This is the next in a series of posts today themed under the title, “The Biden Presidency - The End Of An Error,” In our opinion, Biden has been, by far, the worst President in the past 100 years or so. His list of failures is amazingly long, his list of successes and accomplishments is quite literally void of anything worthwhile.

The next few posts will list the failures that have been documented by other Americans. Obviously, there will be some overlap across different writers but at the end of the day, one thing will be clear: the country and its citizens are in far worse shape than they were in January, 2021 when Biden took office.

Economic Policy
Highest inflation in 40 years attained early in the Biden years.
Gas prices hit a seven year high early in the Biden administration.
Real average hourly earnings decreased 1.7% because wages did not keep up with inflation.
The largest increase in Medicare Part B premiums happened in Biden’s second year of Presidency.
Moody’s Analytics estimated that the average American family was spending $250 more a month just because of Biden's inflation.
An ABC NEWS poll found that 75% of those polled agreed that Biden’s economy was not good or was poor while only 1% rated it as excellent.
Biden killed the Keystone pipeline project shortly after taking office, a move that wiped out thousands of good paying jobs and robbed the country of a necessary asset to reduce dependence on foreign oil sources and reduce energy prices.
Foreign Policy and Diplomacy
Afghanistan fell to the Taliban, China ramped up its pressure on Taiwan, and Russia invaded Ukraine during Biden’s time in office.
Immigration Policy
At the time of this writing, early in Biden’s Presidency, 2.3 illegal immigrants had already come across the border, more than the population of Houstom.
From January 2021, to January 2022, the number of illegal immigrants coming into the country rose by 96%.
Biden stopped building the wall on the southern border and halted the effective “Remain In Mexico” program.
As a result of Biden’s failed border policies, the Border Patrol reported a “substantial increase” in fentanyl seizures.
The DEA seized enough fentanyl in 2021 to give every American a lethal dose, seizures that do not include the large amounts of fentanyl that did not get seized.

Obviously, as a Republican, Congressman Scalise’s remarks could be viewed as biased in criticizing a Democratic President. But his observations are consistent with other discussions we have recently had and just reinforce the reality that the end of the Biden Presidency was the end of an error.
