gonzales in Texas: an innocent 11 year old girl who was raped, killed and stuffed under her bed by an illegal immigrant that Biden’s policies allowed to walk free on the streets of Texas, a story that has likely been repeated many, many times across the country because of the Biden administration:
H) Since Biden took office, crime has been skyrocketing in major cities across the country. Since a very, very primary function of any government entity is to protect the lives and property of the voters and residents they represent, then the innocent civilians that have been killed as a result of the ever increasing criminal violence in our cities has been a reckless and negligent situation. As Americans have died in these cities, Biden has relentlessly focused the FBI and other government law enforcement authorities and resources on the harassment of his political enemies: right to life advocates, Second Amendment supporters, political opponents, etc. Horrible and negligent priorities.
Okay, you get the idea. If we view involuntary manslaughter as causing someone's death as a result of reckless and/or negligent behavior, then a case can be made that Biden’s law enforcement idleness and bad priorities, his drug infested, cartel infested, criminal infested and terrorist infested border policies, his failed foreign policy initiatives, and other negligent actions have caused incremental and unnecessary deaths across the globe, from Ukraine to the Middle East to Texas. I cannot think of any other Presidential administration that has been so reckless and so responsible for so many incremental deaths.
